Sharing tho photo today for being proud of my husband and my dog #samlouiefoschino for joining me at the anti-fir March. Months after, my husband went vegan I showed footage in what happened to the animals in the fur trade . He couldn't bear what happens to the them; all just for fur trims coats, boots, and hats. The animals who are torture for fur are just like our furry kids Sam and Lilly. We are all the same ,we all feel pain..we do not want give our ski to others to wear and due. Frames of a double win easy meals for me and for my besties #lillyfoschino and #samlouiefoschino ✨They are usually super hyper so I had to take this rare moment of them cuddling , stead of playing as fast as I could! ✨The magic word for them to look at the camera is PLAY ; and I have to PLAY after the picture is taken or they won’t be happy campers 🙌😅💟Many foods that are good for humans with packed in nutrients are also good for our #dogs ✨ These two are not allergic to wheat, so I managed to make these high in protein chickpeas and wheat pasta with peas mixed with nutritional yeast and flax oil ; all with their favorite #vegan kibble completed in nutrients @vdogfood ✨I LOVE to make homemade meals for them once in a while, thanks for the #vegandogbook there are many tips on nutrition for them ✨ I seasoned my pasta with peas differently than theirs, for taste preferences and nutrition needs✨For my pasta I only added, kosher salt, chopped onions, tomato sauce, cilantro also nutritional yeast and there you go✨🎉 There is over 35 g of protein in here; with fiber and more ✨Peas is one of the greatest source for protein for humans and dogs✨Lilly will turn 16 soon, and we feel gratitude for every second with her❤️✨Both are wearing the harnesses designed by me years ago, handmade by a family friend ; We never wear real #leather; these pieces of #fakeleather were made of leaves and mushrooms; the rest is a combination of nylon and cotton ✨ I am sharing such details ; because of claims that vegans are hypocrites; Well, that will depend,because we are all individuals ✨I am often confronted with relevant questions about my toothpaste, soaps, shampoos etc ✨Not that I am “ perfect but yes , they are all vegan, which is another topic✨Anyhow, I am often inspired what @joyfulvegan says on her amazing podcasts; “ Just because you can’t do anything doesn’t mean you should do nothing “ Anything helps; being perfect in such an imperfect world is unrealistic; what about being more #ethical and #ecofriendly ? #vegan #vegandogsquad #vegandogs #adoptdontshop #vegansofig #vegandogsofig #vegana #nãoaompreadote #ilovemydogs #vegansofny #vegansofnj #climatecrisis #rebelforlife https://www.instagram.com/p/B8JMYucBB7U/?igshid=1ez5tcj79fs3z

My bestie #samlouiefoschino is behaving too well from his usual hyper personality, which makes me think he might be up to something 😅.
