Yesterday was women’s day at church and they chose green to represent the day. As you know, green represents prosperity but it also signifies health. I hadn’t felt like dressing up lately but I’m back in the swing of it, I think. For me, I chose the latter, green represents health this go-round. As I got dressed, the word “salubrious” dropped in my spirit. #Salubrious means health-giving; healthy and that’s what I want to both exude and receive in this season. I didn’t forget the wealth that green represents but as John told Gaius, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou latest prosper, even as thy soul prosper.” Prosperity in each aspect of life should be our desire. The VTM subreddit had some discussion of Nosferatu/Toreador romance the other day but the peak inter-clan pairing for me will always be Salubri/Tzimisce.

It’s the rich contrast between “I was created to be a healer. My touch erases pain and casts out evil. I can’t even feed if it would cause suffering, even if I am on the edge of starvation.
