Haikyuu!! Headcanons @A Baseball Game! (Part 2: Seijoh)

Oikawa:

Brags about how he’s the best looking person in the stadium

Constantly hangs on Iwaizumi to try to get them on the kiss kam

Is CONSTANTLY taking pictures with whoever will take them with him

His snapchat story at the end of the game is ridiculously long

Also consumes a SHIT TON of cotton candy

Nobody really knows how he doesn’t get sick

Somehow he still manages to pay attention to the game relatively well

He actually knows what’s going on most of the time

Iwaizumi:

Actually enjoys being at baseball games quite a bit

Him and Daichi tend to talk to each other a lot

They understand each other and can actually discuss the game in peace

He’s the only person who can stop Oikawa from going into a sugar induced coma from cotton candy

He swears every time they’re at a ballpark he yells at Oikawa for eating too much sugar

(“SHITTYKAWA WE HAVE PRACTICE TOMORROW”)

He’s the only one able to keep the Seijoh children in line

(Except Hanamaki and Matsukawa cause they could care less about listening to him)

Hanamaki:

Literally never leaves Matsukawa’s side

He loves to make jokes about the players and how they look

He absolutely will NOT leave the ballpark if he hasn’t had at least 2 soft pretzels

(With mustard not cheese cause ballpark cheese is gross)

(It’s the only thing him and Matsukawa disagree on)

He loves to tease everyone in the group about how stupid they all act

Matsukawa:

Comes up with punny nicknames for everyone on both teams for Hanamaki to rate from 1-10

He eats his pretzels with cheese not mustard but he also needs to have at least 2 to be happy

He enjoys throwing peanut shells at other people in the group and making it into their shirts

This has earned him a lot of glares

(He was also once chased by Yaku and his baseball bat)

(It was totally worth it)

The only person who has managed to avoid all peanut shells is Iwaizumi

Yahaba:

Every single time they go he acts like he is too good to be there

Prissy Boy™

“All they’re doing is hitting a ball with a stick!”

Also Selfie Queen™

Will use every snapchat filter and geotag during the game

He’s not even enjoying the game but his snapchat story still ends up being 130 seconds of him catching the others being embarrassing

Or really zoomed in pictures of the game

Or him acting like he knows what he’s talking about

(He doesn’t)

His snapchat story actually ends up being longer than Oikawa’s

Like what are you doing child chill

Kyoutani:

He wants to just be left in peace??

Like let him be his grumpy slouchy self and enjoy the wonderful stick hitting game g e e z

He does not clap or cheer or anything

But occasionally he will smile if something cool happens

Iwaizumi can sometimes get him into casual conversation about the game

99% of the time he is caught off guard by Yahaba’s attempt to get him in the flower crown filter with him

He will 100% of the time shove Yahaba so hard he falls onto whoever is sitting next to him

He is Not Amused™

Kindaichi:

He’s the normal fan who wears a tshirt and gets excited when his team scores

He’s honestly not sure how he got roped into going to the game with crazy people

He just wants to eat his hotdog and fries without someone stealing it

(Someone always steals it)

He once got onto the big screen but then was promptly shoved aside by Oikawa

Now he sits as far away from Oikawa as he can get

Mostly with Ennoshita since at least he’s normal

Kunimi:

He could care less about whatever game he has been dragged to

He’s the one who will sit in the bathroom and charge his phone

When he’s not doing that he’s hanging with Tsukki

Mostly they’re just on their phones texting because it’s too loud to hear each other

Not to mention they keep getting interrupted

Oikawa always tries to get him into it but it results in pain

Kunimi does NOT like when Oikawa touches him

(Oikawa you have been warned)

Haikyuu!! Headcanons @A Baseball Game! (Part 1: Karasuno)

Hello guys! Here’s my first Headcanon post! I’ll have probably 1 or 2 more parts to add to this for Seijoh/Nekoma/Fukurodani but for now enjoy part one! 

Hinata:

Always begging other people to go get him more food so he doesn’t miss any part of the game

He almost never succeeds (except when someone is actually making a food run) and even his best puppy eyes don’t work

He still somehow manages to eat like everything in the ballpark

(He might steal Kenma’s food when he isn’t paying attention)

Makes the excited crow noise every time something good happens for their team

Repeats the insults yelled by Tanaka, Noya, and Yamamoto whilst jumping around

Kags is LITERALLY always pulling him back into his seat

Smol sunshine child is always very excited

But he’s also the first to pass out on the car rides home

Kageyama:

Doesn’t really understand why he was forced to come

Really wishes he was playing volleyball almost the whole time

But the food is good

So he kinda eats a lot of ballpark foods

Constantly having to deal with Hinata jumping around

It only kinda bothers him because Hinata is super cute anyways

He practically has to drag Hinata out of the ballpark afterwards because he doesn’t want to leave

He pays more attention to Hinata then to the actual game

Tsukki:

Why is he even here

Spends the whole time moping and munching on peanuts and sunflower seeds with Kunimi

