My beloved bestie, @crow-whisperer introduced me to a new image enhancement app called Remini and I thought I'd give it a spin.
And, bloody hell, it's impressive!
The more I look at the sequence above, the more details I notice, even down to individual hairs in her eyebrows! But it's her eyes I was most impressed with; if I was being a little bit picky, I'd make comment that the pupil of her left eye is a little off, but the details it introduces make her gorgeous emerald eyes all the more mesmerising, introducing flecks of brown into the green. Truly, I fell for her all over again.
I thought I'd give it another test on one of my favourite images of Angel for a side-by-side comparison. The results are very pleasing. . .
Rather unfortunately, many of the advanced features - like most apps of its ilk - are paywalled. I guess $2pw for the "Lite" version of the app is okay, I guess, but weighed up against the other apps I used - FaceApp and PicsArt in particular - I could pay for both of those for not a great deal more, if you apply it monthly.
But if you're after a good AI image enhancer, even the free version of this seems impressively powerful, based on my albeit limited experience.
