Ohhhh my god, I love this! It has similar vibes to Playing Reindeer Games by riverdaledreaming with FP instead of Chuck, so I'll have to play around with how to put my own spin on it, but if I figure it out I'll definitely try to get it out for the holidays!

~3 Ships: (you guys are going to make fun of me but I really don't have that many ships I'm crazy for, besides coming outta Riverdale. I don't know why but RD was the show I became obsessed with enough to seek out fanfiction and start actively writing/shipping for??? Like, it'd be easier if y'all were to name another TV show/movie and then I could give an answer with like "oh yeah I ship blank and blank!" But I remember someone had asked if I would write for the Marvel and HP fandom, so I'll use those to give y'all some more insight on the type of characters I like, and to make my ship list seem less pathetic LOL Ideally though, I do multiship but these are my main ones.)

Sweetbee, (no question there lol) Wanda Maximoff x any (but my favs are probably Tony, Pietro, and Clint) and Dramione (I haven't actually read any fics but I've seen some fanart and read enough discussions where I like the idea of them, and anyways, I like taboo - y'all know that, so pair up the enemies! haha)

~ first ever ship: (again I'm gonna go with RD because honestly, that show really made me take shipping more 'seriously') so my answer is bughead

~ last song: I think it was some 30 Seconds to Mars song? I was only half paying attention when I closed my Pandora app lol

~ last movie: Does a movie being played in the background by your roommate count? If it does, then Blues Brothers. If not, then Avatar.

~Currently reading: taboo smut LOL I don't know if y'all would be able handle it.

~ currently watching: I'm cheap so I don't have any streaming services (my friends will usually come over and that's when I'll use their Disney, Netflix, etc) so it's hard to say but I like watching any of the Marvel movies, horror movies, Unexplained Mysteries, documentaries, and blockbusters hits!

~ currently consuming: well if we are talking about fanfiction, besides the taboo one mentioned earlier, I'm also reading a master/slave story.

~Currently Craving: More taboo! More forbidden love! Possibly some spooky smut ;) But also more Betty smut fics! More Sweetbee! ;)

Thoughts on "The Starless Sea" ?

it’s a book I really enjoyed, but that I’d hesitate to recommend more than The Night Circus. I think Morgenstern had some brilliant ideas and I both enjoy how meta it is and how it’s a story within a story (within another story and so on), but I also struggled while reading it more than I thought I would. 

I loved the imagery and some of the details of the book for sure, but I do think that at times it crossed the line between “clever” and “pretentiously cerebral”. Because of that I ended up being slightly less invested in the characters and I’m generally less attached to it.

Like a hand on a shoulder here, holding of an elbow there, etc.? Idk if that makes sense but really you take it wherever you think works best, my main idea was "touches that are not inherently sexual" but really have at it!

Ever since Betty Cooper arrived at the sleepy town of Riverdale in upstate New York, she hasn’t been able to get a single night of undisturbed rest. For the last three nights, as soon as she lays down in bed, she tosses and turns repeatedly, sweating profusely into her sheets as she tries to calm down her racing pulse and burning skin.

It feels stretched too tightly across her bones, her muscles and sinews protesting with every frenetic movement she makes. Her thoughts swirl around her head in an impenetrable fog and she can’t make sense of anything.

There’s no logic. There’s no reason.

“Jug, Jug, is that you?” It was her. His heart was ricochetting around in his chest like some trapped animal, trying to break out by rising into his throat or sinking into his belly.

“Betts? It’s me. Where are you? Fuck, where did you go?” He could hear the whine of an abandoned child in his voice and he tried to control himself. Fucking mommy issues.

“I’m at JFK. Are you in New York? I love you. I’ve been going crazy. Can you come get me?”

He was pulling the helmet on before he’d even ended the call, fumbling the phone with his bruised hand and yelling into it. “On my way. Thirty minutes.”

He felt like he was the shlubby hero in one of those romantic comedies where the guy has to get to the airport to declare his love to stop his girl flying out to marry some other guy except that his girl was flying in to get him and he’d already declared his feelings to her goddamn voicemail. He ran into the terminal, spinning around looking for her, reaching for his phone to call and then there she was, waving and dragging her suitcase towards him, grinning and crying at the same time and then in his arms as she should always have been. He held her by the shoulders and pushed her back so he could look at her, cool green eyes, blonde hair in a pile on top of her head, legs for days, his Betts. She reached out and pushed his hair back from his eyes and then stood on her toes to kiss him and then whisper, “This is very romantic but you know I’m not subtle. Let’s go to bed.”
