I feel so normal about how people will have entire conversations at them, but Xiao Hua is just staring at Hei Xiazi like there's no one else on the fucking planet

devastating. whenever hei xiazi smiles at him I feel like I got hit in the solar plexus. many layers to unpack. much to dissect. also extremely fucking funny how there are very much other people in this scene trying to accomplish something and xiao hua has exactly One (1) focus.

Reunion 2 : Mystery of the Abyss - Whump List

Synopsis : In order to cure Xia Zi's eye disease, Xiao Hua leads a team into the jungle where he runs into danger. Xia Zi rescues him but in the process discovers that there is a huge monster being worshipped as an 'ancient god’. (MDL)

(23:35) - Xia Zi is dizzy, his vision briefly becomes blurry

(33:25) - Xia Zi stops his breathing so that the monster can’t sense him

(35:10) - They both fight against each other briefly

(36:45) - Xiao Hua fights against the monster, is thrown against a wall, barely avoids the monster’s attacks, is caught, frees himself

(40:20) - Xiao Hua is dizzy, leans against the wall, hears a voice in his head, has a headache

(41:40) - Xiao Hua hears the voice again, has a headache, has red veins visible on his neck (for almost the whole movie) (Gif Set)

(43:20) - Xiao Hua is dizzy

(52:07) - Xiao Hua hears the voice again, headache, leans against the wall, has parasites in his arm, headache intensifies, stumbles, weak, Xia Zi is worried for him (Gif Set)

(58:36) - Xiao Hua’s headache intensifies after touching some suspicious coffin, he hears the voice again, Xia Zi is worried for him

(59:20) - Xia Zi wants to open the suspicious coffin (he is worried Xiao Hua will die if he doesn't open it), Xiao Hua is against it, still weak he half-collapses in Xia Zi’s arms, they both fight while trying not to hurt each other

(1:01:45) - Xiao Hua is hit by a tranquilliser dart and collapses on the ground unconscious (Gif Set)

(1:03:28) - Xia Zi shields an unconscious Xiao Hua from falling rocks then carries him on his back

(1:06:07) - They both fall from a high place, a big rock falls on Xia Zi’s leg, Xiao Hua tries to get the rock off, they both fight the monster

(1:12:47) - They are both attacked by the monster, are thrown away by an explosion blast, are exhausted

(1:15:10) - Xiao Hua uses himself as bait and fights the monster, Xia Zi fights with an injured leg

(1:18:36) - Xia Zi is eaten by the monster, Xiao Hua is worried for him and also gets eaten (on purpose to save Xia Zi), they are both blasted out off the monster belly by an explosion

(1:21:27) - Xiao Hua is still infected, Xia Zi is worried for him and also still injured, they both lay on the ground exhausted (Gif Set)

(1:24:35) - Xiao Hua is in the hospital
