Listen. We need to put emphasis and appreciate Charlie’s characterization of his QSMP character because holy shit, on top of being silly, today has provided so much depth to Q!Charlie as a whole.

It’s heart wrenching outside humor when you think about it.

“Your marriage is not strengthened by good nights, or good sex, it is tested by people like me, who come to cause problems.”

This dialogue to Roier puts Mariana’s cheating allegations into perspective. Whether it’s canon that he did or didn’t, it tells us how much Charlie has forgiven and given him a chance.

People like me, is such a heavy emphasis on his self-awareness that he is toxic and problematic and insanity. Subtle self-deprecating at its finest, just to emotionally scar us further.

Charlie always being a willing participant to cause problems on purpose is an effect of not having anything to lose anymore. Juanaflippa is gone, and he hasn’t seen Mariana in a while. He has been severely lonely and isolated since his exile, and he is numb to it that he “doesn’t feel anything”, according to what he told Foolish.

“Necesito amor.” [I need love.]

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t need or want love. He desperately does, by all means necessary, even if it’s by being a willing participant to cause problems to others. He’ll take what he can get because he hasn’t moved on and won’t let go of his daughter being gone.

He did once believe that Mariana could fix him, I think he said this to Jaiden after the trial was over and done with. He believed this because Mariana is someone who can ground him and keep him from doing something incredibly stupid.

They ground each other. It’s evident during the funeral, with Mariana offering that they kill themselves and Charlie saying no, and then vice versa. It’s not a coincidence that he is more “tamed” when Mariana’s with him.

Things that happen when Charlie is by himself: makes a deal with Satan to get his daughter a gun, attempting to slaughter all the eggs, refuses to resurface back up in the mines during exile, suggesting the gegg idea to Quackity and executing it, and now this.

Without Mariana, Charlie is out there by himself, not knowing how to deal and handle his grief, his loneliness and isolation, his desperation for love.

Personal QSMP design hcs and interpretations (PART 1)

1. q!Quackity

ducktaur. predominantly golden yellow feathers and bright orange duck legs

partial heterochromia (dark brown with bits of bluish-grey)

his wear is different depending on which language he is maining at the moment

Eng!Q has an eyebrow scar, calloused hands, and some browning feathers. Wears religious jewelry and warm-colored clothes.

ESP!Q has ear piercings and blue-dyed feathers. Always has a clip-on tie and cool colored clothes.

Post-Tilin death, he either has their ribbon as a necktie (ESP) or belt (ENG)

has a pin of the QSMP logo always on his person

Brushes his feathers before teaching class

2. q!Jaiden

she is the cartoon character reflected by the mc skin, though is nonetheless perceived as human

she magical girl transforms into the vtuber fit whenever she wants to. Most of the time, it's to fight or to protect Bobby

she transforms using a magical brooch that resembles the emblem on her vtuber fit. she can add stuff on the brooch to alter her transformed appearance (like changing the bird wings to butterfly ones, or having a shiny rainbow mode)

she made a smaller, less powerful replica of her brooch for Bobby so he can get into armor much faster

she "draws" things out of her inventory with her fingers in the air (think the spellcasting of the witches in The Owl House, but with different symbols)

When Bobby died, her transformed look takes on a more dark and brooding appearance

3. q!Roier

he's not a spider hybrid but like, an actual Spiderman—literally got bit by a radioactive spider and everything

alternates between his superhero suit and a civilian fit. like jaiden, he transforms between fits superhero style

can fire webs from his hands, has slight spider sense, and also venomous saliva (so i beg of you, do not get head from this man)

wears natural makeup bc he likes to. he darkens it a little when he feels particularly vengeful (this is canon but yk)

the spiderman traits also apply to Melissa, whose dyed lingerie is literally weaved from spider webs

Post-Bobby death, he wears more blacks (both in civilian and superhero fits) and a lot more eyeliner

4. q!Bad

humanoid looking demon. resembles a void-like shadow in extreme emotional states

distinctly has a glowing halo. it has long horns growing out of it + a shadowy demon tail

has his mc skin's hoodie but sleeveless. collared shirts of any color is usually under that + beige khakis, white socks and various sneakers!

