Lo que viene pasando aquí es responsabilidad  de TODOS y MUCHOS tienen muy poca dignidad y vergüenza menos, dejándose sablear y tragando toda la mierda que les echen haciendo como que no pasa nada por no enfrentarse.

Aquí cuatro matados indecentes  ignorantes de poca monta, que no son nada ni nadie ni nunca lo han sido, asesorados por pseudo administradores delincuentes y por leguleyos de baja condición moral están todos centrados en lo mismo, a ver que trincan. Llevan décadas abusando y aprovechándose del resto de propietarios o sea robándoles, (no hablo solo de dinero) , y además atacándoles y denunciándoles y pasando los gastos la comunidad. ¡Manda narices! Barra libre. Así nos encontramos con presidentes con el puesto conseguido a base de flagrantes pucherazos, ignorantes inútiles fáciles de manejar,  que firman lo que les pongan delante, donde el rebaño de corderos no se atreven ni  a llamar a la policía cuando se niegan a mostrar los votos delegados (inventados) ni a impugnar las juntas y todo se reduce a hablar, criticar, protestar, quejarse, pero incapaces de hacer ni un plante, no sea que les vaya a pasar lo que a mí, que, vuelvo a repetir, me pasa por su cobardía e irresponsabilidad y falta de dignidad.

Se disculpan y se consideran inocentes argumentando que lo que me pasa es un problema personal mío. ¡Con un par! Pues no señores, son Vds. tan culpables como ellos. No me vale el “no me meto porque mi mujer se disgusta” o “no me meto porque mi marido no me lo permite”. Tan ladrón es el que roba como el que se deja robar.

¿Componentes de esa camarilla mangante? Enfermos psíquicos, analfabetos, unos sin saber leer ni escribir y los demás funcionales, desviados de género, retrasados, etc. ¿Manera de comunicarse con los demás?: insultos a granel, gritos, difamaciones, calumnias, desafíos, agresiones de todo tipo y ahora hasta se atreven a amenazarme vía judicial con ponerme denuncias por lo civil y lo penal, con argumentos falsos, mendaces e inventados para ver si me pueden amedrentar. Y  también acusarme de deudas que no tengo con la comunidad para quitarme el voto en la junta. ¿Verdaderamente creen que yo tengo algún interés en asistir a juntas aquelarres con gentuza tramposa, mentirosa, chusma morralla miembros de una pandilla?

Qué más les da que no ganen los juicios ya que se trata no solo de acosarme y hacerme gastar dinero, es también AVISO Y ADVERTENCIA HACIA LOS DEMÁS y a estos si que consiguen amedrentarles. El mensaje es: –SI OS ATREVEIS A PLANTARNOS CARA mirad lo que os puede pasar gallinitas. –Callad y seguid soltando la pasta.

Y por lo que yo sé y me informan propietarios de esta ciudad y de otras, esto no solo ocurre en este edificio.

La gentuza se limpia el trasero con el séptimo mandamiento de la ley de Dios (no robar) y el octavo (no levantar falsos testimonios y mentir). Lo pagarán, la vida siempre se cobra.

AÑO 2012 – MAYO

El día 11 de Mayo 2012 viernes primera reunión de la Comisión  de la Comunidad de Propietarios a petición de los vocales y de la que formo parte como CENSOR DE CUENTAS. La junta se celebró el 14 de Febrero y hasta el momento no se nos había convocado ni pedido opinión para nada.

En esa reunión se acordó construir un váter comunal en la piscina al lado de las duchas.

A primeros de mes de junio empiezan la obra pero para mi sorpresa lo están construyendo a 10 metros de distancia de mi cocina (yo vivo en planta baja en patio que colinda con la piscina) Los obreros me informan que la presidenta había bajado  a las 7 de la mañana y cambiado la ubicación asignada.

Subo al domicilio de esta persona a informarme. El recibimiento fue catastrófico, a grito limpio con gran escándalo. Al oir los gritos bajó la vicepresidenta y al alimón se permitieron insultarme repetidamente con grandes chillidos. Los vecinos saliendo alamados por el alboroto.

