forever thinking about how on the roleslaying with roman stream (chapter 2+3) the topic of ships was brought up and someone mentioned the “galaxy polycule” which is roman, noise, and youngblood (because of their sun, moon, and star motifs in their outfits during the fey ballet). as well as how Alex (abd illustrates) then said “You guys, Noise has *two* hands!”

currently thinking abt how roman and noise both want to prove their skill / worth to someone who they look up to or someone with authority over them, and how that contrasts youngblood, who no longer has that need for validation. my god i cannot stop thinking abt this show...

God I think about that similarity between Roman and Noise so much, it's so amazing and it's just like. Mmm narrative foils yes yes. I hadn't thought about how well Youngblood contrasts that though, but that's absolutely gonna live in my mind for so long now, the fact that out of the three of them, he's the one most accustomed to not needing anyone to approve of his existence.
