Small drabble for them besties:

There were many things that Eddie loved about Buck: his lips and the way they always kissed him like his life depended on it; his big heart and equally big tits; the way he was one of the smartest people he knew but not in a traditional way which meant Eddie was always randomly finding out things he knew or could do. A lot of those things Eddie had made a point on telling Buck he loved them, because he deserved to know he was completely and totally loved by Eddie. but there were some things that Eddie had kept private. Things like the expression lines on his forehead, and the way his soft tummy fit perfectly in Eddie's hand, and more than anything, Buck's bed hair. Buck's curls had always been a weakness for Eddie, ever since they were just friends Eddie had wanted to wrap his fingers around Buck's curls and just run his fingers through the soft stands for hours, and ever since they started dating, ever since they moved in together, he got to do just that. But there was something special about the mornings. Especially if Buck showered before bed. Then he would wake up with unruly curls all over his head, hair that was normally brushed and gelled back, would break free and stand up. Eddie loved reaching across the bed and just run his fingers through Buck's hair until the other man opened his eyes for a second before melting back into the pillow under Eddie's touch. Morning's like these were perfect for Eddie, and he couldn't wait for the day where he'd catch the glint of a wedding band on his finger as he did it. Hi Inell I'm so sorry this took forever! Here's a small drabble for u <33

Buck bit down a chuckle. Not even ten minutes ago Eddie had climbed into his lap and attached his mouth to Buck's neck, leaving a small trail of kisses and bites, until he got distracted and was now only rubbing his nose against Buck's jaw like a cat.

He was surprised he wasn't purring, to be honest.

"What got into you?" Buck asked him, wrapping his arms around his drunk boyfriend.

"Nothing," Eddie replied, his hand sneaking underneath Buck's shirt, his hand just resting on top of Buck's stomach. "Well, I guess, you could say I'm just fond of you, wanna be with you."

Buck smiled, turning his head and kissing Eddie's cheek. From the corner of his eye he could see Eddie smiling before resting his head on Buck's shoulder and after a few minutes falling asleep, his hot soft breathing hitting Buck's skin, and his hand still tucked right under Buck's shirt, and Buck was happy to let him stay there for as long as he wanted.

my dearly beloved Ems, I apologize for how long it took me to get to this ask, in my defense, life has been a lil cray cray, but here's a lil buddietommy drabble for u. Have a lovely tuesday <33

Early mornings came to be one of Buck's favorite times. More often than not it meant that both of his boyfriends were home, safe and sound, with him. Sometimes it meant that Tommy was just getting out of shift while him and Eddie still had a couple of hours to go before they needed to leave for theirs. Sometimes it meant that Tommy would be waiting for them with warm cups of coffee - enough to tie them over until it was time to take the kids the school and they could crash for the rest of the morning. Sometimes it was early mornings like today, where there was a wailing cry coming from the newly build crip in the corner of their room, and Buck would dig his elbow into the man cuddling behind him to get him to get up mumbling a sleepy "It's your turn Tommy," Until the other man finally got up, leaving a kiss on Buck's forehead as he left the bed. Buck couldn't help himself, he lifted himself from Eddie's chest to watch their boyfriend pick up their daughter and sooth her enough to be able to feed her her bottle. He loved how gentle Tommy was with her.

"Go back to sleep, Buck," Eddie mumbled, bringing him back down to his chest and pressing a kiss to Buck's forehead as well, "You'll have time to oogle him later, we need sleep now." Buck chuckled, and lifted his head up to give Eddie one kiss before closing his eyes and sighing happily into his chest. Yeah. Early mornings were the best.

When Eddie agreed to come with Buck to the jewelry store to pick up Maddie’s and Chim’s wedding bands, he never imagined things would end up like this, with Buck on one knee and asking him to spend the rest of their lives together.

They weren’t even dating. They were something more than just best friends, sure, but Eddie never thought that they would just skip a whole section of their relationship and go straight to fiances.

Two hours ago he couldn’t have imagined any of this happening. 

Two hours ago when they walked into the store Eddie was daydreaming about the day he and Buck would come in to get their own rings.

He had smiled at Buck when he asked the person behind the counter for the order they were picking up, and then started to look at the display.

When Bella, the girl behind the counter, came back she grinned at Eddie and said, “Looks like someone might pop the question soon,” Eddie blushed at her words and shook his head.

But Buck stopped in his tracks and pointed to a ring, “Can I see that one?”

Bella smirked and told him that she’d gladly would. 

“Eds,” Buck said a little breathless, “It’s perfect.”

Eddie didn’t quite understand what he meant until he saw the ring. It was literally perfect for both of them, it had three stones - Eddie couldn’t really tell you what they were called but one was a dark brown almost black, and the other two a soft blue - casted on a silver band. Eddie was right away reminded of their little family unit, both of them and Chris.

“Buck,” Eddie whispered, his words getting stuck on his throat, “We can’t, we haven’t even been on a single date.”

“So? I already know you’re the one for me Eds? So why not? You’re my best friend, we’ve already formed a life together, there’s no one else in the world I’d let have my back, so what do you say Edmundo Diaz, would you marry me?”

Yeah, Eddie could’ve never imagined that this was how it was going to go down, but when that “Yes,” left his mouth he knew it was the most amazing thing to happen to him.

is this two weeks late? Maybe, but at least i wrote more this year, lmao, have some vampire eddie my beloved

“I guess we’ll find out our next shift, I don’t think Bobby can keep me as a man behind for another shift.” “Maybe one more,” Buck said, biting his lips, “He was really spooked too, maybe from watching me freak out, but yeah, he might keep an eye on you for another shift.” Eddie reached out for Buck’s hand, pulling him from his spiraling thoughts. “I’m sorry,” Eddie said, “I’m sorry I put you through that.” Buck shook his head, giving him a weak smile, “It’s okay, let’s just, let’s just get home so you can feed.” Luckily for Eddie, Buck had thought ahead and put the blood bags into the re-used butter container Eddie usually filled with leftovers and that Christopher never touched, so once they got home and dropped their bags at the laundry room, Buck made himself a small snack while Eddie pulled out his blood bag.

The giddiness that came from holding Buck's hand was something that Eddie was never going to get over with. The warmth that came from Buck's skin, the roughness of his hands from years of work, the way Buck's thumb would immediately start to rub the back of Eddie's hand.

It had been years since the very first time that Eddie held Buck's hand, the first time he allowed himself to reach for it as they were walking down the street going to the car from their third date, Buck had already had Eddie's dick in his mouth and yet, Eddie hadn't allowed himself to hold his hand. His heart was beating a mile an hour, and it didn't slow down until he finally looked up to Buck and found him smiling back at him.

The same smile he was now giving Eddie as he reached for his hand, stopping mid ramble just to give Eddie that two-second smile.

"Are you excited?" Eddie asked him, searching on his features anything that told him that any part of Buck regretted this.

"I don't think excited begins to cover how I feel, Eds."

Eddie smiled back at him, and squeezed his hand, feeling the edges of the ring on his finger dig into Eddie's finger. The ring they had exchanged at the altar not even three weeks ago.

On his other hand the ridges of the key to their new home dug into the skin of his palm, they still had half a block to walk before they could get there, but Eddie couldn't wait to surprise Buck with the news that the house was theirs.

"Come on, our home is waiting for us."

Buck's smile got impossible blinding, and with another squeeze to his hand Eddie led them to the home they'll be growing old together.
