Experimentando Cogumelos Mágicos pela primeira vez

Boa noite, querido diário virtual. 

Vim aqui registrar hoje minha primeira experiência com cogumelos mágicos (psilocybe cubensis). Já faz um tempo que eu venho me aventurando no mundo dos psicodélicos, eu comecei com o LSD há um tempo (em breve faço um relato de como foram as primeiras trips), e hoje vivenciei minha primeira viagem com cogumelos. 

Bom, pra começar o relato é preciso primeiro explicar sobre a substância dos cogumelos. Os cogumelos mágicos da espécie psilocybe cubensis possuem uma substância chamada psilocibina e psilocina, que agem no cérebro de modo semelhante ao neurotransmissor serotonina. 

Agora vamos à minha experiência. Eu quis aproveitar o feriado de hoje (21 de abril de 2021) para experimentar um saquinho de 2g de cogumelos. Essa dosagem é considerada uma "viagem moderada". Pois bem, acordei às 10h mais ou menos e ingeri os cogumelos como café da manhã. Bati no liquidificador os cogumelos junto com um suco de laranja natural com açúcar e gelo. 

Acho que logo depois de uns 15/30 minutos começaram a surgir os efeitos. Comecei a ter as "alucinações", olhava pro chão, pro teto, pra parede e via desenhos abstratos que se movimentavam. Tudo estava em movimento, e eu me sentia parte de tudo aquilo. Lembro que no começo da viagem, olhava pro chão e via aqueles desenhos e sentia uma emoção única, singular. Me senti pela primeira vez fazendo parte do universo, era como se a minha existência tivesse ganhado sentido pela primeira vez. Me senti conectada com o universo e a natureza. Foi algo como se a natureza estivesse me dando um "recado" do tipo "Eu estou aqui e não te abandonei. Preciso que você se cuide, esteja viva para cuidar de você, de mim e dos outros". Eu comecei a chorar, mas não foi um choro de "bad trip", foi um choro de pura emoção por estar vivenciando aquilo. Senti muito amor naquele momento (um amor universal, que eu nunca senti antes).

 Nessa viagem eu refleti algumas coisas. Por muito tempo eu me senti "perdida" no mundo, não vou negar que ainda me sinto as vezes (os psicodélicos têm me ajudado muito a me encontrar, mas é um processo demorado, difícil e complexo) e profissionalmente falando, nunca senti alguma satisfação com trabalho. Fiz uma faculdade de jornalismo e nunca trabalhei de fato com jornalismo, e isso me traz um sentimento de muita frustração/raiva/tristeza. Quando pensei nisso durante a viagem, foi como se os cogumelos me respondessem que na verdade eu escolhi sim a profissão certa, que na verdade eu só "me perdi" no meio do caminho. E isso fez muito sentido, porque na verdade eu sinto muito orgulho de ter escolhido essa carreira. Eu amo ouvir as pessoas, conhecer suas histórias, explorar o universo. Isso tudo, essa fome de conhecimento, essa curiosidade de entender as coisas é o que me dá ânimo e vontade de viver, e por algum motivo eu acabei desistindo desse sonho. Os "nãos" que eu fui ouvindo, a forma como eu fui subestimada na minha vida por diversas pessoas talvez tenham influenciado no meu desânimo e no desenvolvimento da minha depressão. Por muito tempo eu duvidei de mim mesma e não acreditei na minha capacidade de fazer as coisas. Principalmente na escola, com a minha dificuldade de aprender e a falta de preparação e esforço de professores a ajudarem uma criança com dificuldade de aprendizado. Isso tudo, creio eu, colaborou pra que eu crescesse com várias dúvidas sobre mim mesma. 

Também me dei conta de qual a minha verdadeira âncora, aquilo que me puxa de volta pra mim mesma quando entro na pior das bads da depressão. Percebi que meu amor pela minha família é tão grande que só esse amor é capaz de trazer de volta pra mim mesma. Em um certo momento da viagem me senti extremamente angustiada, e quando pensava na morte, ela já não fazia mais nenhum sentido. O amor que eu senti por mim mesma, pela minha família, por meus cachorros, por estar viva e em conexão com o universo já era o suficiente pra que eu nunca cogitasse mais desistir da vida. 

Acho que essa viagem serviu pra que eu me desse conta de que eu não sou os meus problemas, eu não sou o que as pessoas acham de mim, eu não sou os meus sentimentos e pensamentos ruins. A vida é muito mais do que isso, na verdade essas coisas são tão pequenas, tão insignificantes. Posso não estar feliz com meu trabalho atual, com minha aparência, meu peso, meu cabelo, com as minhas relações sociais, ou o que quer que seja. Mas a verdade é que nada disso importa de verdade. Nada disso deve tirar a paz que eu preciso ter comigo mesma. A vida e o universo são muito maiores do que nós pensamos.  

Bom, esse foi um resumo da minha primeira experiência com cogumelos mágicos. Claro que eu vivi muito mais coisas, mas é impossível descrever uma viagem completamente, só vivendo ela pra saber e entender como é. E posso afirmar que a minha foi intensa. O sentimento que carregado comigo agora é de muito amor e afeto pela vida. Espero que esse sentimento se prolongue por muito mais tempo e que eu possa aprender cada vez mais com as experiências com psicodélicos.
