знакомо. проходила. прохожу.
медитации MBSR в таком состоянии — более чем сложный вариант, чтобы вытащить себя. разговоры с кем-то не помогут тем более.
десять лет назад, будучи на грани срыва (не самоубийства, нет) нашла решение. к тому моменту уже хотела попробовать, но никак не находила время. а тут просто: раннее утро, на улице -20, я иду пешком больше пары километров до места.

«Честно говоря, я не понимаю самоубийц, которые выбирают способом умереть шаг в пустоту. Каково это, стоять на подоконнике, на краю крыши? Что они чувствуют? Безысходность? Но когда летишь вниз, она исчезает. Исчезает всё, что ты чувствовал в последнее время. Проблемы, заботы, груз на душе, всё скверное настроение. Остается только Свобода. Желание лететь дальше и не падать никогда. Так зачем же превращать себя в фарш на асфальте? Прохожие пугаются, да и не эстетично же, в конце концов.
Без капелек страха встать на карниз, улыбнуться. Под тобой более 30 метров воздуха, отчего же не улыбаться? И под громкое «Раз! Два! Три!» сделать шаг вперед. Летишь. Долго-долго. В какой-то момент возникает мысль: «А когда всё закончится?» Только расслабляешься... небольшое торможение, как в фильмах, плавное, режиссер останавливает или замедляет секунды. И вновь полет. Только в другую сторону.
Открываешь глаза: сердце, душа, всё, что было внутри тебя где-то там, внизу. Что это? Невесомость? Вакуум? На мгновение зависаешь и опять куда-то, далеко. Как в детстве, на качелях, только шире, выше, легче. Лежишь в воздухе, раскинув руки и просто летишь. Какая возможность существует избавиться от того, что тебя держит. От страха высоты, от депрессии, от душных мыслей, от чувства размазанности по асфальту. Всего несколько секунд. Сложно говорить, все ощущения индивидуальны, бесспорно.
Просто попробуйте сами. Кому-то свобода, а кому-то адреналин.»