Dado que yo no se manejarme en esos niveles me marché.

La frase que repitieron varias veces fue:

-AQUÍ SE HACE LO QUE NOSOTRAS QUEREMOS Y SI NO TE GUSTA LO QUE VES MIRA PARA OTRO LADO.

AÑO 2012 – JULIO

Día 12 de Julio – Segunda reunión del año de la junta de comunidad de vecinos en la oficina del administrador.

La presidenta no estando de acuerdo con mis argumentos me agrede físicamente a tortazos y puñetazos acompañados con gritos y amenazas.

A duras penas consiguen entre tres personas sujetarla.

El administrador me echa de la oficina argumentando que sabiendo yo como estaba esa mujer ¿cómo le llevaba la contraria y la ponía en ese estado?

O sea que dio por sentado que yo tenía que saber que mi propiedad y mi dinero y el de todos lo manejaba una enferma mental con ataques agresivos e ingresos en el psiquiátrico, con la que yo no había tenido jamás ningún trato. Lo habitual, vamos. ¿?

Al día siguiente la denuncié por agresión en la comisaría de la Policía Nacional.

Día 5 octubre recibí un burofax de la presidenta de la comunidad, mi agresora  y de la vicepresidenta, por cierto analfabeta total, ni leer, ni escribir, exigiéndome que me retractase de lo publicado en este blog y además pidiese disculpas públicas, etc. por su derecho al honor, a la intimidad y a la propia imagen, en caso contrario tomarían medidas, etc.Copia de todo aquí:

El día 12 octubre se celebró en la sala de Audiencia nº 3 del juzgado de Instrucción número 2 de Benidorm el juicio de faltas por la agresión violenta de la presidenta de la comunidad.

Me reafirmo en mi cargo de CENSOR DE CUENTAS

 Envío escrito al administrador informándole que comunique a los propietarios que no pueden colocar contenedores de obra en el patio posterior del edificio bajo ningún concepto ya que no tiene otra finalidad que la de evitar colocarlos en la vía pública para no pedir permiso de obra y ahorrarse las tasas del ayuntamiento.

 En ese patio está la entrada a mi domicilio, el del portero y la guardería del ayuntamiento y lo llenan todo de porquería, ruido, bichos, basura, etc.

Lo fundamento por ley y por estatutos.

Ni caso ni responde a mi escrito y se dice que lo justifican para ayudar a la gente a ahorrar, o sea robando al ayuntamiento y a los ciudadanos.

Llega la sentencia, para mi asombro y dado que todos los testigos (fiate de las amistades) habían mentido y testificado obviamente en mi contra, yo no tenía mucha esperanza de conseguir justicia, a pesar de ello declaran a esta mujer CULPABLE como autora penalmente responsable de una falta de malos tratos.

La condenan a costas (pasó la factura a la comunidad) y a una multa, por cierto ridícula, pero esto la debía de inhabilitar para seguir siendo presidenta de la comunidad.

EL EFECTO DEL DEFECTO: SOBRE FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE

En la película Ratatouille (2007) una simpática rata consigue que un restaurante evocado al fracaso remonte el vuelo controlando a un humano patoso. Conforme el restaurante va recogiendo las semillas del éxito, un crítico bastante apático y conocido por ser inflexible decide hacer una review al restaurante con el objetivo cerrarlo. La cosa es que la rata le prepara un plato -con el mismo nombre del filme- que transporta al crítico de vuelta a su infancia y lo reconduce por el camino de la serenidad.

Me gustaría poder decir que yo me identifico con la rata, pero realmente soy el crítico apático y el plato de comida es Final Fantasy VII Remake (2020). Y no lo es solo porque me transporte a mi infancia, sino porque ha destruido una racha de malas experiencias con mi hobby preferido.

