Humble Beginnings.

We start the story in Henford-On-Bagley, in Fall, with Coral. Simon Scott decided to visit, and ended up asking to stay over, Coral let him stay (despite the shitty living situation), they also hit it off. Sometime later I (not coral) found out his wife, Sara, was PREGNANT… 

They start dating (he's married btw!!! 😐), but during dinner one night, Sara finds out about the two, they both get chewed out. The next day, Simon "apologized" to Coral in a very intimate way.

Later on, Simon tells her that Sara and him got divorced, Coral proposes to him later that night. Since the proposal, he’d become silent, but one day, he asked her out on a date, the date goes poorly, they're both distant, and a man catches Coral's eye, she was drawn to this man, Simon tries to get her back, fails and leaves, the man, Don, and Coral go back to her place to tango. Coral turns out to be pregnant. 

She has a discussion with Don abt the baby, and in the end, she decides to keep the baby, she’s still engaged atp. she gives birth to a girl, the heir, named Cataleya.

Coral finally decides to tell Simon what’s going on, Simon was enraged, but offered her a second chance, she didn’t take it.

(A.N) I left my game unpaused when I went to make dinner and i came back to Coral being pregnant.

Love fest comes around and Don takes Coral to the festival, after a ton of damning signs, he proposes to her (and also swaps traits, Non-committal to Loyal).

Don realizes how much he loves being a father, Coral gives birth to triplets, Peregrine, Constance and Emmett, and while taking care of the newborns, Don has another self-discovery (became Family-oriented)

Coral begins a sub-plot where she tackles her self-esteem issues, specifically on how she's gained weight from all her pregnancies.

In the meantime, the triplets age up, Coral argues with Don about wanting attention, how they still haven’t gotten married, however he didn’t retaliate because he didn’t want Cataleya hearing them argue, and then Cataleya aged up.

(I changed the lifespan to normal at this point)

Coral finally loses enough weight to be happy with herself, but she wonders if she’s actually doing this for herself or for someone else…

The triplets age up to toddlers!

Don and Coral have an argument, they sit in silence for 10 minutes, then Don tells her what she needs to change about herself, and she reluctantly agrees

Cataleya ages up to a child- And Coral ended up pregnant AGAIN (don't remember/know how it happened)

Although she’s two pregnancies and four kids late, she finally goes to counseling for this unwanted pregnancy. She also decides to get her tubes tied.

The last gen 2 baby is born, Callum Meadows, who turns out to be an Albino.

Don and Coral finally get married (Don also invited Simon to the wedding 👀)

Peregrine begins his sub-plot where he fears failure and wants to be like his sisters, he starts locking himself in his room and doing homework and extra-credit work as much/often as possible. 

Coral and Don FINALLY age up to Adults, and Cataleya ages up to a teen.

Later on, Callum ages up to a child (I stopped caring about this kid when he aged up to an infant, so from here on, don’t expect much abt him at all)

Not So Berry, introductions.

I decided I'm gonna post essentially a short story/long summary (will be including a couple of pics) of my Not so Berry save up to the point I left it at, but before then... I wanted to introduce all of the sims that are involved in the story (some sims were left out due to laziness and/or too tired, ive been on the grind for the last 6.5 hours).

Hopefully, if I can muster up the energy (especially after today), the NSB recap will be out within the next few days or at least by the end of this week.

Also, for this save, I'm not doing the normal 6 or 7(?) generations, I'm doing the extended one by illusorythrall , which goes to Gen 32, and there's also a longer one that goes to Gen 50, which I'm not really planning to do, but we'll see. I also don't have all packs so either I progressively buy them all (/nsrs) or I just make exceptions/play for the lore not the challenge.

New home, More problems

Starting the chapter off with a bang, Cataleya ages up to a young adult, and now seeks out a home for her, and her kids (even though she REALLY needed her Dad’s help).

She found a perfect home all the way off in the familiar town of Copperdale, although she had to take out a 80,000 simoleon loan.

