Everything had started when they offer you their help, either Madoka or Mami both of them are always ready to help. Although, If they had found you while the bullies were attacking you is Mami who step in and tries to solve the problem without fighting, while Sayaka will be ready to throw her hands on it (at least enough to help you get away from them) and Madoka will try to help you with your things or any wounds you have

They were the first of the group that you get to know, even if you don't really trust them at first they understand (well Sayaka not too much since they were the ones who helped you), Mami reasure you that you don't have to worry they are happy to help you and after making sure you were alright they leave you (they can make you company on your way to your house if you ask them). Your firsts interactions weren't too relevant, just quickly helping you, mainly because they still have work to do, but the more occasions they found you being target of those bullies the more they were worried

Is probably Madoka who brings up the idea of trying to add you to the group in order to help you avoid all the bullying, and Mami and Sayaka totally agreed with it so the next time they found you (hopely alone and not being attacked) they tell you that all of you should be friends, they want to help you (even if you try to decline their offer they will insist, not letting you too much room to protest)

At first it was just a normal friendship, hanging out with you and protecting you, but after some time they start to see how truly special you were, how wonderful friend you truly are, it doesn't matter if you are more shy or even more goofy, you had made your way to their hearts and you weren't planing to leave any time soon, little by little you had become a really important person for them

Mami doesn't feel lonely anymore because now she had wonderful friends by her side, she knows you look up at her, you see her as the strong girl she is and you know you can always count with her and she loves it, you make her feel wanted and even need it, so she always gives her best for you, she wouldn't like to dissapoint her cute little friend, isn't she?

Madoka tend to feel insecure from time to time, not feeling enough and doubting herself but everytime she feels bad you are there to prove her wrong, you are always there to remember her how she is really stronge and caring, she was the one who saved you after all, you are always there to boost her confidence and give her motivation when she can't find it

Sayaka is always cheerful, always ready to fight for others, for the justice, but the people doesn't seem to really apreciate her, it isn't like she is trying to gain something by it but not even the person she loved appreciate it, the person for whom she had give her sould in exchange for him to be alright, but that wasn't the case with you, since the first moment, when she had helped you, you had been always grateful with her, even when you didn't knew her yet

You are like their little sunshine, their motivation to continue fighting because they can't let you fall into the trap of a witch, the mere thought of it make them fearful and desesperate, that is why they are always by your side, barely leaving you alone, is just that you are so special that you should be protected for everything and anything

And that is why they despise those bastards who had dare to mess with you, how the hell they dare to go against someone so beautiful and special like you, the were really just some idiots that deserve to suffer. The more they had affected you the more angry they get, like if they just make fun of you or mess with you sometimes they aren't so furious, even when they want to take revenge and teach them a lesson they will do it in a more smart way, but if they had dare to lay a hand on you, even if it was just once then they will merciless, they will be really harsh on them, I mean, no one will even notice if they diseapear, right? who will blame them if they came a little late to save them from a witch?

To meet Homura it would take some time, she will notice you when you started to hang out with them, and since Madoka seemed to like you a lot she start to keep a close eye on you, even stalking you for a while, this was probably the first time-line you had apeared so she will be wary with you for a while, not really knowing if you are dangerous

However, everything changed for her when she noticed how special you are, being so kind and lighting up the mood by just being there, now she understand why Madoka was atracted to you on the first place since both of you are really special, it got to the point that she can't just hide in the shadows anymore, she needs meet you directly, to be with you, so she will take advantage of one of those time where you were being bothered by the bullies to introduce herself

She tries to be kind to you and even make a good impresion while protecting you, but when the other girls came she get mad, honestly Homura wanted to monopolize your time for a while, but their presence ruin her plans. She was ready to fight them in order to be alone with you but she knows that they are important to you so she try to hold back herself

She will try to make an agreement with them (mainly Mami and Sayaka), they were really wary of Homura since she had never made a good impresion but now that she were so close to you it just make things worst, and Homura didn't like them too much neither, aside from you and Madoka she doesn't care for the rest, but for your sake they will be willing to give a try, Homura had saved you too after all (and even if they didn't accept Homura she was more than ready to fight them)

Homura started to hang out with all of you too, and for a while Mami and Sayaka were quietly threating her, but in the moment you start to trust in her and even call her your friend they start to warm up to her, if you liked her maybe she wasn't a really bad person, and Homura couldn't be happier since this was the first time things were going pacefuly, and it was all thanks to you you truly are special!

When Kyoko come they were pretty wary of her too, since she doesn't really think on anyone else aside from her they didn't really wanted for her to get close to you, but after some time she started to warm up to them. She start to be really curious over you for how caring and selfish they are over you, the fact that you had been bullied made her warm up with you quicker since it brings her a protective instinct, so she ended up joining everyone on the group (she would rather be able to monopolize you, but she won't complain about the others)

After you had met them you never have to face any bullied again, they will never let anyone get close to you anymore, you have them and they could provide you whatever you need, they are fully capable to protect you from anyone who tries to harm you, doesn't matter if it is a person or a witch

The more aggresive the bullies were to you or the more affected you are for what you had to go through the more wary they become with the rest of the world, may even start to get paranoid, to the point that you are never going to be alone again (even without you knowing it)

At least once someone had bring the idea of you becoming a Magical Girl so you will go with them on the fights (probably Mami or Madoka), but Homura and Kyoko are quickly to decline it (Homura is even mad at the only thought), both pretty much know that this is not a game and they don't want to put you into this curse (not like they will let you even really risk your life), you are perfectly fine just the way you are and they are perfectly capable to defend you

And when they get to know the truth behind being a Magical Girl you were the one who keep them sane (as sane as they can), not letting themselfs fall into despair because if something happen to them what will become of you? what would you do without them? what if people start attacking you again if they aren't by your side? They can't just throw themselfs like that when they still have to be there for you and protect you

After they had the bless to meet you non of them will let anything get you away from them, not even the Walpurgisnacht and since none has surrendered to despair they were be ready to fight the biggest witch, they fight for you, for a future with you, they doesn't need anything else than you just as you don't need anyone but them

Overall these awards are just popularity contests but I still liked a lot of what I saw. When she was younger Gabriella, Taka's mom, always wanted a daughter and not for the "oh yeah she will be calmer" or stuff like that. It was a very specific reason. She wanted her daughter to wear her wedding dress, the same one her own mother got married in. (At least for the ceremony, like i said she is Christian.)

When she got married to Takaaki, she was alredy pregnant, her mother didn't really care about that though, after all she had her first baby out of wedlock too. She was just happy to have her kids after so many years of dreaming of it.

