I really like traditional clothing, so last year I put Teldryn in a barong Tagalog. Today I unearthed this sketch and finished it :D

I am especially fond of the idea that he slicks his hair down for certain occasions.

this is not the greatest song in the world no-ohhhh, this is just a tribute

from the rock au still sprouting in my brain.

also. soul-gem powered tube amps. tel wielding a sick 8-string Ibanez. the 1997 yellow Nissan equivalent of a tour cart. half their songs are in drop G. they go to the soul cairn to release s/erana from her awful dadmanager and get a sick skeletal horse for the trouble. also there are still dragons and things like that, which is why they need the soul-gem powered tube amps for maximum overdrive thu'um.

but they also make some Ten D silly stuff poking fun at life in skyrim. this is just a tribute.

Heya Choi!

Seeing your Two Sujamma on my dash reminded me I had a dream featuring them last night.

I was lost on some University campus, and while crossing a lawn, I met Teldryn taking photos of Darra with this massive 'proper' camera, while she posed fashionista-style. I stopped and had my photo taken with Darra, before continuing whatever it was I was doing.

I just found it funny, and thought you might get a kick out of it too 😄️

5. Describe their cozy night in.

There are many sorts of cozy nights in. Drinks on the porch while talking about nothing and everything. Darra reading and trying to unravel some old text or new spell while Teldryn is across the hall playing one of five songs he knows on the lute (Last week it was four).

What reminds each of their partner?

Darra: “He smells like sword polish and looks like a mudcrab with that helmet. He might actually be a mudcrab. Hard, big arms, scrappy, fights things that are three times bigger, but quite soft inside. Also that red scarf.”

Teldryn: “Colovian brandy. Cheese. Heartburn medicine. I suppose I can’t walk around Riften without remembering her there. Perhaps I can’t imagine Skyrim without remembering her there now, either.”

Would they build a pillow fort together just because?

Probably not a pillow fort, but separate houses of cards to show each other up (house of cards-sized, not pillow fort sized) or a Grow Your Own Telvanni Tent DIY Mushroom Kit.

Who has an insatiable appetite? And what does the other do to help?

Darra has an insatiable appetite. For cheese. Teldryn helps by standing strategically beside her so she can palm the inn/banquet table/college dining area’s fancy display wedge into her pockets. Also by playing the tired partner (“Please. She’s recovering from brain rot.”) bailing her out if her plan fails.

Who’s more likely to do something out of spite?

If “not following previously discussed battle plan to prove a point that it was silly” or “she’s vague so I’m taking a holiday” counts, that’s Teldryn, but neither of them are, particularly.

Does either of them have a secret that could potentially ruin their relationship?

Teldryn keeps most of his past (family, loves, hard decisions, criminal history, and losses) from people he works with, but keeping that secret does more harm than good.

Darra is mostly an open book but tries to hide that she had a one-sided crush on Teldryn a long time ago and one on Inigo not-so-long ago. 

Who’s more likely to hold a grudge after an argument?

Darra “people always have a choice” Salvi more than Teldryn “runs his mouth like a guar slapped on the behind” Sero

Really, both of them are insatiable, but Teldryn is wary of bandits out in the wild, while Darra has less qualms about getting some in the back of a carriage or out in the wild. Teldryn uses his hands and keeps his clothes on.

How do they feel about PDA?

They prefer it subtle. Only really noticeable by others if they’re looking for it. Fingers barely touching. A hand on the back, or resting on an arm. Hands under the table.

After enough drinks, anything goes, though. I’m also certain Darra has slid her foot up someone else’s leg by accident, and that was probably Serana.

What are there thoughts on pet names? Do they have any?

They’rekindaoldforit sdlfkjslf. Darra simply calls him Tel a lot, starting from when they became more familiar with each other as friends. Teldryn went from serjo to Salvi to Darra.

“Love” started as something that they joked around with alone once and used to pretend they weren’t feeling anything more. As time went by, it turned a lot more sincere, and having someone else hear Teldryn say “yes, love?” was a big turning point. 

“Dearest” is reserved for when they’re at the end of the rope with each other, as in “Dearest. Not again. Absolutely not again.”

Who pulls the other closer when they’re sleeping?