His hoodie has a small embroidered symbol of the Order Theoritas, hidden near the collar of the hood

his hair is long and usually tied loosely. wears glasses as well

sharp canines make him look a bit catty

his reaper get-up is well-sewn cursed cloth. wearing the fit makes his halo and tail larger, darker, and more shadowy

there's a block of diamond + an image of skeppy always on his person

He lets Dapper wear the ghost chat bell as a tail accessory

5. q!Spreen

werebear. He turns into a human during sunny daytimes, and is otherwise an anthromorphic bear-man.

black bear, like the mc skin

fashion sense however matches the CC; generally street-looking even with the bulk of armor

canines and claws glow when he's fighting someone in bear mode. he grows them out fighting during his human state

smells like cigarettes

6. q!Slime

a player equivalent to minecraft slime

prefers taking on a humanoid appearance, and has taken it long enough to master recolorization of said state. feels uncomfortable taking any other form as well

experiences pain when shifting (i mean that's also canon but yk)

behaves like a magma cube in extreme negative emotional states. will resemble one if you piss him off enough

he has no actual clothes, he shapeshifts the appearance of clothing. (q!Mariana has noticed, and he doesn't like to think too hard about it) his most external layer is armor and glasses.

he and q!Mariana have each a piece of Juanaflippa's shell on their person

7. q!Cellbit

human. well, not completely according to genetics but is more or less perceived as one.

The CC but wearing the blockman-cubito's fits

wears eyeliner to hide the eyebags. This doesnt work and only makes his eyes more expressive

a shadow looms the upper half of his face whenever he's being super weird and mysterious. It darkens when he's consciously about to do something really bad in a dramatic anime way; this is much more emphasized if he puts on his goggles

he paints his nails and the paint always trails. these glow sailor moon style when he comes into contact with the blood of any living creature

has a caffeine addiction

The chainsaw scars are deep enough that Cellbit doesn't like looking at himself when changing; he forces it though to remember why he's doing anything at all

Taught Richas how to draw the symbol for the Ordo Theoritas. He also has the symbol pressed into the leather of his gloves

8. q!Wilbur

humanoid man of unidentified species. perceived as human.

really is human looking, minus the pointy ears and prismatic irises

wears clear glasses. yellow sweater + sleeveless brown longcoat + grey jeans + black boots

has a black scarf and red beanie both made of wool and embroidered with gold threaded flowers.

always has a guitar on his person. since tallulah entered his life, he's let her put stickers and draw all over it.

Tried searching for some q!Archivists content on the tag but there's barely anything, so I guess I'll have to become this site's biggest q!Archivists warrior (while also feeding my own delusions).

Brace yourselves.

So! In my hc, Cellbit is polyamorous and he ends up falling in love with and eventually "marrying" Philza during purgatory, their trust in each other has been developing before that due to Philza helping him in his investigations and becoming one of the leaders of the Order, but they only formed a connection after day 1 on Egg Island and all the insanity-inducing bullshit they went through.

Their relationship is a mixture of mentor/pupil and lovers, they playfully call each other Father and Son, but ever since Philza became the leader of the BOLAS?!?? gas mask cult, the title of Father Crow has much more depth attached to it. Philza is practically their God, their saviour in moments of desperation and hopelessness, he'll guide his "children" and protect them from everything that this hellscape THIS ISN'T PURGATORY, THIS IS HELL throws at them.

And then he sees Cellbit. Fierce, unforgiving, sometimes cruel, with the intellect of a genius and such compassion and humanity which would surpass that of even the most God-honoring men and women that he's known, but buried so deep inside his heart after everything that he's been through that he isn't even able to feel empathy anymore. He sees this beautiful, broken shell of a man and takes him under his wings, glueing the little pieces bit by bit with his kindness in the hopes of making him feel whole again, even if he knows that it won't heal the cracks and the scars.

But Cellbit sees Philza too, he sees the once stoic, solitary crow residing atop of the wall, observing the passerbys living their lives while keeping his distance, beggining to protect his newly acquired "flock" with a vice grip on his axe and shield, building a nest that'll shelter each of his children while providing them with anything that they need, whilst also encouraging them to pursue their freedom and take matters into their hands. A loving father, a kind leader, a wonderful man in all aspects.

He's not exactly proud of letting the walls that surround his most vulnerable parts crumble so easily, but he can't bring himself to regret it if Philza's the one swinging the hammer at the bricks.

Don't get me wrong, it's not simply a tale of loving gazes and whispered reassurances, their love is also sick, it blinds them to the outside world and the consequences of their actions, their selfishness is warped into a delusion of compassion and they keep themselves tethering on the edge of insanity (or "freedom", as someone that's part of a cannibalistic doomsday cult may call it).

