Her names comes from a demon: in demonology, Balan/Balam "gives perfect answers on things past, present and to come, and can also make men invisible and witty"!

Balan one day wakes up in an alley, in a five years old young girl body. What happened to her? She was playing the videogame her best friend gifted her for Christmas!

Basically, she died. Because she wasn't taking care of herself, and starved. What a way to get isekai'ed!

However, no fear: she'll get adopted by the Eisner's!

One fear: will they die?? Like the game?? Well, there will be some major death since the videogame was a war stretegy one!

So, Balan's new objective and dream is to see a new dawn raising in Fodlan, different from all the endings shown in the videogame!

Okay, i wrote it like this, but it's actually very serious. Also, Jeralt and Sitri will have twins: Byleth and Beleth!

Byleth will teach Black Eagles, Beleth the Blue Lions and Balan the Golden Deer!

There's also romance, because i can't live without romance in my fanfictions. It's slow burn. Very slow burn. At least for the first part, since their at school and they teach their future lovers things - not very romancelike but still, they'll build some trust for later on

I actually don't wanna spoil my story much, sooo i think this is it.

No hey I definitely get that! I myself am demiro (or grayro not sure yet 😅) but I feel pretty strong aesthetic and platonic attraction so I find myself trying to imagine dating people I've been friend with for like a day and it's just weird but fanfic and shipping is fun!

@inuitakumi YEAH like i mean u spend the wholeass game w/ the chocobros n i know apparently lunoct were v fond of each other but like...Unfortunately the writing rly made luna and their ship rly...Plain Milque Toast that like i didnt rly...feel anything. it was kind of an. o ok like it isnt even an OH A <chocobro ship> IS BETTER but more of a like. at least u could feel the fondness between the four bc we actually saw it vs like. being told a couple of times in game that they like each other lol

It’s not a chocobo ship is better situation for sure! Like, I’m incredibly fond of them but this isn’t that! It’s that S-E did give me GOOD romancelike Squall and Rinoa and Tidus and Yuna and for ffxv we just got.... trash  Honestly, we weren’t even shown that they cared about each other though! We knew that they were childhood friends hen Noctis was EIGHT but he’s now 21 and has never seen this gal.

For the whole game before Altissia he’s like “Oh so you’re getting married tomorrow?” “Yeah but nothing serious” [cit] he’s SO APATHETIC about this whole thing and it makes sense because it’s A POLITICAL MARRIAGE. It’s quite clearfrom the start of the game that no feelings are involved here, the empire FORCED Regis to accept this, briding it with peace and Noct had no choice.

But then Altissia happens and out of the blue Noct is angrier here than when his dad died.
