I cannot overstate how much I love Law being the one to explain this to Kid. It’s a reminder that he knows Luffy better than anyone outside of his brothers, the Strawhats and Shanks.
Even now I still cannot fathom the sheer talent and soul put into episode 1015 of One Piece by Megumi Ishitani. Especially for Yamato's flashback scene. From such a tiny bit of source material, they manage to expand the world just a little broader. And the final fruit? Simply brilliant, it's stunning and magical.

In our spoiler and twist obsessed age, One Piece is a breath of fresh air.
Chapter after chapter of a giant airborne incendiary bomb slowly floating toward the city, entire chapters of flame demons and punk willies, trying to avert crisis
And the damage from the fight ends up triggering the volcano under the city
It’s light it’s airy, tension released by a punchline. For half the arc people have been wrestling with why it felt off, how it would all be resolved without feeling anticlimactic. It’s a brawl in a bottle, oblivious to its surroundings, giant elephants or naval fleets. Dissipate the narrative tension of Onigashima’s landing through the comedy of errors hubris and categorical inversion to set up the next act while giving the main characters a breather.