La tarea de transportar Final Fantasy VII (1998) a nuestros días se antoja como un trabajo a niveles bíblicos, teniendo en cuenta que el juego en cuestión tiene más de veinte años y han cambiado muchas cosas desde entonces. Y la prueba está en que han tenido que dividir el juego en un número de partes aún sin definir y la primera parte -el tema en cuestión que nos ocupa este momento- que en el original ocupaban cinco horas de tu tiempo en el remake se han alargado hasta las treinta y ocho (¡38!) horas. Y puede parecer una simple cuestión de escala y es uno de los motivos, pero no el único.

Otro de los retos con los que se han topado los desarrolladores han sido los propios fans del juego original. Y es que los fans son a menudo gente con la que es difícil lidiar y las compañías suelen querer complacerlos porque, supongo, son ventas aseguradas. El asunto es que la conversación con los fans se ha vuelto más toxica que de costumbre con este título, al fin y al cabo “están tocando la infancia de mucha gente” (¿Y cuándo no?). A esta misma gente cambios como los del combate o la división en varios juegos les ha sentado como si al crítico de Ratatouille le hubieses echado kétchup en su preciado plato de la infancia. Y no hablemos de los cambios realizados sobre el argumento, eso se lo han tomado como auténtica herejía.

Vayamos por partes, hablemos del combate. El sistema de batalla ha pasado de los pseudo-turnos del original al combate en tiempo real, y aunque parezca que las diferencias entre los dos sistemas son enormes realmente son mas similares de lo que en principio podría parecer ya que en FF VII Remake las acciones que realmente drenan la vitalidad del enemigo tienen un tiempo de carga que disminuye con los ataques básicos del personaje y esto básicamente presenta una mejora notable de la jugabilidad en combate que en mi opinión no elimina del combate los tiempos de espera, pero sí que ayuda a diluirlos hasta casi la inexistencia.

Pero esto es solo la punta del iceberg ya que ahora cada personaje se controla de manera diferente; Cloud es el brawler del equipo, utiliza su espada y sus potentes habilidades físicas para ser  la fuente principal de daño del equipo; Tifa es capaz de encadenar potentes ataques básicos con habilidades especiales que aturden de manera muy efectiva -y dañina- a los enemigos, inspirando su combate en los combos de un hack and slash; con Barret el juego te da la herramienta perfecta para llegar a los enemigos que quedan fuera del alcance de los combatientes cuerpo a cuerpo; finalmente mi personaje preferido para controlar es Aeris ya que me recuerda a los magos de aquellos RPG tipo Baldurs Gate (BioWare, 1998) y no solo por las animaciones de ataque, sino por el tipo de habilidades de las que dispone siendo la fuente principal -o al menos la más óptima- de daño mágico del equipo.

¿Cuál es el efecto de los cambios realizados al combate en el producto final? Si me preguntan a mí diría que prefiero este sistema ya que hace al producto una experiencia mucho más agradable y, en mi opinión, mucho más táctica y desafiante que el sistema de combate por pesudo-turnos del original y eso es decir mucho ya que los grandes defensores estos sistemas llevan la bandera de la estrategia como triunfo y realmente un combate basado en los turnos no es más estratégico por defecto que un combate en tiempo real y Final Fantasy VII Remake es la prueba viviente de ello.

A partir de aquí el texto contiene spoilers de la historia de Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Los cambios que más han afectado a muchos fans del título original son los realizados sobre la historia del mismo y los añadidos, que han sido percibidos como “relleno”. Realmente no creo que nada de lo que se ha añadido merezca ser llamado relleno, estos añaden mucho trasfondo a personajes que en el original eran totalmente desconocidos o añaden nuevos personajes e historias a los lugares que visitamos y que sirven para darle a Midgar mucho más trasfondo y hacerla sentir un lugar vivo.

