What’s this??? Another AU drop??

Say hello to the Hunchback of Notre Dame AU! You can kinda see who’s roles each characters filling.

The story so far is that Stan and Ford are born to a Romani woman and a Jewish man. Both targets of 14th century persecution, the parents split up while running from Paris lawmakers; Caryn taking Ford and Fillbrick taking Stan. Caryn is murdered on the footsteps of Notre Dame, and her son is taken in by the Cardinal and raised to ring the bells. Meanwhile Stan is raised in Gravity Falls; an underground sanctuary for the outcast of Paris to hide in should they need to (this AU’s equivalent of the Court Of Miracles). After his father’s death, a seventeen-year-old Stan performs in the streets (while running the occasional scam) to earn the money needed to support his family and make life better for the people hiding out in Gravity Falls. A chance encounter leads to the twins meeting, which changes both their lives forever.

Researching period+cultural accurate clothing is a task and a half, let me tell you. But mixing what I found with something stylized is super fun. I like these designs, and I hope they do both the characters and the roles they take Justice! If anyone has tips on how to improve these designs, I’d love to have them!
