I’m always trying to improve, mobility, stability, strength, and endurance in my movements.
During this workout I added resistance bands forcing me to really comprehend how these pull and push movements are performed.
Ring muscle ups and dips are not easy so I wanted to break down some of the hardest parts I struggle with.
Even if you can’t do a muscle up, I love these movements because they can build upper body and core strength.
If you can perform a muscle up then adding resistance or weight to the different steps of the muscle up can strengthen your practice. 🤘🏼
At the end of this video I added in some movements I do in between my sets, planche leans and press to handstands 😅

Snacks!! Whenever I see my mom she always has something in hand. Sometimes it’s a book and sometimes it’s food!! Real quick subject, snacks. I’m a firm believer in snacking throughout my day and eating lots of small meals. I don’t consume a lot of sweets or added sugar and I use coconut sugar and honey for my recipes. Whole foods makes up the majority of my diet so even when I’m reaching for a “snack,” to me this means making two eggs or eating some chia pudding. I do believe they’re a lot of great snacks out there but you must read labels, understand what you’re consuming and how your body responds to it. Potato and beef nachos...FULLY LOADED! The potato’s make this so make sure not to cut them too thick. I cut mine 1/8 of an inch and pan fried them in olive oil until crispy golden brown. I seared my beef (rare, it cooks more in the oven) then cut into desirable chucks. Then began layering everything from potato’s, cheese, beef, more cheese. Broil on low until cheese is bubbly. Add sour cream, green onions and a sweet and spicy sauce!