Los grandes beneficiados de estos cambiaos han sido Jessie, Biggs y Wedge nuestros acompañantes durante nuestra primera Bombing missión y que en el original desaparecían casi inmediatamente después de su introducción reapareciendo más tarde solo para morir y provocar la lagrimilla en el espectadxr. Lógicamente nadie había entablado relación con ellos por lo que esa lagrimilla era un hecho más insólito de lo que Squaresoft pretendía. Aquí las cosas cambian y este trio tiene mucho mas tiempo en escena e incluso se dedica un capítulo entero su relación con Cloud y su lugar dentro de Midgar. Gracias a este nuevo capítulo descubres cosas como que Jessie soñaba con ser actriz y llegó a actuar en Golden Saucer hasta que su padre contrajo una enfermedad por estar trabajando para Shinra, que Biggs se dedica a cuidar de los niños huérfanos del orfanato situado al lado del hogar de Aeris y que Wedge pasa su vida velando por los gatos callejeros del Sector Siete y tiene contactos con la célula principal del grupo eco-terrorista Avalancha. ¡Maldita sea Square esta vez si me habéis hecho llorar!

Continuando con la analogía de Ratatouille, el kétchup de este maravilloso plato para los fans sería los cambios en la trama principal del juego. Por ejemplo, Sefirot es mostrado en la primera hora de juego más o menos lo cuál choca enormemente con la idea de Sefirot del título original. Según Yoshinori Kitase -el director del título original y productor ejecutivo de este remake-, Sefirot estaba planteado como una suerte de criatura invisible pero muy presente como el tiburón que apareció en la película Tiburón (Jaws, 1975) un filme dirigido por Steven Spielberg. Y la verdad, no lo veo nada malo a romper con este concepto ya que Sefirot se ha convertido en una imagen de la cultura popular -al menos del mundo del videojuego- y esconderlo hoy en día no tendría sentido igual que no tendría sentido esconder a la criatura de Alien: el octavo pasajero (Riddley Scott, 1979) ya que todos conocemos a la criatura y el impacto de la primera aparición ya ha desaparecido.

El juego pega el giro de trescientos sesenta grados al final de la aventura cuando los personajes cambian el destino haciendo frente a una de esas famosas representaciones abstractas de las que hacen gala los JRPG como la saga Shin megami tensei, Persona o Xenoblade Chronicles y que acaba básicamente cambiando el destino de los personajes de la aventura y no solo de los vivos, también de los muertos. Tras el final parece que se han creado varios universos paralelos y ahora, por ejemplo, Zack ha sobrevivido a ese combate contra todo un ejército de Shinra. Para conocer las consecuencias de estos cambios parece que habrá que esperar hasta las secuelas de este remake y esto es, sin duda, lo que mas daño ha causado a los fans del título original.

Pero Square-Enix ha sido muy inteligente y lo que han hecho es introducir a estos fans escocidos en la historia del remake de manera brillante y bajo la apariencia de los Ecos del Destino. Esta suerte de espíritus dentro del título dedica su misteriosa existencia a hacer que el curso de la historia no sea alterado y por tanto las cosas sigan un camino predefinido, es decir, velan porque el argumento del título siga el camino de su contraparte original. Es absolutamente brillante la manera en la que los desarrolladores han dado una respuesta a todos esos aguerridos fans del título original y finalmente enfrenta a los protagonistas contra estos mismos fans para destruir el destino que quieren imponer sobre los personajes. Los desarrolladores han puesto los papeles sobre la mesa y han dado una respuesta a los fans que debería ser mas habitual en el mundo del videojuego, le han dicho “No”.

Llevan décadas abusando y aprovechándose del resto de propietarios o sea robándoles, (no hablo solo de dinero) , y además atacándoles y denunciándoles y pasando los gastos la comunidad. ¡Manda narices! Barra libre. Así nos encontramos con presidentes con el puesto conseguido a base de flagrantes pucherazos, ignorantes inútiles fáciles de manejar,  que firman lo que les pongan delante, donde el rebaño de corderos no se atreven ni  a llamar a la policía cuando se niegan a mostrar los votos delegados (inventados) ni a impugnar las juntas y todo se reduce a hablar, criticar, protestar, quejarse, pero incapaces de hacer ni un plante, no sea que les vaya a pasar lo que a mí, que, vuelvo a repetir, me pasa por su cobardía e irresponsabilidad y falta de dignidad.