When she thought her life was quiet and perfect, she'd heard a knock, it was Alexander. She questioned him, and started to yell at him, they argued back and forth, Alexander got tired and stopped her, managing to calm her down, they had their first kiss together, she knew this was wrong, but maybe she'd been a little harsh towards him. She let him in, and immediately things went wrong, with the cry of a baby, to the very obvious family portrait that had Cataleya and her kids, Alexander began belittling her, leaving her silent like a dog that’s been scolded, but she bit back, telling him she didn’t even want him to come over in the first place, and with no real rebuttal, he twisted the argument, telling her that he should’ve been the father of her kids, he used sly word-play and manipulation to get into her mind, convincing her that Malcolm was the wrong guy for her, that he (Alex) would be a better father and partner, Cataleya found herself softening up and agreeing with him.

Andddd that’s it! Unfortunately, I left out a lot of bits here and there, I would've included more but I wanted to focus on the more crucial parts to the story, like I would've included more about Coral's job, however it never ended up being a crucial part of the story besides driving her and Don apart.

Cataleya, the Gen 2 heir, falls in love.

After Cataleya’s first day of high school, she sneaks out to the bar, where she meets Malcolm. They have awful chemistry, but Cataleya is dedicated to getting to know him.

Cataleya snuck out again because she wanted to find Malcolm’s home and talk to him. Cataleya found his home (Which is in H-O-B?? After Geoff mysteriously died, I guess Nancy wanted to leave the lavish life for the countryside), They talked, Cataleya said the wrong thing, he got upset, she comforted him (in hopes of getting him to open up), he almost pushed her away, but instead he took in her presence. Later on, Cataleya popped the question of if he had tips for asking someone to prom, she wasn’t slick at all, but Malcolm was oblivious as a soggy chunk of driftwood. Eventually, Cataleya thought it was getting late (go figure, it’s nearly 5 AM), so as a parting gift, she threw a flirt his way.

While working on a poster to ask Malcolm to prom, Cataleya got interrupted… by Malcolm, he ended up (very nervously) asking her to prom as friends, she disappointedly said yes and left. 

Cataleya decided to invite Malcolm over to play games... and to mend her own broken heart (selfish a bit, eh?). They play card games and do puzzles, Cataleya indirectly tells Malcolm she likes him. At the end of a card game, Malcolm let out a rather loud victory scream. they went outside to stargaze before Malcolm left. Coral had been awoken by the scream and while stargazing, Coral secretly spied on the two.

Alexander was a good friend of Cataleya, that’s all she thought of him, but one day, he asked her out, she reluctantly said yes. The date went poorly, she tried to ask him what was wrong but he just rudely dismissed her, which ticked her off, leaving immediately after he said that.

Cataleya didn’t have a dress for Prom (which was the next day), so she tried dress after dress until she found the one that fit her the most.

The triplets aged up to teens

Cataleya started prom absolutely elated… until Alexander attempted to win her back by kissing her hands, which she didn't buy and went off with Malcolm, who had her full attention. Malcolm won prom king (Cataleya definitely rigged it for him), and she took him off into a forest. She confessed to him, and he reciprocated, decided that while they do like each other a lot, that they wouldn’t make it official. They spent the rest of the night dancing, and got their first kiss in. Going back home, Cataleya was greeted by an angry mother. After getting yelled at, the slight bit of attitude in Cataleya’s eyes was enough to set Coral off, and she slapped her.

(A.N) Malcolm randomly came over to the Meadows estate, and at this point, I didn’t wanna make up anymore story, so I left them alone, and when I came back to tend to Cataleya’s needs (specifically the bladder), she had a pregnancy test option… and ended up pregnant.

Coral suspected something was up, so while Cataleya wasn’t in her room, Coral snuck into her room and read her diary, not just her Pregnancy entry… she read EVERYTHING…

The QUADRUPLETS… are born, three girls, one boy, Philly (♀️), Thalia (♀️), Lunea (♀️) and Calico (♂️).

so i typed out the entirety of my not so berry save in as much of a summary as i could, that being said it'll be posted in three different posts (when i finish refining it), think of them like chapters i guess. I did end up leaving a couple things out, one thing in particular which I'll explain post-posting the summary, but otherwise, I probably left it out because it wasnt THAT important.

I'll also be adding pictures just to show off my incredible cinematography (/j)