When they learned that her baby wasn't a girl, she was sad but she was conforted by the Idea that her baby boy may get a girlfriend one day and that she could maybe talk her into that ! It was genius idea !

She watched her kid grow not really thinking too much into Taka's friendship, but still keeping an eyes over it.

But now, she is gonna watch her baby get married to a man. A manly one out of that. No way she could get any of them to do her idea... Don't get her wrong ! She was happy for her niño precioso's wedding ! She just wished her dream could have become truth.

She mentioned it. Once or twice to Taka but she never though he remmember, how wrong of her.

Because on his side Taka was getting ready after the ceremony, helped by Aoi, Kyoko, and Sayaka to put on his mother old wedding dress. Sure he was a bit embarassed but with Sayaka it wasn't the first time he wore a dress and to be honest... He just wanted to do something nice for his mom, she always supported him in everything he did.

"And it would be a nice surprise for Mondo" Aoi had said, yes. I guess that is point to count. A little bonus. Just a little though. Even if Kirigiri is smirking slightly at his word.

So here he was walking back into the reception, and before Mondo could stutter even a word his mom trew herself at him, crying and thanking him for his beautiful gift.

Kiyondo, who wasn't on the surprise, first grumbled that he could have helped Taka with the dress himself but then started to embarassed and making hum hum sus remarques

He mostly told to keep the "kinky stuff" in their bedroom and "to not rub their weird shit in their face". What a great brother.

And Takaaki on the other who just got over the fact that Taka was married, cried even more when he saw his son, looking so similar from his ex wife and so perfect. What an emotional guy <33

The way you talked down to the red haired girl, tossing her around like a ragdoll with a smile on your face, treating her like nothing more than a minor nuisance may have not been the most ‘heroic.’ Yeah, she definitely enjoyed watching that girl get her comeuppance. After red was firmly planted in the concrete, you walked over to her and Madoka to check if they were still okay, Sayaka couldn't help but blush as she stared up at you.

》 In Sayaka’s eyes, there were two people she hoped to be like. Mami, the girl who introduced her to all this magical girl stuff. She was kind and caring, saving many innocent lives with a smile on her face, even if she did end up dying, she did it fighting against evil. Then there was you. You weren't selfish like that other girl, even with all that power. You were untouchable yet still cared for others who were quite frankly far below you. If she also had that kind of power and had the mindset of Mami…

》 From there, the two of you start meeting a lot more often. She's far weaker than she'd like to admit, and she had to learn that the hard way. All great heroes had to have someone to teach them at some point, so if she's going to become the Magical Girl of Justice, she might as well tag along and see what she can learn. She never really gets tired of seeing you crush witches and familiars with ease. No matter what kind of weird powers they may have, she's relieved to know you'll make it out fine and have her back In the process.

》 Eventually you did end up explaining more about magical girls to her. She wasn't too big a fan of essentially just being a gem, going into schizo mode and going on about how she's just a zombie and such. She wasn't really listening to you when you told her it isn't all bad and tried explaning the perks… so you took her sword and stabbed yourself in the neck. That understandably spooked her back into the real world, but it at least gave you time to explain everything to her. Your thanks was a swift smack and getting called an idiot. Tough crowd.

》 Luckily, with you by her side she never fell into despair, having someone there to remind her what she’a fighting for, keeping her grounded, and helping her grow into the best hero she could be really helped. She never really got over her crush, and she really wanted to confess. Turns out after seeing how powerful you are and the whole thing of essentially just being an empty husk got to her head and made her doubt herself.

》 After putting her pride aside and going to Madoka, who she is much more protective over after finding out the truth about magical girls, she was talked into going through with it, only having to wait until whatever she thought would be a good time to ask.

》 After thanking her best friend and leaving, she ended up running into Homura who recruited her to help against a very powerful witch who was supposed to be appearing soon. She just brushed her off, saying she'll help but I'm reality she suspected she wouldn't have to do much at all. With you there, everything would be fine. Maybe even after the battle she would finally ask you out. Then the day finally came…

“So, this is the strongest witch, huh?” You say to yourself, arms crossed with a confident smile on your face.

Sayaka nods, seemingly put at ease by your presence despite the inevitable battle to come. “Strongest witch vs. the strongest magical girl(?). You think you can win?”

“I'm disappointed you'd even ask that of me Sayaka.” You sigh, pushing off the wall you were leaning on and taking a step towards the edge of the roof you two were standing on.

“Wow, am I finally going to see the great Y/N get a run for his money?” She playfully retorts, lightly jabbing you with her elbow.

You just huff, glacing at her before bringing your attention back to Walpurgisnacht.

It's Just A Theory - Makoto x Male! Reader

You, Makoto, and Kyoko were sitting on your hospital bed, going over the details of the latest Remnants of Despair attack.

Being a field agent, you witnessed the attack firsthand, your leg getting pretty messed up.

"When the attack was over, they went south," you said, pointing at the map. "And if my theory's correct-"

"Oh, enough with the theories, Y/N," Kyoko sighed. "Just because you're the Ultimate Theorist doesn't mean that you have to bring them up every single second."

"That's exactly what that means," you said. "My theories have been helping us a lot so far."

"He kinda has a point," Makoto sheepishly said, rubbing the back of his neck. "Y/N did lead us to location to where their next attack was gonna be."

"That doesn't mean he should talk about them all the time."

"Can I finish what I was saying or not?"

"Yeah, of course," Makoto said sweetly, making you blush.

"I think they're holding up somewhere here," you said, pointing to a street in the southern part of the city. "Some other agents and I scoped that area out and found a shit ton of scrap metal. They could be-"

"Building the Monokuma robots there," Kyoko interrupted.

"Exactly,"

"Okay, we need to have a meeting with everyone else, share this information with them." Kyoko said, writing everything down in a notepad.

"Can we do that later?" you asked. "I still can't move my leg, and I don't feel like being in a wheelchair right now,"

Kyoko sighed. "Fine, thirty minutes," she said, walking out of the first aid area. "Makoto, keep an eye on him,"

"What's gonna happen if this doesn't work," you said quietly. "I mean The Remnants are brainwashed, they don't know what they're doing. And if The Program doesn't work, will we just have to execute them? They don't deserve that. I don't think I'll be able to make that decision, especially after watching-"

Makoto suddenly grabbed your hand, silencing your rambling.

"I agree, those people don't deserve death. That's why we're trying out the program," he said, giving your hand a gentle squeeze. "It's gonna work Y/N, I promise."

