Doomed Touring LLP was incorporated on May 16, 2022 which is 12 days after "Why I Quit Youtube" was posted, months after wad has been in the works. so, only based on that, they have time to register a new company.

apart from that, i think they could use Doomed Touring LLP (for the company to actually have profit for once). and there is also Dan and Phil Productions Ltd that will probably be used at some point. so even if they don't register a new company by the end on June, they have other options, technically.
