Its a win-win for everybody.

imagining putting on a different kind of puppet show

i bring my puppets to a convention to show them off and they're a hit, i might even get a few inquiries about people commissioning their own puppet.

i feel safe enough to crack a few jokes about really liking my puppets in a different way, maybe i would give them a little kiss on the cheek once or twice. it's no secret, we're all weirdos here.

people notice that i tend to get quite pink in the face and smile really big when they start to play along. i get very comfortable and feel very safe sharing my puppets, as other people seem interested too.

later there's a room party and i bring out my puppets, because of course i do. maybe i'm a little high and tipsy and maybe other people are too- and things are getting a little bit flirty.

somebody slips on one of the puppets and begins to make jokes, putting on a nice and funny show. and then they make my puppet press a kiss to my cheek- and i whine a little bit and laugh, and they know they've got me.

eventually, everybody is having fun playing with the puppets, and they are making sure to pay special attention to my own enjoyment of them. there are enough to go around so everybody has a puppet or two on their hands, and it's really fun.

maybe they like them a little bit too, now that the idea has presented itself. somebody asks if they can kiss one of my puppets on the mouth, and i oblige. i open and close its mouth to mimic it kissing my friend back. when they pull back their eyes are hazy and confused, and they are very happy.