"You think so?"

"I know so,"

With his other hand, Makoto gently cupped your cheek, leaning in, he placed his lips on yours. His lips were soft, and they tasted like vanilla bean. He squeezed your hand as he continued to kiss you. You had been waiting for this moment for so long, since the middle of the Killing Game. But he was always either with Sayaka or Kyoko then, so you didn't really have the chance to build this kind of relationship. You wanted to make up for lost time as much as you could.

You pulled away from each other, slightly out of breath, but the both of you smiling.

"You're so handsome," he whispered, kissing your cheek. "I suggest you lay down, the meeting's gonna be a long one."

Seeing as lot of original ideas are more or less dead now, would you mind sharing them?

//There's been a few, but here's some I either had planned and decided not to, or some that were just kicking around my head and I changed my mind:

This was originally just going to focus on the canon games, as it was meant to be a fix-fic for Danganronpa 3. Then I saw SDRA2 and everything changed.

Consequently, I didn't think this blog would run for very long, maybe like a year or two, and now we're approaching year four. The story's expanded far more than I was intending, but that seems to have been to everyone's benefit

Because this was solely focused on canon at first, I originally had plans for Mahiru to be part of the Cuddle Puddle, so Hajime would essentially just gain everything back after changing the past. This was changed because both I and other anons felt that there needed to be more character autonomy there to show things were changing.

I briefly contemplated adding others, including Chisa, but then I realized how much was wrong with that idea and scrapped it pretty quickly.

I thought about making Aoi the fourth time traveler, but felt Sayaka would add a whole new dynamic in comparison.

When shipping was more of a priority to me, I also did consider pairing up Makoto with Kyoko, Aoi, Sayaka, and Mukuro, even getting as far as line art for a Naekusaba kid, but this was changed for two main reasons. The first is that I really liked the more unique ship with him and Iroha, as suggested by the anons, while the second is that shipping again feels like it takes character autonomy away for the sake of a relationship. Mukuro in particular has a lot more benefits to the story and more to explore beyond "she can be redeemed because she loves Makoto."

Rather than killing or mindwiping her, I thought about making Kanade a recurring antagonist, but decided she's a little too one-note to really make that work. And that was before I realized how many flaws there were with her ^^;

In a similar vein, Naoko was originally going to be Kanade's daughter, as was the case in Nextgenronpa, and her existence would be what makes keeping her alive so complicated. I changed her mother to Mai both because the motherhood angle feels gross on a lot of levels, and because Mai and Shikamaru already had plans to have another kid after Nagisa to experiment on. It works much better like that.

The parents weren't going to play nearly as big a role in the story as they do now, and while I had plans to make OCs for Chiaki's parents, Mod Poi and Mod Honey were kind enough to let me use theirs. This obviously lead to some complications through lack of communication, but ultimately worked out in the end.

There were originally going to be robots sent back in time by The Basilisk trying to kill people the QC had interacted with, ala Terminator, but that didn't match the rules I'd established for time travel here, so the robots remain in the future.

//So those are ten scrapped ideas from ASooT's development. A lot's changed since then and I haven't scrapped as many since, and we have a lot planned for the rest of this season ^^

Kinda obsessed about Junko Enoshima lately.

Junko is the kind of villain that is uncomfortable even to win against, because it's hard to come away from a Danganronpa feeling like any victory has been had. Even in the big cathartic final showdown, there's nothing triumphant about defeating Junko.

She's not a villain that really can be defeated. She can only be survived. And less than 2/3 of the characters introduced at the start of the game will survive her.

That's the real horror of Junko Enoshima as a character. Who she is and what she's about robs the story of its catharsis the moment you take the time to think about what's really transpired here. She'd already won by the time the doors closed. Everything that happens in the Killing Game is simply deliberating the extent of her victory.

Like. This is kind of a thing with killers, specifically, as villains. Yeah, we get to have the big Triumph of Hope over Despair finale and that's very nice for the five or six people who are alive to see it. But everyone else died a horrible, gruesome death and you can't take that back by defeating the latest incarnation of Junko.

Like. Beating Junko doesn't unkill Sayaka. Sayaka witnessed what was probably the corpses of the people she held more dearly than her life and was so traumatized by it that she tried to murder Leon and frame Makoto for it, in an act that went so horribly wrong that she wound up stabbed to death in Makoto's bathroom.

Sayaka bled out against a cold concrete wall, her last thoughts probably terror and despair for never truly knowing what happened to her idol group. She died in desperation and terror, and nothing will ever change that. You can't unkill people by thwarting the mastermind. These lives, ended in despair, belong to Junko now.

Makoto's story may end in unmasking Junko and bringing an end to the first Killing Game. But Sayaka's story ended right there in that bathroom. Sakura's story ends in a bottle of suicide. Kiyotaka and Mondo, best bros for life, end their stories in blunt force trauma and a spinning wheel of doom, respectively - After Mondo ends Chihiro's story in a fit of jealous rage. But we're all very happy that Makoto got to live, I'm sure.

This is kinda what the whole twist in V3 was about: You can't really win the Killing Game because its very existence is a net loss for human life. The players in the game aren't Junko's opponents. They're her victims.

It's a very different dynamic to a lot of other types of media. It's why I find myself going back to Light Yagami a lot. Junko plays for keeps, and you can't really thwart that. You can only bring an end to the carnage so that no one else will have to suffer. There is no victory to be had over her; Only a cessation of the pain she's causing. You can't bring back the people who didn't deserve to die.

And that. Hurts. It's hard not to come away with a deep nugget of remorse for the harm that couldn't be prevented. It hurts so much that the creators of the DG3 anime took advantage of the fact that DG2 happens in a simulation to go back and unkill everybody, even though DG2 explicitly said that its deaths count for real. That's how bad the realization that Junko won messes with people.

Because.

Well.

She did.

All she wanted to do was to cause harm. Her sole motive is that she's an emotional sadomasochist who gets off on inflicting and experiencing trauma. And over the course of every Killing Game, she gets to inflict an awful lot of trauma. Every time someone dies in despair, Junko wins. Every time someone breaks from the grief, Junko wins. And she wins a lot more than she loses.

And that's why she stays with us. According to the Guiness Book of World Records, Junko Enoshima holds the record for most cosplayed video game character. Because even if she's unmasked in the end, we can never truly forget the pain she made us feel along the way.

Hope may prevail in the final moments, but Despair has a real good time getting there.

I like how Asahina is giving the evidence, it's Kyoko's notes but it's nice she's on the detective team too.

