we are looking to add two mods to our semi-private jcink premium community set in the picturesque town of newport, rhode island. paper mache world will be an application only roleplay. our forums will be locked to guests, other than our basic information, our application instructions, and our current claims. our link will be distributed publicly, but we will only accept new players as we see fit. we will have a 3-3-3 rating, and will accept players (and mods) who are eighteen and older. no skills are needed other than basic jcink admin/mod functions. your only duties will be helping keep the site clean, answer member questions, and help with the overall functionality of the site. the site is 95% completed, and we are looking to open late april depending on how long it takes to find the right fit for us. apply to staff with us today!

The Quest Diary is a passion project being put together by Kiwi Kitty and Jumble Jayne. Inspired by other similar projects like Habitica and The Hero's Journal, The Quest Diary aims to provide resources for turning your life into a fully fleshed out game system!

Our goal is to help our players deal with the pressures of life by turning the mundane into the magical - daily chores become quest dailies, going to the store becomes a mini-dungeon, making phone calls becomes a miniboss battle!

By taking these every day tasks and responsibilities and turning them into a real life RPG, we encourage our players to change how they feel about the daily grind, and shake up how they approach their life.

Gamification (sometimes also called play therapy, especially with children) is a still developing and growing tool for counseling. It offers clients the opportunity to develop much needed skills in a fun and effective way. It also offers a way for clients to approach and confront issues in their lives that may feel too scary in a traditional counseling setting.

The Quest Diary is being designed as a tool to help players develop new social and coping skills, but should not be considered a replacement for professional counseling or therapy.