Se disculpan y se consideran inocentes argumentando que lo que me pasa es un problema personal mío. ¡Con un par! Pues no señores, son Vds. tan culpables como ellos. No me vale el “no me meto porque mi mujer se disgusta” o “no me meto porque mi marido no me lo permite”. Tan ladrón es el que roba como el que se deja robar.

¿Componentes de esa camarilla mangante? Enfermos psíquicos, analfabetos, unos sin saber leer ni escribir y los demás funcionales, desviados de género, retrasados, etc. ¿Manera de comunicarse con los demás?: insultos a granel, gritos, difamaciones, calumnias, desafíos, agresiones de todo tipo y ahora hasta se atreven a amenazarme vía judicial con ponerme denuncias por lo civil y lo penal, con argumentos falsos, mendaces e inventados para ver si me pueden amedrentar. Y  también acusarme de deudas que no tengo con la comunidad para quitarme el voto en la junta. ¿Verdaderamente creen que yo tengo algún interés en asistir a juntas aquelarres con gentuza tramposa, mentirosa, chusma morralla miembros de una pandilla?

Qué más les da que no ganen los juicios ya que se trata no solo de acosarme y hacerme gastar dinero, es también AVISO YADVERTENCIA HACIA LOS DEMÁS y a estos si que consiguen amedrentarles. El mensaje es: –SI OS ATREVEIS A PLANTARNOS CARA mirad lo que os puede pasar gallinitas. –Callad y seguid soltando la pasta.

Y por lo que yo sé y me informan propietarios de esta ciudad y de otras, esto no solo ocurre en este edificio.

Llegué a casa; que más que casa era un exilio, más que exilio una travesía y más que una travesía un torrente de lágrimas. Di un portazo. Me desparramé tanto sobre la cama que sólo quedaba de mí una laguna de aguas agitadas.

Cuando me miré en el espejo superior del cuarto, vi a una adolescente marchita y abatida. Una adolescente que tenía casi veinte años y ya estaba en la universidad, pero adolescente al fin. La computadora me hacía señas desde el escritorio. Un destello volador de las notificaciones de Fb revoloteó. Salté.

Facundo: ¿Qué te pasó? El profe de Semiótica dio los temas para el parcial y saliste rajando. No te pienso prestar nada eh. 

Risas, risas enlatadas y una semi sonrisa me corrió la comisura del labio. Arrancándome la lágrima con un movimiento rápido, tipeé.

Morena: Octavio.

Facundo: ¿Otra vez? Dejame cagarlo a piñas, dale.

Morena: JAJAJAJ no. No bldo, somos grandes y tenemos que resolver este problema como adultos y como corresponde.

Un timbrazo interrumpió los nuevos aspectos de la conversación. Me asomé; vivo en un primer piso y esa práctica me salvó mil veces de Testigos de Jehová y gente que no quería recibir. Una pibita de campera celeste estaba tocando con una bolsa en la mano. Un sudor frío me recorrió la espalda.

Morena: Boludo, está Belén acá.

Morena: TE LO JURO. QUIERO DESAPARECER YA

Facundo: Pará. No te vuelvas loca.

Morena: Ya se rompió cuando esta mina nos agarró a Octavio y a mí en la pieza de Clara.

It’s been a year..

Honestly I'm kinda surprised I've kept interest and kept developing this verse for a whole year now.

I know I haven't been posting much here, though that's really just because I thought it would be a good idea to plot out the entire future of this universe before dealing with the present. Some elements seeped into here actually- namely the true bearer of the soul even if he's been around a while storywise. I'd love to explain him but I don't know where I'd begin.

So to update

Pseudo has been freed and resides with the heroes now. With that, my in-character replies have calmed. I'm not sure if I plan to promote asks as I barely used to, but if I get them, I'd still love to answer.

Other than that, I'll use this place to jot down ideas I've thrown around in my little group. Hopefully that'll allow you to enjoy the universe to it's fullest.
