For the Avians you’ve already posted, what are their favorite foods?
AHHH! I'm sorry my friend! I swear I saw this ask the day you sent it I've just been slacking because I started a new file for BOTW. 😅 Anyways! All their favorite foods are all the recipes you can make in BOTW because Wild is the one that mainly makes their food and also because it's easier that way.
Time - Warm Milk Meaty Rice Balls. "The sweet and spicy meat stuffed into these rice balls will keep you full for some time." Time to me just seems like the kind of guy that enjoys food that he can eat with one hand. That on top of the practical element that this food keeps you full for some time just seems like something he would enjoy and prefer to eat while on the road.
Twilight - Pumpkin Stew. "Simply simmer a fortified pumpkin to make this dish. A favorite in Kakariko Village." This man canonically made pumpkin stew in his adventure so this is his favorite food mainly because it reminds him of home and also because it's one of the only foods he is actually able to cook.
Sky - Salmon Risotto. "Restores your health and temporarily increases your maximum hearts. The rice used in this rich risotto permeates the light flavor of the salmon." I don't even have a solid explanation or reason for this one I just feel it in my soul that Sky loves seafood. Turns out there's not a lot of fish when you live in the sky.
Warriors - Carrot Cake. "Even those who don't like carrots tend to enjoy the mild sweetness of this cake." Ironically, I don't think this is Warriors' favorite food because of taste, but more because of the memories he associates it with. I'm a huge supporter of the "Warriors is a Momma's boy" agenda and I headcanon that his mom made carrot cake for his birthday every year when he was young and that's why he still loves it to this day.
Legend - Apple Pie. "The crispy, flaky pie crust and sweet apples are a match made in heaven." Listen, I know the Zelda manga aren't technically canon but neither is this Winged AU so I can believe what I want in my heart. Anyways, in the A Link to the Past manga his whole goal is for his apple orchard to succeed so I'm a firm believer that Legend LOVES anything with apples, but apple pie holds a secret special place in his heart.
Hyrule - Monster Cake Creamy Heart Soup. "Enjoying this sweet soup with another person will bring you both closer together." Hyrule is such a sweetheart with so much love to give you cannot convince me that his favorite food wouldn't be the creamy heart soup. Also the fact that hearty radishes are one of the best ingredients to replenish hearts fits with his whole fairy/healing agenda.
Wild - Wildberry Crepe. "Sweet, tart wildberries are folded into thin, springy dough to make this dessert." Aside from literal rocks, I just feel like this would be his favorite "treat yourself" comfort food. Other than that, I don't really have solid reasoning for this choice other than the fact that I think he deserves to have nice things and also because this is my favorite thing to make in BOTW.
Four - Curry Rice. "A favorite all over Hyrule, this simple dish has a flavor you just won't get tired of." I headcanon that Four is a pretty easy guy to please when it comes to food. He's basically four racoons in a trench coat so it's pretty easy to guarantee that SOME PART of him will like whatever he is eating, though he does tend to favor slightly spicier foods.
Wind - Seafood Meuniere. "Rich butter flanks fresh seafood. The secret ingredient is lots and lots of love." Now go ahead and try to tell me that that description is not something his Grandma would say. Try it I dare you lol. Anyways that phrase combined with the fact that it is a seafood dish just SCREAMS Wind to me.
Anyways, these are all just my personal headcanons! Let me know if you all had any other ideas or headcanons in mind! 😊

food and snack ideas for vegetarian canine therians
beyond beef is my number one. it's quite pricy however the taste is delectable and if you cook it into crumbles and put it in a bowl it'll really satisfy a doggy itch
scooby snacks!! they're like little dog treats. pro tip dipping them in nutella will change ur life
make your own burger using ingredients like pumpkin, peas, rice, etc. those are often in dog treats and food!
dry cereal! cocoa puffs come to mind but there are many other selections for stuff that may fit! it's a good kibble replacement :p
crispy tofu is another favorite of mine. don't judge, tofu is very delicious with proper cooking. one of my favorites is tofu with homemade peanut sauce, although there are many yummy methods of cooking it!
speaking of peanut, peanut butter is great for a snack. combining it with another compatible favorite snack may bring some tail wags
chewy candy, specifically something i can pull apart, is another good one. it just makes me feel like i am ripping into something
hard candy makes me feel like i am chewing on a bone. the downside is they're usually small so it doesn't quite have the same feeling, but it's something

Random highlights from a night you probably didn't attend
I did it! I threw a party! And people showed up! (First and last time I tried litterally no one showed up so it's been like 10 yrs) better friends make all the diffrence
I threw a Onsie party, yep, adults in animals onsies hanging out and having fun!
I spent 3 days on a paper mache pinata to stand up to adults and it worked! We took almost an hour busting it open and out of over 10 adults who broke a croket racket and a large branch on it it with held the whole time!
It was jam packed full of candy, like over 5lbs of solid candy shaped into a hard formed Dino swinging around wildly. That fucker hurt! It was wacking people and getting it's fair fight in before we bashed it open at the end! It spilled candy out into the neighbors yard and into a dry ditch. Of course we did it at night i had to find the rest of the candy this morning to limit sugar fueled squirrels rampaging. We only missed 4 things!
I made a ton of snacks for it. No bake cookies, rice crispie treats, Naan and GF Naan, a cinnamon strudel cake, puppy chow, and pumpkin bread. It was demolished and I have barely left which is great it was way too much food. I did make the mistake of too many sweets though. Whoops
A freind brought by a whole DJ system to mix music and had a whole room decked out in black lights and colorful little disco balls and brought party favors
I couldn't have asked for a better night
I was so happy I almost cried (might be again now, just almost) I was so nervous about shit. Me and my housemates busted ass cleaning the day of and cooking and prepping and it went fantastic
I was always super stoked to go to parties in highschool and hang with friends and do what I've just done but never got to and it was a downer but I'm so stoked I've been able to kick things off even better than I could have fathomed I could in the past.
If you've for some reason read this far I hope you find friends who love and appreciate you and show up ready to throw down and make any event a blast just by showing up. It feels so nice to be loved by people who aren't in it for anything that favors them other than a good time and I could only hope everyone finds that in life. It may not come when you want it to to but with age and experience some of the best shit can happen (and worst but you just gotta work on more good memories to overwrite that shit)
I know it's not something you can have on demand and it may not come for years on end but I hope you surround yourself with lovely people
Sorry rambling, it's been a long night and I feel so blessed by the people I know now days
Oh my god I'm fucking crying