Okay! After rewatching pmmm for the first time in about 10 years, what are my thoughts?

(This will be all over the place and probably really long. Formatting? What's that?)

I'll start with the ending! It's very emotional and bittersweet. It puts enough emphasis to show how major Madoka's wish is. Not in terms of the universe, but in terms of Madoka's existence itself. And everytime she's asked if that's what she truly wants, she's says she's fine with it. Even with her heartbreaking goodbye with Homura.

And the ending tries to be a little ambiguous where this will go. Madoka's hope that Homura will remember her reminds me of Kyoko's hope that she can bring Sayaka back. Granted, Madoka truly hoped for that and wasn't trying to give false hope like Kyubey did. But still! Idk if it was intentional but it's cute! We also see after the credits (I never saw this part :0) was Homura walking to some wraiths and Madoka's aura(?) Telling her to do her best and her little smile is cute. :) Apparently those wings weren't supposed to be there, one of the staff just put them there because it looked cool lol. Anyways! Everything is supposed to be all good now! Right? It seems all good now!

Well... I'm gonna read the wraith arc soon after this and before rewatching Rebellion. (Rebellion will always confuse me lol.) But... I dunno! It wraps up a little TOO nearly, huh? It makes sense why people hated Rebellion and like how it ended. And some people like bittersweet endings, that's fine. But... It just seems a little TOO okay. We all know Homura wasn't really happy. Duh. But she's definitely less cold and she's smiling! That looks good! Kyoko and Mami are alive! That's good! Sayaka got to see the dumb boy play his violin and got some closure! That's good! But, again, this all just seems a little TOO fine. Like, how Madoka felt about how she'll forgotten and only a concept. She's just like "yeah! That's fine! That's okay with me! :D" I can't buy that. Not without that being a front or a result of feeling PUSHED into carrying this heavy burden and combined with her low self esteem and self confidence.

Madoka, like the other girls, was completely exploited. That's just a fact. You'll never make me believe otherwise. No normal person with a good mindset would wish that upon themselves, that doesn't have some form issues within themselves. Not to mention how Kyubey LITERALLY FORCED her into seeing things she didn't want to. You really think it didn't bother her? Just like my post about Sayaka, this dumb cat KNOWS what he's doing. Madoka has a kind heart, obvious she wants peace and goodness for everyone. We see and hear this time and time again, so it really hurts seeing that used by the magical system to try exploiting it for their own gain. And it sucks that this very system, that has caused so much pain, in fighting, abuse, instability, is the way to fix it all. But, I suppose that's how it is in the real world too... Anyway, Madoka was in a vulnerable spot, just as Kyubey wanted. Like he's scripting all of this just to push her. And I just have to emphasize that I don't buy Madoka being fully okay with this. Girl just wanted to be good at something, to give something amazing to this world and she thinks the only way to do that is to become a concept of law. People argue that "she wanted this" and yeah, maybe I'd fall for it too if I had all this information pumped in my head by Kyubey PLUS the whole events of the anime itself with Mami, Sayaka, and Kyoko dying and Homura almost dying.

Oh, my Homura... Babygirl. I'll add that Christina V was SO good at her emotional parts, honestly. It's a good reason to watch the dub! Idek what to say about Homura that I haven't either said irl or liked other people's posts about. But God... The whole ending is about hope. I GET IT. I GET IT. But there was just... It felt so wrong seeing her act okay and I guess that's the point of the darkened eyes at the end, mayhaps? I get how Homura feels selfish now, because even I feel selfish about wanting those two together after seeing how "okay" things are. ;_;

Going away from the ending, Sayaka is such an underrated character oh my God? It felt like she was stealing the show sometimes lol. I don't understand how she's so hated. I mean I do, but I feel people see her wayyy too surface level. I almost started loving her more than Homura! Crazy! Her arc always will break my heart. It's the main reason I didn't rewatch it for so long, it's just so... Depressing and relatable as time goes on. (I first watched in like... 2014ish) Her English VA is so good too! Especially in the quiet moments when her voice is breaking. Ahh

!ALSO I DONT REMEMBER HATING KYUBEY THIS MUCH. Obviously, I didn't like him before, but I don't know if like, life has changed me or anything be I just wanna 😡😡😡 everytime he was on screen after they find out about the soul gems. I will NEVER understand how people can find it in their hearts to sympathize with him after seeing all that he's done to be manipulative. Like, did we watch the same show???

And Kyoko! She doesn't get much screentime but ah! What a doll! I forgot she ever interacted with Madoka! She's so sweet to her despite hardly speaking with her to begin with. Literally every magical girl wants to look out for her and I just 🥺💜💜!!! Honestly, her adamant stance on never wasting food hits harder now that I've actually experienced going without food. I remember not caring much about her when I first watched, but she's so fun! And normal lmao. Probably the least messed up in the cast. And I LOVE the idea of her and Homura having a solid friendship. The way they interact in rebellion and the way they get along in the show is refreshing. I'm sure Homura appreciated not having to babysit her as much as the others.

Overall, this was painful. :) Episode 8 was the most painful one, if I'm being honest. Sayaka breaking down plus Homura's emotional outburst HURT. I kept having to pause from watching it because I just couldn't handle it. Also, because I watched the dub, I didn't get to see something's be translated.

This was when she became a witch and :((( she felt so bad for wanting to be acknowledged. My heart...

Sighhhhh.... But those are my thoughts. Is it just as good as when I watched it? Even better! I feel like as an adult, I understood the concepts and explanations way better and have a better appreciation gift the themes it tackled and the way it was written! I low-key hate it now though because for now, I feel oddly... Bad for wanting Homura to pull Madoka down. I never felt bad about it and now I kind of do? I feel like the "Homura is evil and everything was fine before she interfered" people are infiltrating my brain. Oh no... Well! Time to watch Rebellion after I read the wraith arc. Maybe that will help me not feel so insecure with how I feel.

Also this was really all over the place, I can't seem to fully sit down and write this out like I did with my Sayaka vs Madoka post. My brain is truly a mystery.

part 10 of "Tamura Makes a Friend!" this is the part where episode 10 of the anime would be adapted into the ficlet, but uh, kinda redundant. so parts 10 and 11 are gunna be POV switches! guess who's POV it is now nd you'll get a cookie!

There lies a small pocket dimension in between the many timelines and realities of the World, a small anomoly that is free from time's flow and unbidened by space's restrictions. It exists in a Void of Inbetween, and houses an establishment meant to cater and recuperate a specific clientele.

