childhood nostalgia is killing me1!!1

i just want to be little and happy and free again!! laughing and playing with bubbles with my bestfriend, growing up is terrible and i never want to be a adult. I dont know how to cope with this change and I just have to keep moving forward with it. everytime i see my bestfriend smile im reminded shes changing and growing up and i just cant stop it. I want her and me to be little again and I want to hold her hand and run in her backyard and climb in her treehouse. I hate change and I wish i could pause time.

Im new here and still learning how it all works. I'm an observer of the things around me and what drew me here was my deep unyielding belief in a particular fandom and ship and the more in-depth discussions that are possible on this platform compared to others. However having viewed the platform for a little bit I thought this might be a good place to start, to test the waters so to speak in sharing my thoughts and personal observations and rambles about life. ... so here goes...