When they eventually "marry" each other near the end of purgatory (and Roier is informed of their newly formed relationship), Philza gives Cellbit a green leather collar with a gold pendant that has been engraved with his initials, his only words to him are "I would like for you to be mine, even if your heart has already been claimed by someone else", Cellbit accepts and once the rest of team BOLAS?!?? receives the news of their union, Cellbit is refered to as "Mother" in family gatherings and "The Hand of God" when Philza is absent.

The green collar and his wedding ring are his most prized possessions, no one's allowed to touch it if not Philza or himself, which unintentionally resulted in an argument between Cellbit and Roier when the mexican tried to touch his husband's neck and had his wrist held forcefully by the other on pure instinct. If someone from the blue team takes the collar as a "hunting prize" after murdering Cellbit they are ambushed and brutally eaten alive by the frenzied red team members.

• I really wanted to keep him as human at first, but well, i love giving non-human traits to my faves and cat really fits him guys I'm sorry my first thought about him when i started watching him is that qCell is a pathetic wet cat it was predestined really. Anyways, i noticed not many artists (the ones who catboy-ifying him. maybe its just a me problem tho) give him whiskers, so i gave him whiskers👍

• Gray hairs were a random detail i decided to add, but then i gave it some thought and honestly, his life was (still tbh) stressful - so i guess it works👍

• Made half of his hair (not even stopping at just head hair) white just because im extra sometimes. Like, i could stop at just one streak, but why would i do that?

• Got some of his shit together after being taken away by Feds and stopped looking like he is about to pass out from everything really. God bles love truly changes people👍 It doesn't change the horrific eye bags tho, they are never going away, saying as a person with eyes bags, those bad boys are the part of me at this point, so are they for him

• Burn marks are mostly on body, they haven't touched face all that much.

Q!Baghera:

• Okay, like i said, she's human-duckling shapeshifter - what that means, is that she can basically take any form ranging from just a normal human to just a normal duckling. Will point out - not a duck. Duckling.

• q!Baghs usually takes the form that is closer to human, but still has some duckling traits - because they are kinda looking cool and also like that water doesn't bother her nearly as much ig. 70% of her body is actually covered with down feathers - fluffye👍

• Now that i think, wouldn't she kinda easily float in the water? At least a bit? Because of all duckling feathers? Sick.

Q!Etoiles:

• Cucumber👍 Quite literally tho, he doesn't even have blood. Literally edible. Can regrow cut off limbs by sitting in a water for a bit. All that stuff.

• Idk who first thought of kintsugi scars for him, but this person is a genius.

• LEAFY HAIR! The flowers and tendrils are also parts of a hair and they glow! I love when glow!

• Idk, i love the idea of scarf going woosh, so i gave q!Et it👍 The yellow parts if it also glow.

• Star-freckles! Because why won't a cucumber man have star-freckles! Their glow mostly seen in the dark and they also blink.

Q!Tazercraft:

• q!Mike is a creeper hybrid with like 45% of creeper in him. The green parts are really patchy all over the body, and also fluffy. He doesn't explode often (nearly never, not enough creeper in him ig).

• q!Pac is a creature indeed👍 He is something alien-esque - fishlike, that's kinda all i can say. More importantly, he glows and can regulate that glow.

• They weren't always like that tho. They were humans for the most of their life, but something happened (I haven't thought of something yet) and now they are like that👍

• Deffo soulmates in a "they are literally bonded by an actual soul" way.

Q!Fit: (i dont have much for him and i watch him a lot lmao. I think with him i just follow canon ahah)

in empires s1, both scott and xornoth have trouble walking through doors because of their antlers. Like xornoth will be chasing someone or something then he just hits the doorframe with a CLANG or scott will be trying to get outside and he just gets stuck and has to get someone to free him

speaking of those antlers my own hc is that when scott found the book in that tomb, he went from a regular elf to having the antlers and like deer ears / deer hybrid thing, during his elsa arc he shed them / he sawed them off because he felt he wasnt worthy but they grew back and sometimes have icicles hanging off them

jimmy hates the crust on sandwiches in all universes

c!purpled and c!punz are brothers, or at least sort of, c!purpled is an alien who crash landed on earth at like 5 years old and tiny 10 year old c!punz found him and they became very close, c!punz taught him earth culture
