I'm freaking out, I've never ever gotten this many followers on anything!!

Side note: Yes, I will be making more posts. I was on a hiatus for a short period because of my break off of school, so I spent time with some family. NOT because was mourning about the little drama that happened a couple of weeks ago. Nahh, that's ridiculous. However, I'm back!

Now, as the community knows, Everything Sucks! was unfortunately cancelled. Please, don't worry. There's a possibility that we might get our show back!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT REPRESENTATION, MAKE SOME NOISE ABOUT THIS SHOW

So, Everything Sucks! Got cancelled. I am so INCREDIBLY MAD.

If you’ve never heard of it, let me tell you why you should watch it:

-Great Acting -90s Nostalgia -It makes you laugh and feel things -POSITIVE AND ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF: BISEXUALITY, LESBIANISM, BLACK BOYS BEING ARTISTIC AND SENSITIVE AND EMOTIONAL, INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIP, SPECIAL LEARNING NEEDS. There are SO MANY good things represented in this show, and so many kids and teens that need it. Hell, so many adults that can find something they needed because of their own experiences.

Please, make some noise for this. Use the #SaveEverythingSucks and #RenewEverythingSucks hashtags. Use the Netflix form to suggest a second season.

I am tired of Netflix producing positive representation shows and them axing them, after not promoting them at all.

PS: To those who will complain about the Age Gap “controversy”. STOP PATRONIZING A 14 YEAR OLD TEENAGER. Look at her social media. Look at how proud and happy she is about the show and what it represents, what it’s doing for people. She is old enough to have a light kissing scene with a 20 year old, old enough to consent, old enough to know what her part was before signing the contract. SHE IS AN ACTRESS, DOING HER JOB, AND BEING HAPPY AND PROUD FOR IT.

And you guys want to axe down a show that’s bringing such needed representation to such an opressive time? You complain about not having representation, and then nitpick over the littlest things? This is why producers are afraid of backing progressive shows. Because you see a show that has a healthy relationship between two girls, two characters with 2 years of age difference, and create a problem with the actors that the actors themselves don’t even have.
