Hope you're all well. This is my first attempt at creating furniture for the sims 4. I loved IllogicalSims Simkea furniture and decided to try and make my own since they haven't released anything new for quite a few years (Hope thats alright Josh).

Mattresses & Frames Conversions [Pt. 3]

Here's my third set of converted mattresses and bed frames! The conversions are from the following packs: The Sims 4 (#4), The Sims 4: Snowy Escape (#1), The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs (#5), and The Sims 4: City Living (#6).

I also converted the mattress and bed frame from the SIMKEA Furnishings Stuff Pack (#3) and the bed frame from the Tiny Living Plus - CC Addon (#2) by @illogicalsims.

The bed frame and mattress from The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs are longer than the others to leave room up top for the pillows, but I've also included "standard" versions that can work with other mattress/frame combinations. And I edited the bed frames from The Sims 4: Snowy Escape and The Sims 4: City Living to convert them from singles to doubles.

Megan and Iseul bought the cottage-style home called LaSuli Point and were moving in their last three boxes. "I have a surprise for you, Megs." Iseul said into Megan's ear, as she and Megan stood outside. "What? Tell me, Issy." Megan said, grinning as Iseul fished their new keys out of her pocket. "Patience, Megs." Iseul groaned playfully as she set down a box full of her and Megan's clothes (they both love shopping so closet space was a must have). "It'll be worth the wait." Megan grinned. "Like waiting three days to woohoo til our wedding." She added. Iseul grinned too. "Yeah, that was definitely worth it, Megs." Megan blushed as Iseul gave her a mischievous look and opened the front door. "I was thinking we could break in the new place by woohooing first." Megan snorted and joked as Iseul picked up one box and she picked up another. "Is woohoo the only thing on your mind?" Iseul pretended to think. "Well, not the only thing but definitely one of the top five when I think of you and your long hair and your lips and your eyes." Megan blushed as she and Iseul dropped the boxes in their living room and Iseul covered Megan's eyes. "Okay, don't peek." She said.

She led Megan into the empty small study they didn't know what to do with. "Okay, you can look." She said, and Megan opened her eyes and gasped. The space had been transformed into a tiny but cozy study/library area. There were three tall bookshelves with Megan's books and her and Iseul's knick-knacks and souvenirs, plus a cozy loveseat, a fluffy rug, a desk with their computer, prints of Megan's favorite books, and a coffee table so Megan could drink coffee and read books. "You built me a fucking library? I love it, Is." Megan said, pulling Iseul close and kissing her. "Well, not built, I mean the shelves are from Simkea but." Iseul grinned and said in a jokingly smug voice and flexed her arm. "I did put them together by myself." Megan snorted. "Yeah, yeah, I know that you're all strong and muscular and I love that. But seriously Is, I love it so much, thank you." Iseul smiled. "I know you wanted your own library space for so long." Megan smiled at her. "Sit with me on the couch." Megan said. "I love it when you're bossy." Iseul said, grinning, as she sat next to Megan, who snuggled her. "I love you." Megan said, and kissed Iseul. "I love you." Iseul said, her dark eyes serious and warm. Megan blushed as Iseul pulled her close and kissed her again.

Contemporary luxury family mansion for your Sims. This a second take on trying to blend in a modern house into the surroundings of The Crumbling Isle in Windenburg. Fully furnished CC build.

Main level : entry, cloak room, formal living room, formal dining room, 2 half baths, family seating area, kitchen, chef's kitchen, garage (skill building area), guest bedroom (with its own bathroom, would also be a great nursery), master bedroom (with its own living room, her/his bathrooms connected to each other through a walk-trough shower, large walk-in closet and terrace) and a outdoor deck with a seating area and kitchen garden.

Lower level : 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one staged as a butler's studio), lounge area with a bar, games area, cinema, sauna, gym, wine room, full bathroom, half bath, office and laundry/utility room.

Basement : vault. This basement has 2 entries and is ideal for future expansions (perhaps a bowling area or nightclub).

Gardens : 2 pools, hot tub, seating areas and firepit.

Lot size : 64x64, designed for the Von Windenburg Estate lot in Windenburg. This lot looks also good on the Dresden House lot.

First day at university

Hi! It’s NAMIKO here! Welcome on my blog. I'm glad you wanted to look at my school log. It's my first day at university as a student and first time in the dorm. It's a really nice dormitory for a girls located in an old tenement house. I live in the Gibbs Hill area and it's close to the Laurel Library. I'm starting an Art History course at Britechester University this year. I would like to become a graphic designer and I'm wondering if I should also start studying at the Foxbury Institute next year. I ‘m interested in Computer Science course at this university. 

This is my room. I'm still unpacking my stuff, so it's little messy here. I like this place very much. My room in the family house was very colorful, so now I chose more subdued colors. I feel more mature haha. Sorry for the suitcase on the floor but I still need to unpack my clothes. 

I'm a little bit tired. The Simkea table beat me. I really don't know how to deal with it. Even the drawings of thescrews in manual didn't help. I think I'll check out some tutorials on Simtube. I still have much to do. Classes start tomorrow. However, I thought I wanted to share this moment with you. I’m really excited about my new student life.

Look! I got white roses from my parents. I guess they're proud of me haha. They really helped me, but I'd like to be on my own. I would like to find a part-time job. I’m starting my studies in the summer semester, so I think that in a few months I’ll be able to look for a holiday job. I have a view outside the window of beautiful flowering trees. I wonder what fall will look like here. I also found a clearing outside the city where forget-me-nots grow. These are my favorite flowers, so I decided to pick some. I really feel that this is my place and I'm happy to share my adventure with you.
