Hey guys I know you're impatient waiting for more portraits so I'll post some school stuff! Here's the sketch diagram to my current 3D project, a wooden sculpture that functions as a container. Mine contains water, which will fall out of it, which is sort of a poor container but that's what I'm doing. I imagine it being a huge sculpture people could climb the "steps" of. Section Drawings

Before making my 1:50 scale model, I drew each side of the lane at scale 1:500 to assess the shape and size of the entire lane. I used GeoMaps contours to find the size of the curve in the road. At the Custom St E end, the road dips 500mm over 16m. From the Fort St end, Fort Lane dips 1m over about the same distance.

Introducing my next piece... This will be a personal piece that depicts a place that has been incredibly important to me over the years... Poppins restaurant on Worcester has been some where that I've found best friends, eaten some fantastic breakfasts, been on dates to and also used during break times at my retail job at the time oh and supporting me through hung over mornings during University... This place is very special as it used to have a vintage feel to it transporting you back in time almost much like a time capsule. It's also worth mentioning that this is the original look of Poppins of Worcester as a few years back it had a beautiful revamp which it certainly deserved 👌 - I've started the plans here and it will be huge in 1/24 scale which will be good for me to create something much bigger than normal.
