GAINZZZ! Today鈥檚 eats on a higher carb day for Phase 2 of PostHolidayShred.com (direct link in my bio). My 2 #ProteinAndProducePLUS meals were 1锔忊儯sashimi and surf and turf with sweet potato 馃崰 fries at a sushi 馃崳 restaurant (slides 1&2) and 2锔忊儯baked fries 馃崯with leftover chili 馃尪on top, 2 @knowfoods waffles with @farmersmarketcollection peanut butter, and proats (oatmeal with protein powder) with berries and cherries 馃崚
