And I crafted a coat skin that doesn't look like he's a teen stubbornly wearing a jacket 3 sizes too big, though I haven't decided on what all dyes I'm getting from my presents. What my short foray into this game has convinced me of however, is that we need more dumbass cosmetics for poetics in ff14. Do I need a cat tree chair to sit in? No. Do I want it now that I can work towards it in game? YES. I will do dailies for stupid things and stupid things only. Make a fuckin token sink like the bicolored gems wings/mount, idk. Maybe Yoshi-p was hinting at that in the pax event, but, hard to say without details.

I still maintain that the fact they haven't made a photo mode is a crime. It is actually a gorgeous game with beautiful areas, and you should be able to take pictures in it! It would foster so much interest in the game with even just a simple photo mode of controlling the camera and being able to loop emotes.

That is only partially because there was a LOT of swearing and yelling to get Ruhka in front of the damn robot for a picture and then fucking around in my settings to move the camera around.
