Izuru and Nagito secretly keep a "Kill Munakata Meter" that they update whenever Makoto talks to them about work. Occasionally it goes down, but usually it increases.

(The "Kill Sakakura Meter" has been sitting high for a while; he's lucky he hasn't interacted with Makoto in a while, or it would pretty much be over for him.)

If the "Kill Munakata Meter" ever does get too high, they'll send some coded message to Kyoko letting her know it's about to happen and kinda asking if it will inconvenience her at all.

Something like, "Have you ever thought about bleaching your hair white? And if so, do you anticipate you'll need tips?" (Translation: Do you need Munakata for anything, or expect to need him in the near future?)

She might respond, "I don't need help bleaching my hair, but if you're thinking about using the bleach, I would reconsider. It can make unintended stains. I'll set a time to discuss alternatives." Or she might respond, "I don't need help bleaching my hair. And if you're going to be using the bleach, remember to wear gloves and avoid spills."
