Mustard and Herb Crusted Cod- haricot vert, herb roasted fingerlings, lemon dill aioli, black garlic glaze.

It is so nice to have such a beautiful and delicious restaurant right up the road. I have been to The Aviary a few times for brunch and dinner and I always have a wonderful meal. We went last night and they had a special Valentine’s Day menu, which looked amazing. I decided to get the Cod that is on their regular menu. If you are looking for a special place for Valentine’s Day I would recommend The Aviary.

The Mustard and Herb Crusted Cod was delicious. The cod was very fresh and nice and flaky. The crust on the cod gave the fish a nice crunch but you could still taste the cod. I loved the pairing of the cod with the green beans and potatoes. The aioli and garlic glaze was delicious on all parts of this dish. Taking a bite of all the flavors together really was the perfect bite.

We also got appetizers, the Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts and for dessert the Creme Brûlée 😉 I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious meal with a wonderful atmosphere!

Based on presentation and taste of the @the_aviary_restaurant_ Mustard and Herb Crusted Cod I would rate this dish a 10 out of 10.

Spaghetti al Nero con Aragosta-

I have been to @ilmassimorestaurants on Federal Hill before and had amazing food. I gave this restaurant wonderful reviews and have enjoyed all my meals there. We went to Federal Hill to celebrate Christmas Eve and we all had a great time. The food was delicious, our waitress was so nice and friendly and it was the perfect way to celebrate Christmas 🎄

The Spaghetti al Nero con Aragosta is the best dish I have ever had at Massimo. I loved the black ink spaghetti and I loved all the seafood in the dish. This is the perfect pasta and seafood dish. My favorite part of the dish is the black ink pasta and the lobster. I have never had black ink pasta and I was a little nervous but it was the best decision. The sauce on the pasta was delicious too. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Every time I go there each dish gets better and better! I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Based on the presentation and taste of this dish at Massimo I would rate this dish a 10 out of 10.

IL Massimo, Federal Hill Providence RI.

Lobster Crepes- Lobster, Mushroom, Marscarpone, Sherry Shallot Cream and Creme Fraiche 🦞

I have reviewed Massimo before because I loved their dinner menu! But, this was my first time going there for brunch and it was another great dining experience 🦞

First of all their brunch menu is very diverse and everyone in your party will find something delicious to eat. From pancakes, to pasta, to seafood they have everything someone will want to eat! The whole family will leave with happy bellies 😉

The lobster crepes were delicious! The lobster meat was very fresh and there was a good amount of meat in the crepe. I really enjoyed the sauce/ creams the crepes were in. I love sherry cream with any seafood honestly. The only thing I would say is I wish there was more! I have only had lobster crepes one other time and I have to admit they are becoming one of my favorite brunch items!

Based on presentation and taste of the Lobster Crepes I would rate this dish a 9 out of 10.

Last night I started the weekend in one of the most Patriotic Towns in America, Bristol RI 🇺🇸

Bristol is home to the Oldest Fourth of July Celebration and Proud of it!

The Annual Bristol 4th of July Celebration began in 1785 and continues strong today 🇺🇸

The concert series was a perfect way to start the weekend! And a lobster roll from the Newport Chowder Company was a perfect summer dinner! Two things I love, live music and lobster rolls 🦞
