-> I only write x reader and in second person pov. Most of the time I will write with AFAB!reader in mind, but you can request gn!reader. AMAB!reader I may be more selective with b/c I don't feel very confident writing it right now.

1. No Harassment of Any Kind!

This includes bugging me to draw asks, to hurry up with posting or bug me about stuff outside the Tales of the Squidbeak Splatoon ask blog. This is purely for fun, and my schedule is sporadic. You will get content for the blog when I feel like I can make it. This rule also discourages NSFW, triggering content, inappropriate material and unreasonable hate. Sending asks or art with any of this content will be deleted.

2. Do not ask about the female versions of the agents.

This blog is dedicated to Cobalt, Ace, Brutus and Takko. They are MY version of the agents, they are the one’s canon to this blog and only this blog. If you’re looking for the girls, I’m sure there’s plenty of other artists out there with wonderful art and stories with them you can find elsewhere.

3. Cobalt, Ace, Takko and Brutus ARE NOT THE CANON INTERPRETATION

They’re customization, playable characters. I’m just one of those weirdos who likes to project onto my player character and give them their own personalities. My in game profile has been roleplaying as Brutus all year. I just want to share the stories because I find them fun.

There is no one true canon version of any of the playable agents. These four are just one version of a million different ones out there and we’re just here to have fun.

4. Do not use the submission box to send asks.

The submission box is for fan art, and I will leave it open even when asks are closed so you can send fan art any time if you feel so inclined! I greatly appreciate if you find these characters charming enough to draw! Though if the submission box gets flooded when asks when they’re closed, I might have to turn it off temporarily to ensure I don’t get flooded with more than I can work with at once.

5. Tales of the Squidbeak Splatoon is not associated with Nintendo in any way.

This ask blog is completely non-profit and purely just for fun. Please support the official release of Splatoon related content.

6. Spoiler Alert!

Rules

Just follow these easy rules and we should be okay to go!

Roleplay =/= friendship. Communication OOC = friendship. I think this is something that needs to be discussed more in the RPC as a whole, because people often misconstrue IC interaction as automatic friendship. At best, this is a friendly acquaintance. True friendship is being able to talk OOC, about not just the roleplay but about life in general, and even then you have to build up to that. That is to say I'm not trying to burn friendships before they begin, but I find it reasonable that if I've known you less than a year and our interactions are only through roleplay and nothing 1x1 OOC, that if you have a lot of life problems that you respectfully do not involve me in those problems as I am rarely in the mental state to help people through their rough patches, especially if that is how they open up conversations with me every single time we speak. I am sorry if this seems mean, but everyone is entitled to protect themselves mentally and this rule is something I will enforce. I am here to have fun, we all are. None of us signed up to become the reliable ear to the problems that plagued everyone in the RPC.

Try not to godmod. Some things are expected, but please let's discuss how things go before one side does something the other side doesn't agree or consent to!

I ship via chemistry. Do not force the ships. Cracky things that happen are just that, crack and not meant to be serious. But anything that is serious would have to have some chemistry, don't assume my muse likes yours automatically because they flirted a little On top of this no shipping with minor muses or RPing romantic/sexual ships with muns under the age of 20.

When responding to calls (inbox, asks, memes, etc) please respond with only one of your muses, not all of them. If you respond to my calls with more than one muse, I will simply pick one to prioritize. This is to make sure I can juggle all threads and asks that need to be answered/sent.

Other than HC questions, IC interactions are strictly for mutuals. I am sorry if this means we can't interact, but I work a 40 hour a week full time job and another 20-30 hour week part time job/business. So I cater my dash to try and match what time I have for a hobby.

Tales of a Duelist Roleplay Rules!

1. Must be Semi-literate. I don’t care if your first language is or isn’t English, just please try to write correctly. I understand some mistakes, so don’t be nervous. If it makes sense to me then I’m not going to be super uptight about this.

2. Please write more than one or two sentences. Give details. The more you write, the more I have to work with. I will do the same for you.

3. 3rd person only PLEASE!

4. OCs are almost always welcome! Shoot me a DM first so we can chat about your character or refer me to an OC page. 

5. I would seriously love to plot everything out before we start, but sometimes depending on the situation it is better to just wing it. Either way let's talk about it first!

6. I will only roleplay with 18+ ONLY!!!! 

7. I completely understand taking breaks and writer's block. If you are going to be gone, please let me know.

1. Anything with monsters and furries. It is just something I’m not into.
