Cleaning your guns just feels so intimate, you're like, all up in them mechanical guts, you clean out the old oil, the dust and grime. It all feels so personal you know, and when you get the ram rod to clean the barrel and the ram rod comes out pitch black from so much soot, and you have to repeat till it's all clean. And don't get me started on oiling everything back up, and then in the end when put it all back together, it's decidedly romantic.
