OC-tober Day 20: inventory

Return of Rodd! I love this funky lil robot so much. I made this breakdown of all his robot parts to give a better idea of how his body is supposed to work!

When I designed him, I tried to think of the simplest ways to give him a pretty full range of motion. I especially like his piston legs and little tube fingers.

Well, I theorize that some of the humans were the Ancient Builders who are probably somewhere out there in the Minecraftverse. As for the other humans, Zombies and Skeletons were obviously originally human too since zombies are undead humans, and skeletons are undead human archers, and the Villagers, Pillagers, and Witches count as human too, I guess. That must've been what happened to all of the humans.

OC-tober Day 17: eyes closed

This is Rodd, a sentient rod of telekinesis who built himself a little robot body (based on his foster father, a beholder) and learned to be a wizard. His usual ref is below the cut--

To some degree I consider Rodd to be simple-shaped, though this made me realize he is a proper mech at his full level of detail! Trying to make 3d limbs for him w my eyes closed was VERY challenging and I took a totally different approach to the right arm to avoid doing it again.

I think this came out really cute, I loved this prompt <3