Akemi Homura was once an innocent little girl, plagued with health complications and misery. She finds herself here - under the misnomer of Akuma Tamura - along with many other versions of herself, all different yet all the same.

Tamura had been resting in the Bar with her other temporal-defying and spacial-rending friends, friends she has met before and never has nor ever will. They had found themselves here in a land ment only for Akemi Homura, when their own had given her life for them - or when one of them straight up murdered the time traveler.

They had been talking about everything and nothing, when the front doors slid open to another Akemi. This Akemi was very different from all the others, however, even more so than Tamura herself.

This Akemi was a girl who had always claimed to visit to and from realities in which they should not exist. She had claimed to see world's where Madoka and Sayaka had swapped roles, where Momoe Nagisa and Chitose Yuma raised Mami and Kyouko in a reversal of age, where friends lives where altered to become each other's.

She also claimed to live lives where their cause for fighting, for living, did not exist.

She was called Anomolous Homura, or Anomoly for short.

Anomoly had taken a seat next to Tamura, an often reserved seat for Put Together at 14 Homura, and ordered her usual cola and beer drink. No one ever asked her for her tales in the Multiverse for they never expected nor experienced what she claims to be real.

Only a certain Quartet ever did listen.

"Hey Noms, how'd it go this time? Was I a lead role in some sorta isekai timeline?" Kyouko always did her best to raise moral and levity, not wanting a Witch to hatch; Everyone agreed that Kriemhild Gretchen would pale to whatever Demon is born from an entire Multiverse of Akemis.

"Perhaps it was the one where Sakura-san's comedy routine finally picked up steam?" Mami kept an air of relaxation and reality around her, acting as the wisest Big Sister to exist. It helped whenever an Akemi needed a hug or be told they were doing good.

"Maybe she went back to the one where everyone was swapped again? How was I in that time, if you did go there?" Sayaka was more subdued than her usual self, an air of melenvholy and wearyness in her hunched shoulders and slouched frame.

"I... I went to..." Huh, usual Anomoly had looser lips after her first sip. "I went to... one of her timelines..."

Oh.

Just as there was a Homura that Won, the Winner, there too was a Homura Who Always Lost. The Loser wasn't around often, throwing herself into the loops more often than any other Akemi. Whenever she did it was always the same story.

"She's gone... I can't find her... she's never there..."

One didn't need to guess what it meant for an Akemi to lose in the timeloops.

"Wait, so you saw someone else right? If there wasn't a Madoka then it was someone else, right?" Ah Kyouko, blunt force trauma against the lack of tact. To be fair she was really the only one with the sanity to think up possible failed timelines; she works minimum wage after all!

"Yeah, but it wasn't someone I recognized. Didn't know who she was, so I just ignored her until Walpurgisnacht arrived. But that's the worst thing about the timeline.

"Walpurgisnacht didn't show up either, she didn't even exist!"

Akemi Homura was hunched over her table, the bright white of her apartment set to glow a dull grey over the modern European interior. Many of the holo projectors would have information on the Witches currently known in this timeline's Magical Girl Watch, or any MGs willing to share intel, and the monitors did have data on them.

It was the lack of one specific Witch that led to Homura spiralling into a deep depression since March.

She had thought that in a world without Walpurgisnatch it would be easy to keep her beloved safe and happy, to prevent her from throwing her life away with a contract. Yet... everything that's happened, ever since she met Aingel...

This is certainly an odd development, Akemi Homura.

That creature...

Lifting herself up Homura saw the Incubator, Kyubey, perched on the couches that surrounded the center table. The albino feline fox sat on its haunches, playing into the role of a cat as it licked a front paw.

Your actions have been quite contradictory over these past five weeks. Ever since your arrival there have been a number of odd inexplicable outcomes to many of the past confrontations.

Your brief meetings with Tomoe Mami, Miki Sayaka, and the girl who desired that I refer to her as No Name had laid the foundation for quite a discovery. Despite your attempts to maintain your distance between the four children, your continued involvement with their affairs has exponentially increased the potential of those two candidates. The karmic destiny that ties themselves to each other had grown at an incredible rate, it still confounds me as to how such a possibility could occurr.

Do you have answer to explain such an anomoly, Akemi Homura?

Making a show of her rage Homura lunged towards the Incubator, strangling the windpipe of the vessel it used as a proxy. Letting all of her anger at this timeline, at the Incubator fuel her, the Time Traveler spoke one single word.

"Leave."

Akemi Homura sat alone in her bedroom, a spartan decor that consisted of nothing more than a bed and wardrobe. The past week's events have left her exhausted, the Tragedy of Sayaka having drained the bruenette of all her energy. Homura flooped back in her bed before shifting out of uniform. Before sleep called for her a black mass of fur curled up into her side, and she placed a hand on the little creature's hide.

April 30th. The day that Mitakihara would become nothing more than a crator on the coast of Japan. A typhoon would arrive off the ocean currents and buildings would topple over, the winds uplifting landmarks and entire chunks of the city.

Yet Akemi Homura found herself standing in the middle of the same bridge she's stood on many times before, waiting for Walpurgisnacht, or whatever monstrosity that will take its place to arrive. She stared out at the horizon as boats docked at the warfs, cars drove up and down the many streets, people walking with friends and families.

This city... this world will fall to the dark...

It wasn't often Homura humoured herself with trivial thoughts or desires, but after everything in this loop she's allowed herself one piece of freedom. The Time Traveler wore a purple button up - tastefully unbottoned at the ends - with a black jacket draped over her shoulders, a pair of jeans that hugged her legs but still breathed freely, and the pair of heeled combat boots she made herself.

She always wanted to see what the point was in throwing off jackets or shirts in dramas.

Footsteps approached her from aside, the bruenette already knowing who it was; they agreed to meet up in the morning, after a tense video call that was overseen by Kaname Junko.

Aingel was wearing a navy blue coat over a black turtleneck and a grey hakama styled skirt. Her face was near ashen, bags poorly covered up with a pair of sunglasses, her hair pulled back into a ponytail with her blue ribbon. Homura didn't need to see her eyes to know they were holding back tears.

"... There is so much that I want to say to you, so much that I want to ask from you. But I know... it's all pointless in the end. Just... were you ever going to tell us, tell me about everything? Anything at all?"

"... What exactly do you mean by 'anything' Aingel?"

"What do I mean- Maybe something about how Witches were created? How Soul Gems were actually souls in glass bottles? Just- anything, at all, to help them before they- before they..."

