No egg is the most misunderstood egg.

All the eggs have sides to their personality and trauma that are only seen by their closest family and friends.

I get grey hairs every time I see Leo and Tallulah being described as the most misunderstood eggs.

Let me ask, how many on the island truly know Ramon? Chayanne? Dapper? Pomme? Richarlyson?

Answer: Their parents and ~2-3 of their aunts/uncles. Exactly like Leo and Tallulah.

A note specifically on Leo:

If your proof of Leo being misunderstood is q!aypierre and q!bad saying she would enjoy being away from q!foolish, I have news for you; they weren't being serious. Q!bad knows perfectly well how close Leo and q!foosh are, and seeing people constantly downplaying q!bad's relationship with Leo in specific is honestly sad. Yes, Leo now prefers to be taken care of by q!roier because that's her brother, and he speaks Spanish. But way before he was there? Q!bad was her babysitter. Q!max babysat her twice, I think? But other than that? For months, if Leo needed a babysitter, it was q!bad. He knows her. She knows him. She used to help q!bad troll q!foolish. When q!forever came clean about what he did to Leo, q!bad drew his weapon, getting ready to kill. She used to wake up for him as well. And she still occasionally does. Q!bad sang his most precious lullaby to her, "You are my sunshine," with personalised lyrics:

“You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are grey. You’ll never know dear how much I love you, please don’t take my sunshine away. Dapper’s admin dropping some meta lore!

Quackity was originally paired with Luzu to care for Tilin as we all suspected. And Wilbur was supposed to be paired with Bad.

However, Wilbur came late to the event and it was an English-English pair which didn’t really work. The admins had also ultimately decided to keep Bad & Dapper as a single parent relationship because they really enjoyed the two’s dynamic together more (and still do). So, that’s why they introduced Tallulah!

Kind of a shame Tommy’s new video got SO overshadowed by the Dream stuff.

I mean obviously that was always going to be the case, Dream discourse is a bit of a hot topic atm (especially in this community) and well, while everyone else knows how to take a joke, Dream’s fanbase always has to overreact and make the comments Tommy made way more dramatic than they ever were. I mean I’ve seen people calling him ableist for just fidgeting during Dream’s section… what does that mean?!?!?!?!

Anywho! He made some great points throughout — not anything new and groundbreaking per se, but his humour definitely made up for it — poking fun at Mr Beast for flaunting his wealth online and not really putting it to much good, Andrew Tate and his manhood ;), KSI just trying to build a brand while Logan Paul just drags him down with scams and crypto bullshit. All of it fun and silly and fairly lighthearted the whole way through.

And Philza Minecraft baby!!!! Judging by the way Tommy promoted this video on Twitter I can only assume he’s super proud of how that part came out, as he should be, he clearly put a lot of work into in and it turned out incredibly awesome!!!

I don't really watch a lot of Fit or Pac but I heard how Pac tried to adopt the cat that might have been Madagio and had a little idea Aka funny little au in which Madagio does let themself get taken in by Pac, and Fit has to pretend that Pac's new pet is totally a normal cat and not his boss that is constantly pestering him to do his job, slice of life sitcom style

i think tumblr deserves the massive infodump i did in the comments of a youtube clip. for context, its a clip of q!cellbit and q!bbh's conversation of trust

this is one of the most complex clips ive seen in a while from this server. and its all because of a change in character.

bagi and cellbit finding out they're twins seemed to unlock something in cellbit that had been hidden since he escaped from prison. hes been slowly leaning into the mindset he held during the war ever since the eggs disappeared but now hes /actively/ thinking about that time in his life because of bagis pressure. hes regressed back to how he used to be. the kid he was when he would chop and eat people to survive. the kid who slowly grew addicted to the rush and the taste until it was all he knew how to do. that same kid that bad knew. thats ultimately why he trusts him so much. bad has not said a word about how cellbit used to be, and cellbit is both ashamed and trusting. ashamed because he used to be like that, thats how he spent under a decade of his life and only one person knew it. and of course trusting because/only one person knew./ i also think that at a subconscious level cellbit confessed this all to bad because he used to see him as a father figure. hell, cellbit was 13 and bbh was hundreds of years older, there is no doubt in my mind that bad was a place of comfort and a place free of judgement for that cellbit. but he also confessed because he wanted the comfort he had gotten those years ago. cellbit was surviving everyday in a crazy new environment with only bad to guide him through it and hold his hand. thats why he tells him. because he's scared they'll go back there and needs bad again. needs bad to trust him with his life again. but thats not what happens. well, in someways it is. but bad can't comfort him. because he isn't any more sane. they've both lost their minds and bad wether he wants to or not enables cellbit in a certainly dangerous way. they're both dead set on their goals. they both know what the have to do. they've both done this before. they're listening to the same song, but one of them is blasting out their eardrums. they get each other. and they'll stay with each other. and no one else can take them out of this scary fucking mindset

tldr; both q!cellbit and q!bbh are fucked up and they enable each other. not to mention the cycles gonna be damn hard to break.

Sorry yeah this is a very recent development so I should give a quick update on who Hope is 'XD

As a brief summary, while doing some missions for (I think) the Federation, Cellbit found cords that led to something that looked like a small adoption-center type room but really ol and run-down.

Inside, where the egg would normally be, there was a chest with a book in it. People have sent screenshots and such but in summary, the book was written by an egg who had been stuck in the room, hoping and dreaming to someday have a family and live a real life, but nobody ever found them, and they wanted to write a book so that if someone ever found it after they were gone, they'd still be remembered in some way.

