HIII. Wanted to come and say that I love your artsyle (it's so squishy!) and your AU's! I first saw your baby Hunter and papa Darius AU, and now I'm in love with It Keeps Us Dancing! YOUR MINDDDD

Anyways, I wanted to ask if you have thought about April in your AU? Like, how does 2012 Mikey meet her? What does he think about her? Does he compare her to his April?

Oh and also, will he accompany the boys when they start their hero-ing? I assume that he's invited to all the hangouts, but idk if he'd be a more "let them experience things on his own", "I'm just gonna keep an eye on them" or a "fuck it, we ball together" older sibling when it comes to vigilantism.

All of my moots know I have a very particular Achilles heel in the shape of babies, so if I ever make an AU, 100% of the time there will probably be a little guy involved, but thank you for liking my work! April IS in the au, she shows up a little while later (She would be around 12, Raph 11, the twins 10, Mikey 9, and 2k12Mikey (who I will call Tee) who is around 24). Tee KNOWS about her the entire time (whether the boys tell him or not, he always knows when his little rascals are up to something), but since it's an APRIL, Tee knows he can trust her with his kiddos and let them have their own secret escapades and let them decide when to actually introduce them. I'm still working out the HOW aspect, but I know that Tee comes to adore her. It will always be a backburner kind of reaction to compare everyone he knows with their RISE variations, but after almost 10 years in this universe, he's getting so much better about not comparing his memories to the real life, in the flesh, people he comes across. In this au, Tee (and Splinter, with a gentle little ass-kicking) are much better about teaching the boys ninjutsu, but Mikey is completely on board with the notion of letting these little goofballs be kids for as long as possible. He fosters their creativity and endless energy into fun tools they can use to protect themselves as well, while also allowing them space to grow themselves in a safe environment. When the boys finally get to be the age where they want to start exploring and adventuring by themselves, Tee lets them, because he WANTS that freedom for them, but he lets them know that he's always here when they need it. If they're ever in trouble or need help, Tee will come RUNNING. And because Tee has always been caring and thoughtful and honest with them, they return the notion. There's not so much sneaking around or hiding things, they come to Tee first when they have a problem, because he will always be a safe space for them.

Yes, it's much... That's all I had the strength and desire to do. I've been painting this for 200 years, I'm tired of it... Well, what should I tell you? Casey Jr. was nervous... that's all. Sorry, I'm in a bad mood today and I'm tired...

(P. S.👆I wrote this paragraph when I felt sick in every sense and was tired...I don't like drawing comics. For some reason, it's hard for me, so if I draw at least a small comic, then this is an exception to the rule.)

I have currently made them into masks, bowling balls, annnnd rocks. Why you may ask? Idk I just felt like it. Ive also made mask of some of the side characters to and original I was planning on making splinter, april, and the foot a type of ball to (or bowling pins and bottles…) buuut I never got around to it.

6. Might be against the grain here, cuz I've seen a lot of rise, but Bay Donnie is easily my favorite. I haven't even seen the full movies. But from clips he's silly, he's tall, he drinks his little juice boxes with sass. I like the more nerd Donnie aspects than the batshit insane ones

14. Urgh hard. I think it changes with iteration for me. 2012, Mikey and raph. He cares for him so much. Bay, also Mikey and Raph, but I really like how Leo and Donnie are often teamed up, I wish I could see that explored. Also wish we saw more of Donnie and raph together, I wish we got ANY more crumbs of the boys being siblings actually. Rise, Leo and Mikey. They have such a complex relationship. Leo pushes Mikey, Mikey sees him as a rival and somewhat idol to prove himself to and against, and it's partially bc of Leo's forced bravado to protect himself emotionally. It's lovely

IKUD how does Mikey feel on the kids not being quads like him and his bros, additionally that Raphael is the oldest and that Leo and Donnie are the same age

It's weird for him for like! A week! Because he meets them when they're all freshly mutated and around the same size, but then Raph suddenly grows twice as big as the rest of them, and 2k12Mikey(Tee) is like ???? But Splinter calmy explains that he remembers Raph having already hatched before the rest of them, with little orange being the last one to hatch, right before they escaped, and it kinda throws Tee's whole world on a slanted axis.

But the few months following all them living together and learning the ropes of raising baby turtles, Tee comes to love the fact that they're all different species of turltes, and they all have their own little personalities that are sometimes the same but sometimes VERY different then what he's used to, and it helps ease some of the tension in Tee's chest about being around another iteration of his brothers. Its easier to breathe around the babies when he's not constantly comparing himself or his lost brothers to these perfect little gremlins he can carry in his arms all at once.

Oh! Is future raph's markings something he developed like Donnie's chin stripes? Or is it like a tattoo?

In the year after the invasion once the city was fixed up and the Bad Guys started moving around again, there was a really hard week of heroing; it was like everybody was villaining at the same time (rude) and Raph ended up being in his ninpo form for an extended period of time. The marks showed up on his scales like it burned in, and he didn't even notice until Mikey pointed it out at the end of the fight!

Uhhhhh... A comic? Like a big ol' comic??? I don't even know, friends, I don't know how to colour and/or draw comics. I'm just living my best half-assed artist life ✨ Also sorry if my writing is messy ✨

Anyway, this comic is kind of a branch off of the comic I posted a WIP of a bit ago. Long story short, Leo has big insomnia™ and instead of lying awake all night he tends to use the time for more useful things. Like checking on his dearest brothers!

Poor Raph has nightmares, but usually keeps them to himself. However, he's been more comfortable talking/crying about his issues with Leo bc he managed to convince Raph that, as a leader, he needed to be aware of his team's headspaces... Or something idk just go with it.

Anywayyy the next part is where Leo checks on Mikey and Donnie sooooo stay tuned!