"If you truly wanted to save them Aingel, you would've mentioned somethinf yourself. Early in the month, Miki Sayaka and Tomoe Mami had rescued you from the Tv Witch. In her labyrinth the Witch forced you to endure your most lainful memories.

"Why were they of little girls, Magical Girls, killing each other and themselves?"

The foreigner gave out a sharp gasp, the tears flowing as a core memoru of her past resurfaced. Aingel had clenched her fists before slowly reaching up to her eyes, wiping away the tears.

"Those were... from years ago, yes. They were my friends, before they all learned from..." She couldn't say anything else, words escaping her as sobs wretched out of her throat. Homura merely stared as the blonde forced herself to lean on the bridge's railing.

"You are a pitiable girl, Aingel. You speak as if though you had expected me to try and come clean to fools whouldn't break from the truth." It was a thing that had bothered Homura actually. Over the course of this entire loop, the foreigner had rhe knowledge and experience to realize that this fate was inevitable. So why had she not said anything to the people she actually cared about.

Why did she try to pin the responsibility on Homura?

"What does it truly say about you, knowing what you remember and yet you refused to save your friends. Tell me why I should answer any of your questions if you continue to act as a hypocrite?" It's about time Homura got some answers about the anomoly. This was an awful loop, one with nothing to show for. There wasn't even anything useful from this timeline that she could make use of in future loops. All she had were constant reminders of Madoka's absence, of her immediate failure, and of the inevitable departure from this world.

"You... You want to know why I tried to get you to say something? Because believe it or not Homura, I know that also already knew, way before everything started at the mall!" Aingel had removed her sunglasses, blue eyes shining to a near violet with the large rings of pink coated in tears. "I knew that you knew, cause I've been having dreams- having memories that don't belong to me just fill my head!

"I thought it was a fluke when we first met, on that little street, but then they just kept coming! I kept seeing you, and Sayaka, and Mami, even Kyouko! And there was another girl wirh you-" What?! "that wore pink and white and had a bow. You were always standing before me and- and... It hurt. Those dreams hurt to have, because I knew there was only one way that could happen. So tell me Akemi Homura, who are you?!

"Who are you to me?! Who am I to you?!"

Aingel had took hard and deliberate steps towards the bruenette, eyes shaking as they searched for some hidden answer with Homura's own violets. She lunged her hands out grabbed the other girl by the collar, bringing Homura up close and on her toes. This girl... this anomoly...

"Who am I? Who am I?! If anyone has the right to ask that question, it is me, Aingel!" Homura grabbed onto the blonde's arms, forcing the girl to let go otherwise she'd lose them. "I have been trying to figure out just exactly who you are, and why you exist. You may not believe me, but that fifth girl? That is my best friend, and I have been spending the batter half of a decade trying to save her! But to my surprise in her place was you!

"I have lived through this same month and a half, these same six weeks in nearly the exact same way, with minor to unnoticable deviations. Then I wake up one day to find my beloved has disappeared, almost as if she had never existed at all! And in her place was you, someone who did not and should not exist!

"So tell me, who are you?! Who are you to demand I give answers to the person who has made my life's goal impossible?!" Homura had shoved the blonde back off of herself, punting the spot where Aingel's leg was still tender. The blonde staggered before falling to her good knee, head forced to look up at Homura by a hand around her neck.

The Time Traveler had lost herself in a rage that she thought was long dormant, thoughts she had locked away now left to run rampant in her mind. She stared down at the girl beneath her - eyes stared up at her with fear and despair, anticipating the end - before letting go of the neck she nearly rung. Homura planted her hands on the bridge's railing, metal bending underneath her grip. A low laugh brought her out of her fugue.

"He... Hehe... Heha ha ha! You're right... I'm nothing, I'm nobody... I don't have any right to butt in the lives of my friends. The friends I love and care for, who had thrown their lives away!" Aingel's face... Homura has seen an angrh and even furious Aingel before.

She's never seen so much concentratwd Wrath on her face before.

"I only tried to do the right thing... but I guess that's just not how things go around in the World. Fine then... keep your secrets Akemi Homura... I'll die with my own." The blonde had knocked her head back to look up and-

That smile. That wide, chesire manic smile...

It was like...

"Goodbye Homura. I'd say it was nice knowing you, but I don't really know you well enough to bonestly say that. Hope you have better luck next time... when I don't exist. At least you'll have people who'll miss you when you keep them alive, and fail!

"I won't have anyone, because of you!"

Akemi Homura merely stood back as Aingel ran down the bridge, the blue fading away into the city. The Time Traveler went back to lean on the rails, staring out at the rising sun.

"... You're wrong Aingel... I'd miss you..."

Madoka Kaname

At first Madoka doesn't talk much of her being a Magical Girl, mostly because she is shy about it, it would be Mami who actually tell you more about it (embarrasing Madoka a little in the process)

With time Madoka grow more comfortable and confident in herself and she start talking more about it and it become usual for you two to talk about her work as Magical Girl

She won't exactly invite you over when she is going to fight against witches, or at least not when she go alone, Madoka is still in training and is scare of not being able to protect you. Although, if Mami go too then she won't have much troubles

This will happen one day when she goes to fight alone, maybe this time you convince her to let you accompany her or you get trapped in a witch's labyrinth by accident

If is the case that you get trapped by accident that makes her feel insecure, it could be that you contact her somehow (maybe with a phonecall or with Kubey's help), and she will tell you to stay where you are, she will be there soon to help you, also will ask you to keep calm even if she herself is getting super nervous. But in the case that was actually Kubey who tell her (since he feel your presence in the labyrinth) she will get worried and rush herself to find you

In case you two where together then she was trying to stuck by your side, reassuring you that everything will be fine, being careful while searching for the witch. In here it could be that you two find the witch, and before Madoka rush to fight her she ask you to stay there, at a safe distance, or that you two get separated (maybe for the witch's attack or for the familiars), if that happen will quickly turn defensive and start fighting

Either way, Madoka start feeling insecure, feeling bad for bringing you into the danger, even regreting not asking for Mami's help, that makes her lose the concentration

Madoka already think poorly of herself, she doesn't believe to much in herself and that gives the opportunity to the witch to overpower her easily

Quickly the witch manage to corner her, but before she could do anything to Madoka you came in the picture, distracting the witch, taking all her attention by screaming at her and using whatever you have near to try and attack her

Running away from the witch but making sure she is following you, dodging their attacks and using anything you can to defend yourself and even using the labyrinth against her

