Just saw some fucking fascist nonsense under the “Catholic” tag (as in they literally tagged it with “fascism”) and I would just like to take this moment to remind everyone that you cannot be a fascist and a good Catholic at the same time.
Reject fascism, friends. They are not our allies, not even if you’re a trad. Our tradition is not a dead one, but a living and life-giving one. Fascism is nothing more than the hollowed-out, rotting carcass of a “tradition” that is long dead and should be left in the grave where it belongs.

Jon Root:
"I pray this month everyone is reminded of the truths that:
- Marriage is between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24; 1 Corinthians 7:2-16; Ephesians 5:23-33)
- God is love (1 John 4:7-21)
- The rainbow is about a promise from God to never flood the earth again (Genesis 9:11–15)
- Homosexuality is a sin (Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9)
- The sexually immoral will not enter heaven (1 Corinthians 6:9-20)
- No matter your sexual sin, there is hope, peace and most importantly, forgiveness upon true repentance. (1 John 1:9)
"These are foundational, objective truths. They don’t change because God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and always (Hebrews 13:8). I take pride in these truths."

Go and tell
“Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,…

Christianity and Post-Modernism
I am wrapping up the second half of my Spring semester at the university. While pursuing a major in philosophy and a minor in English, I'm running into quite perplexing literary theories. To my core, one that is frustrating me is Post-Modernism, which stems from Marxist philosophy. What exactly is it?
Post-Modernism is heavily associated with relativity, albeit in regards to literature, morality, ethics, you name it. I find it naturally hilarious that this philosophy is so inclined to perpetuate the idea that there is no objective authority in an objectively authoritative tone. How can this philosophy even be considered seriously in light of science, laws of logic, and ethics?
Indeed, one must concede to the Post-Modernists that there are infinite ways to interpret a text. But are they all correct? Sure, I could cross a field in thousands of different ways, doing cartwheels, crawling, skipping, frolicking, rolling, somersaulting; the list goes on and on. However, walking straight across the field just to get to the other side is preferable and more straightforward than any other way. If I'm reading Isaiah chapter fifty-three and assume it is about someone other than Christ Jesus, my interpretation would be wrong.
How can truth be relative and restricted to particular countries/cultures? Would we seriously consider Marxist or fascist ideologies that amassed the murder of people in the hundreds of millions a good thing because it was in a particular culture? Who are we kidding? Also, if morals and ethics are so malleable and easily swayed by the majority, were any of the dictators of the twentieth century really evil and wrong? Christians have ground to stand on and quickly provide a resounding yes to the question just posed. Post-Modernists are stuck, scratching their heads about that question.
Every day, the truth that this world is fallen and is under the curse of the almighty, living God is more and more apparent. I pray for the world that they bend their knee and confess with their mouths that Christ Jesus is Lord. As Christians, we should continually pray and show love and grace. We know the Great Commission and are under a moral obligation to follow through. Repent and believe in the Gospel.

The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares is about how God has sown the seed of His Word into many, but that satan also sowed his own seed of rebellion against God, upon which at the end of this world, those who received the seed of satan will be punished with eternal death. Notice how similar wheat and tares look! This also implies that there are many professing to be Christian, but are in fact the children of the devil (John 8:31-59), who were never born again, but only went to church and prayed to tradition.

1st Corinthians 15:1-4, The Gospel, Has A Warning: “Unless Ye Have Believed In Vain.” What Does Believing In Vain Mean?
“Unless Ye Have Believed In Vain.” What Does Believing In Vain Mean? Biblical Christian Salvation is to Believe The Gospel Only to be Saved. If You Add Anything to, or Subtract Anything from the Gospel (1st Corinthians 15:1-4.) You are Not Saved. Because You Have Not Believed The Gospel Only for You Salvation. The Gospel: 1st Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel…

Jonah 3:5 Given A Chance They May Believe
So the people of Nineveh believed God, proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest to the least of them. Jonah 3:5 Given a chance to accomplish something is not something that people are always given. Many have their ideas or dreams shot down before given a chance because they do not appear to be possible to occur. People stay at the bottom rung of life because there is nothing…

The heart's cry of the evangelist:
"If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our dead bodies. And if they perish, let them perish with our arms wrapped about their knees, imploring them to stay. If Hell must be filled, let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let not one go unwarned and unprayed for."

Whoever Believes (John 3:14-21)
Even though there many today who simplify the exchange between Jesus and Nicodemus with a single Bible verse of John 3:16, taking a good look at the Gospel of John puts most of us with Nicodemus.
Interview Between Jesus and Nicodemus, by James Tissot (1836-1902) Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.” For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to…
