In Other Lands by Sarah Rees Brennan

Sarah Rees Brennan made a place for herself on the bookshelf of my heart back in 2015 when I read her Lynburn Legacy trilogy. Which is also very good, just FYI. I have been meaning to read In Other Lands basically since it was published. This gives you an idea of how long things sit on my mental shelf before I pick them up. It may have taken me 6 years, but I finally got around to it. Everyone who told me to hurry up and read it, you were right, it was very good.
