Day 6, Last Night #75hard Workout #2 I didn’t get to do my workout #1 earlier in the day. Therefore completed my workouts in the evening. Since they cannot be back to back... -Completed workout #1 with a power walk and abs. -After, took a break, completed my 10 page reading and drank another 50 ounces of water 💦 plus 🚽. Here's another #pushup variation for you to add to the @liveleantv 16 day #pushupchallenge. Typically the top range of the push up is easier as you're stronger at that position. However, by using a resistance band, you add extra tension at the top of the range.