So yeah we're adopting them now-

Okay, listen, if the theory that Q!elquackity was a red herring all along, and he was meant to distract and lose his electoral lives, who then is the federation plant? Q!Forever. Because he's backed by Q!Cellbit. Q!Cellbit, who's worked for the federation all this time without knowing it, who took his own last electoral life to spite the federation only to be told it was a great performance by them. Because now everyone trusts him again, and his closest ally can be instated as president....

really really really long ramble ahead about q!Foolish's federation situation bc i have thoughts. you've been warned :'D

i cannot get over how much shit could hit the fan with this whole q!Foolish situation. literally so many relationships could hinge on how things play out

firstly, we have no idea how q!Pac and q!Mike are going to react to q!Foolish when they see him next (likely tomorrow, as per what cc!Pac said at the end of the Tazercraft stream). they might get mad and take revenge, maybe try and use him to find and rescue Walter Bob... etc, etc. q!Foolish wants them to be released (little does he know...) and he hopes to still be friends with them even tho they may not want the same, but he really has no true idea what he's gotten himself into...

i don't think their relationship will ever be the same regardless of what info comes out, but that's essentially just the tip of the iceberg

what i'm most curious about personally is q!Cellbit (and q!Forever) finding out about how he lied about Richas's life being on the line. because i already know that ain't gonna end well. both q!Cellbit and q!Forever are fiercely protective of Richas. q!Cellbit absolutely despises liars and he already threatened q!Foolish while interrogating him

q!Cellbit places a lot of trust in q!Foolish. we saw that in how they bonded when q!Foolish was constructing the castle, and how q!Cellbit wanted to have him build something else for him just so they could spend time together. and it was really solidified in q!Cellbit telling q!Forever today how he has a hard time believing q!Foolish would lie and use Richas’s name to do so. he doesn’t find q!Foolish “capable” of betraying them somehow

q!Cellbit finding out the truth could seriously fuck with him and their relationship. so could him finding out about q!Foolish's actual federation job, but more on that later

q!Cellbit himself killing q!Foolish has potential problems of its own, namely with q!Roier and their relationship. i mean, that's his dad. but at least for me, it's hard to really gauge how q!Roier will react, especially now that him and q!Cellbit are married. i think its circumstantial, but i'm not too too worried about spiderbit

q!Foolish dying also has the potential for some major problems with q!Vegetta if/when he comes back. and i fear for Richas's life if q!Vegetta were to find out, but i digress, let's not go there-

i think a lot of people won't see q!Foolish the same way, at least for a while, if they find out he lied, but i think the bigger problem now lies in his job with the federation

if that gets out, that could burn a lot of bridges. i'll say when actually, because as much as i love q!Foolish, i don't think he can keep this a secret forever. i don't think q!Jaiden will say anything, but who knows, honestly?

unlike q!Cellbit's infiltration to rescue q!Felps and learn more about the federation, and q!Fit using his janitorial job to try and find the player data he wants, q!Foolish is doing this for himself and the federation. unlike both of them, and a majority of the Ordo Theoritas he's technically apart of, he's not anti-federation, he's not anti-Cucurucho, and at that, he's really not neutral, either

i find q!Foolish to be such an interesting character. he knows what he wants a majority of the time and he's willing to do pretty much anything to get what he wants. in this situation, he's aware of his actions having consequences but he does it anyway because it's what he believes benefits himself the most, regardless of what others may say or do. and that's such an interesting character trait, but it can be such a detrimental one, too

did q!Foolish get manipulated tho? to an extent, yes. Cucurucho called him "unique," and i refuse to believe that was out of genuine belief. he's never expressed major interest in q!Foolish until recently. i also don't think Mr. Mustard is alive anymore, quite frankly, if what was said about them eating said capybara is anything to go by. but q!Foolish is so desperate to become Cucurucho's friend and also save Mr. Mustard. he said it himself: he's willing to do just about anything. that leaves the door wide open, doesn't it? Cucurucho is playing a game, and q!Foolish is playing right into it

and if q!Foolish doesn't ultimately go on a traitor arc and he does in fact get used, it kinda sucks for him, really, bc we saw what happened to q!Felps thinking Cucurucho was nice and his friend, and q!Jaiden is probably getting used in a similar way, rather for the fact she's willing to do anything for the eggs

if q!Foolish does get used, and the others catch on to that (mainly q!Cellbit), i think that could be the saving grace for q!Foolish and his relationship with the other members of the island. because it wasn't all his fault, and i think people could see it through

but if not? that's a lot of irreparable damage, be it intentional or not. i'd love to see where that coud lead

I think it’s important to remember that the qsmp is only 2 months old, everyone is brand new and this is technically one of the first major arcs we’ve had on the server. When it comes to the roleplay everyone is still feeling things out about what direction to take with their characters and how to act.

It’s an amazing sign that there is healthy communication happening already between the creators in & out of character in regards to the content. This will build the foundation for the server rp as a whole going forwards

gonna tentatively say that i think sometimes people (cough twitter cough) overreact to small hiccups when it comes to cultures clashing in the qsmp. you can't expect people to be perfect, if you have that mentality and attack ccs for any interactions you don't give them time to grow or change.

and its not like theres been any really huge racism incidents between ccs, as far as i can tell just some accidental weirdness and culture differences, its LEARNING you make MISTAKES WHEN YOU ARE LEARNINGGGG

im not saying dont criticize ccs for the ways in which they are actually being rude, racist or xenophobic, im saying, A. dont write off their potential for change and B. dont underestimate the fact that they are an adult, with adult friends, who can correct them if need be.

and if you think this is about any substantial racist incidents, i am not talking about that, im talking about people jumping down bad's throat about when he jokingly called etoiles uncultured. im talking about when a cc mispronounces something, or guesses wrong, or takes the easy way out when learning and uses a translator, or when someone says something thats offensive in another language by accident.

again, mistakes, learning, change, they are adults they don't need you to defend them.
