ok well before i go figure out how to answer some asks that physically pain me (ily ana) i'm gonna share a little scene fragment i wrote four billion years ago when feh gave me the absolute WORST random match up in the training maps

warning for a short but kind of upsetting description of violence

Many things were different, in Askr. Many were the same. There was always more fighting to do. More people to cut down. Unfamiliar faces. Familiar ones. His new master, he suspected, tried to aim his sword at unfamiliar ones more often than not. Never civilians, either. It was more courtesy than he was used to.

One time he found himself opposite a face that made him pause. Wreathed by some strange power, controlled as he had been, but unmistakably her.

Emmeryn.

Suddenly he could feel desert wind unbearably hot on his skin, incongruent with the green grass and broken pillars around him. He moved automatically. Running at her as she fell and fell and fell. He pulled his sword back and told himself that quick was the kindest he could be. She crumpled like she had before. Sputtering blood out of a slit throat.

Chrom fell to his knees and let his gore-slicked sword fall beside him and shook. Waited for his muscles to seize, drag him away to some other foe. They never did. He just shook.

He was not sent out on a mission for a long time after that.

orz thinking about grima!robin/rk!chrom again. they’re so obsessed with each other forever and ever. it’s next level codependency. she kills him but can’t stand the sight of his motionless corpse so she makes it move.

“‘til death do we part” is such a preposterous notion. grima can’t stand it. as though something as inconsequential as death could take her husband from her…

FEH: *gives my all-time favourite character an alt, base Rhea is finally in and sparkable, Lions-focused banner, possibility of RK Chrom next month*

There was one thing in his mind--KILL. On orders from Grima, he was meant to kill anyone who tries to stand in Grima’s way. To Hunter, it was like an insult to injury seeing his son-in-law like that. Technically, it was the FUTURE Chrom but still. The thought of this future was so close to happening is ..terrifying. 

Any reasoning with the risen king was for naught. All Hunter got was a silent response with deathly cold stare “ . . . “ 

k i l l  ....

“K...ill ....” and with that, the risen king draw his tainted falchion and dashed towards the Spartan. The two traded attacks for what feels like eternity until Spartan kicked RK’s foot under him, leading him to fall on his back, that’s when Hunter pinned him by force to the ground. Pressing his knees over his arms so he does not attack, Hunter tried to talk to him again, trying to figure out a way to break him out of this ...state. However, to S.T.A.R.’s analysis ... it was impossible--he’s already dead and only ‘alive’ because of Grima’s control. 

“GRAAH!!!! AAAGH!!” squirming around to be released, the risen king tried to move from under Hunter but the spartan punched him in the face which made him stop moving for a moment. Hunter tried to talk to him again but all he got was more growling and ‘kill’ out of him.

Hunter took notice of  something..strange. Tears... Risen King was tearing up from one eye “Stop .....me ... “ It seems like ..there is nothing to be done but  . . e n d   h i m.