Trick or treat friend!! 🖤🥰
Some candy for your bag! 🍬
Modern AU scenario: When Mey Rin is feeling stressed out at work, Sebas slips little treats into her lunchbox to add a bit of sweetness to her day. During Halloween, these surprise goodies range from pumpkin cauldron cakes to ghostly Rice Crispies to frosted witch’s hat cookies. He’ll also include handwritten notes (complete with doodles and cheesy puns) offering his girlfriend words of encouragement. The gesture never fails to make Mey Rin smile; she tells Sebastian that some of the homemade snacks are almost too cute to eat, yes they are!

Why do I love Halloween so much?
Why do I love Halloween so much?
Well, it's similar to why so many people love Christmas. For me, I have always loved all things spooky. The first two books I ever read were Tiggy went to the Hospital and In a Dark, Dark Room by Alvin Schwartz (author of the Scary Stories to Tell in the dark trilogy). As far back as I can remember I associate my happiest memories with things spooky, gothic, and yet wholesome and sweet. All through the 1990s my mother, little brother, and I would watch "Are you Afraid of the Dark?" on Saturday Night Nickelodeon (Snick) and my mother would make "malteds" (actually milkshakes) for us. And after "Are you Afraid of the Dark?" for many years Tales from the Crypt was on HBO (when we had HBO. I was seven-years-old when Tales from the Crypt TV series started and i was eight-years-old when "Are you afraid of the Dark?" started. At age eleven I was obsessed with Tim Burton's Nightmare before Christmas. My little brother loved The Halloween Tree (animated movie) and we'd watch that any time of year. At age fourteen I was very into Anne Rice's The vampire Chronicles. Any time it rained and especially if there was a thunder storm my mother would say it was a perfect time to watch a scary movie so Jeff and I would pick a scary movie to watch while Mom would get excited at the loud claps of thunder. She loved storms. She often told me she once wanted to be a storm chaser. Everything I love and loved seemed touched by Halloween. Even when I got into Neil Gaiman's The Sandman Morpheus is a Goth, king of dreams and Nightmares, with a seeming favortism for his Nightmares. His familiar with a raven created from the ghost of a deceased human. The Sandman features sorcerers, ghosts, werewolves, Nightmares, demons, goblins, and even a Jack-o-lantern headed character. Almost all of my favorite, happy, childhood memories are tied to Halloween. I think of my mother teaching Jeff and I how to use pillow cases to go Trick or Treating, going back to the apartment, pouring out the pillow cases, and going back out to collect more candy. The smell of carving pumpkins. Mom roasting pumpkin seeds (and always getting them a bit too chewy.) Years later I found I preferred pepitas (The small, darker pumpkin seeds that get nice and crispy when roasted). Pepitas taste excellent as a topping for Panara's Autumn Squash Soup. The last Halloween with my mother (only days before she passed) we carved pumpkins together and put them out on the balcony. That night I went out for a walk in the black cloak with the attached scarf that my mother had given me for Easter. I wasn't wearing it because it was Halloween (after all, she gave it to me back on Easter). I was wearing it because it was warm and comfortable. I went for a walk around the neighborhood watching the kids trick or treat and admiring the decorations and Halloween party music playing everywhere (including my favorite, Danny Elfman). And when I came back to the apartment, my mother was sitting there waiting for me. She complimented how I looked in the cloak and we just hung out together. I miss that. And since I always loved Halloween my Birthday became like a second Halloween where many gifts were often Halloween decorations or goodies. Often horror films were released near my birthday (less than two weeks after Halloween). So Child's Play 2, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Interview with The Vampire, and Sleepy Hollow were all Birthday movies for me. I guess, in the end I'm just one of the Autumn people or as an online radio station DJ would play when discretely flirting with me...
Halloween Girl. I'd call myself the Pumpkin Queen but there's already someone on Facebook using that handle so I guess I'm still The Nightling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ky_FHY8BpYg

Happy Pumpkin Decorating Weekend
My husb & I always have folks over to decorate pumpkins for Halloween. It is our unofficial anniversary (since 2000!). The party has evolved over the years as we added infants to the mix and then had them grow up to the point where they could draw and paint on their own pumpkins, and later carve them, but my standard formula is to make a pan of rice crispy treats, order a bunch of pizza, and pre-gut pumpkins for my family.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Despite the fact that his pumpkin is gutted and ready for carving, my husb rarely gets around to it during the party. He's busy catching up with our friends and tends to plan beautifully complicated designs that require far more attention than he can spare when he's catching up with our friends.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I didn't carve any pumpkins this time because we only bought 3 (so none for me), but I reserve the right to carve my husb's or daughter's if they don't do their job tomorrow.
