Review

Ran is a smart, gentle, beautiful girl is mostly isolated from her peers because of her looks and how unapproachable she seems. Akira is a good looking guy who is liked by all of his classmates has a meet cute with Ran and eventually it leads him to realize that she isn’t anything like the rumors of about her make her out to be, she is in fact very sweet.  This feels like Todoke no Kimi, but in 1/3 the volumes. Ran is a very sweet and innocent girl, and Akira a super nice guy, and right from volume 1 you are rooting for them, they are so wholesome and sweet and you just wish every first love was as ideal as theirs starts.

the couple: they’re honestly so cute, the way they care about flowers together is so sweet

story & setting: ran (little miss prettyface) is a lovely girl and it’s really rewarding to see her come out of her shell. however. imagine kimi ni todoke but instead of autistic swag the girl is just Too gorgeous and talented and kind and wealthy and pretty. i’m only being slightly facetious

the art: really impressive and artistic panel work, with meticulous detail and beautiful flowers