Madoka was shocked for what she was seeing, she was doubting if she will be able to protect you but now you were the one protecting her. Screaming her name to make her react so she could throw the final shoot (you already weakened the witch)

After killing the witch and the labyrinth disappear Madoka return to her cheerful self and hug you tightly, thanking you over and over again and praising your bravery, even apologize for not being much help

After this she will rant about what happen to Mami, giving her all the details she can remember of

Of course, seeing your potential Kubey will offer you to make a deal with him (if he didn't did it already), Madoka and Mami will cheer for you to became a Magical Girl, but if you don't want is okay (Madoka will be a little sad but she will understand)

Homura Akemi

Homura loves you with all her heart and that is why she will try to keep you away from the problems of being a Magical Girl, as far as posible

She is willing to tell you about the trap about being a Magical Girl and the terrible fate they have to enconter soon or later

Thats why whenever she have to go to fight with witches she tells you to stay in your house (or at least away), she want you to stay the less involved possible

So this will have to be when you get trapped in a witch's labyrinth by accident. If it happen when you were with Homura then she will ask you to stay behind her in every moment

Either way you two get apart and when that happen it she start panicing, running around the labyrinth to try to find you, don't even bothering on fight the familiars, the only thing that can stop her is either finding you or finding the witch herself

If she find you first she will run to your side and hug you just for a second, proceding to check you in case you have injuries before take your hand and drag you around trying to find an exit, in this moment she doesn't can think on fighting the witch

If is the case that she finds the witch first then she will fight her, but she will do it being desperate, Homura isn't able to concentrate properly in the fight since in her mind you are only, just the thought of finishing this quickly to find you

In her desperation there was a moment of distraction that was taken advantage of by the witch (separating you again if you already were together), then the witch throw another attack that almost hit Homura but this one was stoped by you, maybe you didn't have her strength but that doesn't mean you will let her alone

Taking the witche's attention to you and even attacking her with things you find in the labyrinth. Now that the witch were focused in you, and even haunting you, you tryied to run in the opposite direction from where were Homura and doing you best to defend yourself from the witch (you even managed to hurt her)

And with that Homura was able to properly focus again and stand up, running to the witch and throwing a finale attack, letting out all her anger in it

When the witch was finally dead she run to your side, taking you from the shoulders she scold you from doing something so reckless and stupid, in reallity she wasn't mad at you, she was scare of losing you

She hug you so tightly, clinging to you as if his life depended on it, you can feel that she were trembling and the tears that where starting to fall from her eyes, even after the labyrinth disappear she didn't let go of you

When she finally calm down she goes home with you, she even ask you to stay the night with her (she is still scare), and in all the way she never let go of your hand, even while you two sleep she is holding you close (it took a lot of time for her to fall sleep)

After this event Kubey probably will offer you to make a deal (since you prove to be brave and have streght), but Homura will make you swear that you won't accept the deal, won't even listen to him (she doesn't think she will be able to handle that you became a Magical Girl)

Mami Tomoe

Mami used to be alone for a long time, not just as a Magical Girl, so having you around it help her a lot, it make her feel more confident with herself whenever you tell her that you believe in her or how you stay with her whenever she feel exhausted gives her all the motivation she needs

Mami doesn't sees anything bad in being a Magical Girl (since she doesn't know about their fate), so she will tell you about being a Magical Girl and about the witches she fight

She usually make jokes about you becoming a Magical Girl, teasing you saying that even if you become one she still will protect you, but Mami will never force to do anything you don't want to

Every time Mami go to fight with witches she makes sure to tell you, and she have no problem if you want to go with her, it actually makes her feel better have some company, even if you don't fight by her side

Either way whenever you go she tries to stuck by your side in every moment, so if the case is that you to ended getting apart while being in the witch's labyrinth Mami will concentrate in finding the witch and ended her quickly, is the better plan to keep you safe

But in case you two find the witch together then she will ask you to stay away (at a safe distance) while she fight (she may even show off a little out of excitment of you cheering her)

Everything was getting right, Mami have a lot of experience so it wasn't too difficult to take care of it, but this time it happen something that distracted her, maybe it was a surprise attack from the witch, the witch (or the familiars) attacking you or the worries Mami have for your safety (specially if you two did separated), that second of distraction was taken advantage of by the witch to make her step back and even restrain her

And before the witch could attack Mami you came to the picture, taking one of the Mami's guns you shot against the witch, even if you didn't manage to injured her the impact was enough to make the witch step back, and now her fully attention is in you

You keep shotting at her, not letting time to the witch to compose neither defend herself, while Mami try to free herself, and when she finally manage to do it she run by your side and shot her Tiro Finale

But in case she can't free herself she at least make sure to give you more guns, Mami hates leaving you to do the work but in this case there isn't much she can do

After defating the witch and the labyrinth disappear Mami run to your side and look for posible injuries, after making sure you were alright she take your hands and praise your bravery and deeply thanked you for saving her, admiting that she was worried about you

After this event Kubey will get interested in you (in case he wasn't already) and will offer you to make a deal with him so you could became a Magical Girl, you already prove your bravery and strength so it wont be difficult for you

Mami will be really excited by the idea and will cheer you to do it, but accept it or not is you decision and whatever you decide to do Mami will support you

Sayaka Miki

Sayaka knows that being a Magical Girl could be dangerous but she can't help to feel excited (and worried) about the whole thing

She thinks that she is fighting for a greater good, and having you by her side gives her a lot of motivation (specially after discovering the truth behind being a Magical Girl)

She usually makes comments in a joke manner about you becoming a Magical Girl too and fight together, but she says you that you don't have to worry about that too, teasing you saying that you have a strong girlfriend to protect you

She usually talk about her work fighting witches and complaining about the whole thing too (like about Homura or when she met Kyoko), but at the end she always try to reasure you that she is fine and you don't have to worry about her, just having you by her side makes her feel better

If you want to go with her when she goes to fight Sayaka doesn't have much problem with it, she even will try to show off a little

So this could easily happen one day when you accompany her to fight, following her until you two find the labyrinth, thats when Sayaka transform and ask you to stay behind her

If the case is that you two get separated she will try to contact you and tell you to keep calm, just stay where you are and wait for her, in this situation Sayaka will try to stay calm but still she is rushing herself, her mind is too busy in trying to save you (even when she's acting confident)

If the case is that you get trapped in a witch's labyrinth by accident then she will be a lot more worried, fearing that something could happen to you and didn't get to you in time, trying to find you even more faster

Either way, while she is fighting she can't bring herself to fully concentrate since she is too worried about you safety (specially if you two are away), she is throwing attack but don't exactly thinking on it, so it got easy for the witch overpower her

