has anyone ever experienced exploding head syndrome? i had an episode last night and it was truly freaky on top of it being random. i was dreaming something unfortunately violent and at the climax of the dream, there was a buzzing explosive sound that burst in my head, i even feel like i saw a flash of light with it. i usually have weird REM stuff (vivid dreams, laughing or shouting awake/in my sleep) and have even had childhood experiences of alice in wonderland syndrome, but this is the first time i had an EHS episode where i was crystal clear that it WAS EHS….it was freaky and pretty horrifying, but im wondering if anyone has also experienced it or found ways to mitigate it happening again?