Cause like what else are they going to do

Sometimes he claps

Mostly he is just lost

He doesn’t really care either way

He’s really there for nachos

(Still secretly wants team gear because some of it does look cool)

Yamaguchi:

An actual angel all the time

He’s always so considerate to everyone in the ballpark like why

He’s the one to compliment the other team if a player does something cool

Yet there are times when his favorite team does something cool and he gets all excited and smiley

He tries to hide it but it’s there anyways

He’s the only one able to keep up with Oikawa’s cotton candy consumption if he tries

But he really doesn’t mostly because he would rather not puke

He also steals Tsukki’s nachos when he can

Daichi:

A literal dad

He’s got the jersey and the baseball hat and the sunglasses to prove it

His jersey actually says #1 dad on the back with his favorite team logo on the front

(The team got it for him on his birthday)

(He kinda loves it a lot)

Mostly in charge of food runs because Suga is in charge of everything else

Surprisingly has the most baseball knowledge out of anyone

He gets really into chants and stuff too

Suga:

Actually literally in charge of everything

Like he’s got everyone’s ticket and all the spending money and everything

He’s constantly counting heads to make sure everyone is with them

He gets really worried they’re gonna lose someone

He also likes to be very punctual so he does not miss the opening videos and the first pitch

Nobody argues this

The last time someone did the glare he gave them almost killed them on the spot

Noya:

One time he caught a foul ball heading straight for Asahi

He also once climbed on Asahi’s shoulders to try to get onto the big screen

He promptly fell off and tumbled down straight onto Lev

Which was then followed up by an appearance on the kiss cam from this position

No one has ever seen Noya run faster in his whole life

He’s the fan that makes up his own chants

(Nobody other than Tanaka and Yamamoto bother to learn them)

Asahi:

A quiet observer

He lowkey knows everything that’s happening in the game

However he wouldn’t be able to tell you if you asked

Definitely gets excited but also is constantly afraid a ball is going to hit someone in the head

One time he screamed so loud because a foul ball was a few rows ahead of them

Needless to say no one on the team is EVER going to let him live that down

Tanaka:

Spends the entire game yelling for food vendors

Spends whatever time he’s not doing that insulting the other team

And making weird faces at them to try to distract them

He actually will insult his own team if they make mistakes

(yes he’s that guy)

He is always prepared to catch foul balls with his trusty glove

He once dived four rows ahead of them for a foul ball

He ended up with no baseball and clothes covered in ketchup and beer

Ennoshita:

One of the few normal ones in the group

He walks ahead of them so he can pretend like he doesn’t know any of them

He does secretly enjoy laughing at the looks strangers give them as they carry massive amounts of food around

At the same time he just wants to watch the game in PEACE GOD DAMN IT

He enjoys hanging out with Kindaichi because at least someone understands a need for peace once in awhile

(They almost never get this peace)

Sooo, idk if you have ever watched kuroko no basket or free! , but I will ask anyway. If you have never watched, please disconsider. I would like a headcanon where kageyama, kuroko, haru, hinata, kagami and nagisa just hang out, yk, how it would be and stuff. I think it would be funny and I just love your hcs. Thank you :)

Hello! I’m so sorry I’m getting back to this super late but today was my last day of finals so I was kinda drained after school. I have not watched Kuroko no Basket, but I have watched Free! So I’ll do some hcs for Kageyama, Haru, Hinata, and Nagisa hanging out! I hope you enjoy! (Also thank you for your support of my hcs I really appreciate it ahhhh <333) 

When the four do hang out it’s usually Nagisa and Hinata’s idea and somehow Haru and Kageyama get dragged into it with them

When they take trips into town Nagisa and Hinata collectively make the cutest noises when they see things in the windows of shops

Usually they go to the beach so Haru can swim

(He acts like that’s the only reason he comes but that’s not true)

Kageyama and Hinata always try to teach Nagisa how to play volleyball 

It almost always ends up with Nagisa getting tangled in a beach volleyball net 

Haru always has to come to the rescue

Nagisa always teasingly calls him his knight in shining armor 

Haru is is Not Amused™

Kageyama always mixes up Hinata and Nagisa

Cause they have the same energies

But crow child what are you doing

No matter where they go Haru always makes Mackerel for everyone for lunch

(Nagisa always makes sure to bring snacks just in case) 

When Hinata and Kageyama argue Haru always distances himself to act like he doesn’t know them 

Nagisa commentates the whole fight until it has Hinata laughing so hard he’s crying

It even makes Kageyama crack a smile

Haru and Kageyama lowkey understand each other

Haru gives him tips on how to handle a high energy tiny person all the time

Nagisa pretends to act offended

(He really isn’t)

When they have time Nagisa and Haru drag Makoto and Rei to go watch a Karasuno volleyball game

Hinata and Kageyama played one of the best games of their lives, thriving knowing their friends were watching

And one time the whole Karasuno team came to watch a swim meet and were the loudest cheering section in the whole arena 

Nagisa of course loved it but Haru actually smiled and waved at them

After it all they go out for ramen with their teams and it’s a mess

But they all enjoy themselves despite getting kicked out of the ramen place
