Simkea’s Cafe Nouveau PSD Pack I wanted a quick new PSD I could throw over indoor/outdoor build screenshots with some really minor changes in colour, with an overall brighter appearance. I have a couple from other Simblr’s but was tweaking them a lot to get something I liked, so I threw together this set of 4 edits. If you used my Bright Eyes Action way back when, you’ll know that I used to really like the overexposed, clean look. I’ve toned that way down with this set and taken a warmer approach to things.  These won’t look good over *everything*. I use them when I don’t take screenshots using ReShade (which is usually when I’m building), and they work best over screenshots using the games original lighting (but I’ve used them over screenshots with No Glo and No Blu). Anyway - Give them a go. See what you like. Tweak what you don’t like. Or hate them and delete them. Download: Google Drive

Hey guys! I decided to upload the psd I use because it’s great for general pictures and very easy to modify.  Bight & Clean psd DOWNLOAD (sfs) More (important!) info under the cut!

For the example pictures I did nothing but sharpen the image and add the psd’s group folder. I didn’t change any of the settings on any of the files so you can see what it looks like in different settings. I found it works pretty well in most settings so it seems super easy for a beginner to use :)  If you need or want to change a few things it’s very easy as well! If the picture is overall too bright the easiest way to change that is with the Curves layer, which I circled above. To make it even more simple, just change the opacity on that layer and it will affect the brightness :)  If the picture is too yellow/red, go to the Hue/Saturation layer and adjust the saturation until it’s where you want it.  If you use this psd and upload your pictures, tag me! You don’t have to but I’d love to see how you use it :) Feel free to edit the layers however you need of course, I just ask that you use these as a base for a psd/action you upload that you ask me about it first (I’ll say yes lol I just want to know).  And of course, if you have any problems or questions, let me know! I’ve been doing graphic design for 8 years so I know a good bit about the subject. This action was made with an older version of photoshop (CS5) because I refuse to upgrade since I hate the newer versions UI but that will make no difference when using this psd (or if you have any questions). I can help with editing questions not related to this psd, as well! I also take requests for editing if you’d like something and don’t have access to photoshop :)

SOFT LIGHT - A PSD

Here’s a little PSD I’ve been using lately for you all! What it does is make your screenshots a little bit warmer and like your sims are in the sun (hence the name!), but it’s quite subtle!  I recommend using it along with @glitchysims Keep Dark Skins Dark to avoid any witewashing happening with your darker sims. Here are more previews/examples as well!  Play with it as much as you like :-)
