"The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerated the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself. That in its essence is fascism: ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or any controlling private power."
— Franklin D. Roosevelt

More than 80,700 houses were built in more than 1,500 rural villages over 3 years since the Rural Revolution Program was introduced. This is not imaginable without the tireless efforts of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN for his dream to make the whole country a paradise.

I agree except, when you don’t do philosophy you end up with disgust = immoral and equally stupid shit.
You might think "Philosophy is cool but how does a real person apply any of this to their life" is an epic roast of philosophy but actually that's a whole ass branch of philosophy. The extent of their trickery boggles the mind.

You know the anguish of not having done and the anxiety of doing things in their proper time, while what you do not know approaches and presses you from all sides. You feel behind time, dissolving like a corpse preserved in an airless environment, which no sooner than exposed turns to dust. You feel long dead and yet live and fear death. In the face of slowly advancing, inexorable time, you feel as powerless to care for your life as a dead man, and you suffer each moment the pain of death.

- The Last Journey of Buddha -
“O Bhikkhus. If practising monks in future lives also practise the enlightened matters of ‘1. thinking well’, ‘2. choosing and distinguishing the Dharma well’, ‘3. striving well’, ‘4. often being filled with joy’, ‘5. often being light in mind and body’, ‘6. spiritual unity’ and ‘7. peace and stability of mind’, then during that time, the prosperity of practising monks can be expected and will not decline.”
Buddha (Nirvana Sutra, Chapter 1, At Vulture's Peak: 9)
“O Bhikkhus! As long as these seven immortal Dharmas exist in the practitioner and it is seen that the practitioner observes these seven immortal Dharmas, O practitioner, prosperity is expected and will not decline.”
Buddha (Nirvana Sutra, Chapter 1, At Vulture's Peak: 10)
From this week onwards, the Buddha's words will be taken from the Mahāyāna Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra, also known as the ‘Nirvana Sutra’.
This sutra describes the words and deeds of the 80-year-old Sakyamuni Buddha as he embarks on his final journey from Vulture Peak Mountain in the eastern part of Wangsha Castle to his death (parinirvana) at Kushinara in the country of Malla, and the subsequent cremation and distribution of his remains.

I got introduced to this via "A Case for Feminism in Programming Language Design" by Hermanns and Schlesinger which led me to "Glaciers, gender, and science: A feminist glaciology framework for global environmental change research" by Carey, et al.
In many fields of science, hard men doing hard things to create hard knowledge is the best regarded way to acquire knowledge. Solving a hard math problem or climbing a big mountain to come up with hard numbers is assigned more value than talking to a lot of people and forming fuzzy schemas. But for actual human beings with diverse perspectives, those fuzzy schemas are often of more practical use. Hard numbers often pretend to be objective, but the act of measurement flattens problems in a way reflects measurer's point of view.
It's really funny when people try to defend various forms of esoteric/"alternative" bullshit by saying like "we need magic because science is misogynist". Because that last part isn't totally wrong; even application of the scientific method doesn't create total objectivity and so the body of scientifically determined knowledge is frequently distorted by the oppressive ideologies of broader society. Like misogyny in science is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, but you can't address it by rejecting the scientific method itself. Especially because misogyny is a much broader problem, and it affects plenty of other bodies of knowledge. Including you know; the very esoteric bullshit people are trying to defend. Describing women as inherent homemakers doesn't get any better when you're justifying it as "Divine Feminine" rather than "Maternal Instinct". You are not escaping misogyny with Astrology
