Becca and Kat Designs

Starting up a company with my identical twin has been challenging but rewarding and I feel that it will be interesting to see where it goes from here when I finish university!

We have shared our work in a variety of places keeping to our design aesthetic. Keeping the designs of the website and Contrado store simple and making the background white has allowed the colours of our designs to pop and really stand out from the page.

eWhen selecting our designs for the Contrado store we looked out how they worked as a cohesive collection and I think that is reflected in the appearance of our store.

Our design processes are very similar and we both base our designs on nature and in particular flowers and I think that this makes our company work feel like a collection even if none of the designs so far have been collaborative.

Additionally we created an Instagram account to display our work and I think so far the page has a very fun, floral feel to it that represents our brand positively.
