Fechando a semana com um belo Bordeaux com seus 11 aninhos… 🤩 Este é o “ @Chateau_Laroque 2011”, um Grand Cru Classé de Saint Emilion (margem direita de Bordeaux 🇫🇷) elaborado majoritariamente com a uva Merlot, complementada por Cabernet Franc e Cabernet Sauvignon. O vinho passa 18 meses maturando em barricas. 🍷 Na taça, cor granada de média intensidade. Após 1h no decanter, aromas de pouca intensidade mostrando frutas vermelhas maduras, chocolate, tabaco, couro e tostado. Na boca tem corpo médio, acidez moderada e taninos médios e macios. Média persistência. 📝 Belo vinho: equilibrado, elegante e com boa complexidade.