It was just a moment where one of the witch's attacks surprise Sayaka that now she had a big disadvantage, feeling even more anxious (the memory of what happen to Mami haunting her)

Thats when you enter in the picture again, holding whatever you find that will help you defend yourself (could be something you find in the labyrinth or even one of the Sayaka's sword), sneaking until you get to the witch and attacking her, surprising both in the process

And taking advantage of that, you keep attacking the witch, not letting her get the oportunity to defend herself until you defeat her

Sayaka was shocked for what she saw, and just stare at you until the labyrinth disappear, but before you could say anything she laugh and thanked you for saving her, she find this situation kinda hilarious, she may not show it but she was really worried about you

She will tease you for a while about this situation and will tell you that she is proud of you, you were really brave, but will ask you to please don't pull yourself in danger like that again

If Kubey offer you to make a deal with him she won't say much about it, saying that you should be the one who make that choise (but if this is after she find out the truth she will be more serious about it, even advise you not to do so)

Takaaki strugged to open the front door of his home. He used whatever remaining strength he had to get his key in the first key hole. He turned the key, then put the next key in the other key hole. He turned it and pushed the door open. Almost collapsing. "This is the last time I let you go ham on shopping, Sayaka..." Takaaki said to his daughter as he placed down the heavy bags. "Eheh, sorry." She said, nervously giggling.

"W-Welcome back!" Mikan greeted them with a smile. Kiyondo rushed in the room, "Hey, Dad! Taka and some of the others left!"

"Alright." Takaaki stretched, feeling some joints pop. He paused, blinking. The continued help any stiff joints. "Mikan, we have some stuff for you!" Sayaka proudly and happily said as she held up a bag. "We know the clothes you're wearing around the house right now aren't that great. And your old uniform wasn't as great either. So, we got you some new ones." Sayaka explained, smiling.

"Me and the girls worked hard to get everything right. We just picked the stuff up. And then made a few stops after." Sayaka felt him staring at her. She knew his eyebrow was raised in a "A few?" way.

She took out the articles of clothing. "We have a few dress scrubs and normal scrubs. And the length of the skirt is longer and there's sewn in shorts! And here's the other ones. They're made to look like your other ones." She explained to her sister. Mikan watched in intrigue. Her sister did this? With her friends? For her?

Mikan smiled and hugged Sayaka. "Th-Thank you! Th-That's so sweet. I really hope i-it wasn't a b-bother...I'm really sorry if it was." Mikan said, but Sayaka just smiled at her. "Don't worry, you're never a bother! You should really thank Dad, though, he came up with the idea. And he helped us out a bit, along with Taka."

"Oh, I didn't really do much. Just glad to get you something better." Takaaki told her as he lit his cigarette and moved some of the bags on top of the dining table. "It seriously wasn't a bother either way, the girls were ecstatic." Takaaki added before heading into the kitchen to make lunch. Mikan gave Sayaka another hug before giving Takaaki one. "Th-Thanks."

"You're welcome." He ruffled her hair a bit, then left a kiss on her head. "Okay, I'm gonna make lunch. Ask everyone what they want." He said, letting her go. Mikan nodded and then left the room to the next.

Takaaki inhaled from his cigarette, then exhaled as he smiled slightly to himself. He was glad that his daughter was happy about it.

I have an idea for danganronpa kind of like the "Kyoko Kirigiri w/ An S/O Who Seems To Know Everything" but with Keade, Kyoko, and Aoi but with a S/o who always tell jokes about people who are going to die in the future and they could make a joke about someone dying in a specific way in a execution or death but but when they ask they ignore the it but one day they made a joke about them dying like "Ouch that hurt it felt like I was being stabbed!" in a dramatic way how would they react to this?

Kaede is a major trigger for me, sorry. Her whole d//ath was just....ANYWAYS! I can totally write this for Kyoko and Aoi!

So with how lavish this was and the price it seemed to cost, she was not in her comfort zone, not to mention the entire "fashion show" she made, Kirari as the judge

But throughout the dinner, you make her feel more comfortable and even confess that you don't know what you're doing (even though with your poise she thought you were an expert)

Soon enough, you two are laughing about the things the student council has done and sharing your own food with each other

As much as she loves walking through commoner restaurants, sitting down with the clothes you had on and the atmosphere put her in a new position

By the end of the night she is in a much better position and you now have a happy Ririka holding your hand as you two walk out, full on lavish cuisine

She definitely likes this date idea and you can see her excited as she walks through the door with you

Of course she's complimenting your choice and you, she definitely thinks you're better looking than any of the things there

After the entire ordeal with her sister, she realizes that she hasn't had time to sit down and have a proper meal so she truly treasures this time she has with you

Throughout the date, she makes sure that you're comfortable, even though you're the one that took her out on this date but that's how selfless Yumeko really is when it comes to you

She will definitely share her dessert with you and she will try to fight you with the check (she will win, those puppy eyes of hers are like magic)

Once you two are going home, Yumeko leans over to kiss you and thank you for the amazing evening; overall, Yumeko loves the idea of fancy dates, especially after that experience

Is she kind of uncomfortable? Yes but it's not because of you or the restaurant, she's just nervous that good things are followed up by bad things

But later she finds out that her fear was ridiculous and she had nothing to fear

"You're telling me this is for salad and this is for the main course? But they look exactly alike!"

The waiters now see Mary eating the main course with her salad fork and vice versa and you are doubling over with giggles because of how Mary didn't care much for the forks and their true functions

She's laughing as she tries to figure out how to navigate the drinks and utensils before her so now both of you are having way too much fun deciphering everything and making your own code

Mary doesn't feel pressured at the end nor does she feel uncomfortable at all, she would definitely take you up on another date like that one if it meant doing what you did

━ REI BATSUBAMI ; 

Like Mary, she's slightly uncomfortable because she doesn't know how long this goodness can last

She is used to having everything good taken away from her so you'll have to reassure her at first that she's doing great

Beforehand, she doubts herself on what she's wearing but when she gets there and sees you, almost all her fear melts away

She follows what you do because she doesn't want to do anything wrong and you'll have to help her decide what she wants because poor Rei is too nervous to decide

But through a bunch of stories and discussions, Rei starts getting more comfortable with you and with the atmosphere around you to the point where she wants to have the date again

She will try to split the check but when you insist, she makes sure to make you promise that next time she'll pay because that date will be the first of many, she enjoyed it that much

━ SAYAKA IGARASHI ;
