The Jack Lalanne push. This movement was made famous by fitness expert Jack Lalanne in the 1950s is a great shoulder, latissimus dorsi and core exercise that looks very impressive but should not take anyone with good overall strength long to pull off. How to: Lay on stomach with your legs straight and your arms fully extended. Push with your palms and finger keeping your entire body extended and tight. Try to hold yourself in this position for 2 to 3 seconds then lower body back to the floor. To start off press up with your hands much closer to the body. Try performing this movement more extended each time until you’ve mastered it completely. Do you have the core and upper body strength?
