A la hora de lo «inmediato», las herramientas de rapid learning encontraron su espacio hace varios años en el mundo de la formación a distancia. Como evolución directa del software de producción de contenidos e-learning denominados herramientas de autor, las herramientas de rapid learning permiten obtener con facilidad y en tiempo récord módulos de formación a distancia.
¿Qué es rapid learning?
Rapid learning se basa en un principio muy sencillo. Se trata de integrar las etapas de escenificación y realización para obtener una única fase de creación final, lo que supone una verdadera ventaja para el responsable de formación. Este puede basarse en una presentación en ppt prevista inicialmente para la formación presencial, para realizar un recurso e-learning. Las herramientas de rapid learning, como elearning animgallery, permiten realizar módulos pedagógicos transmisivos cortos (15-20 min. preferentemente), que tratan temas normalmente generalistas y actualizados. La velocidad de los módulos de formación generados por rapid learning se mantiene al mismo tiempo en el diseño y en el aprendizaje.
