This time it wasn’t addiction - not solely, anyway. Noah had quickly realized that addiction was something that took time to get over, especially when everything inside of him was screaming for his drug - Lilit. She was poison, she was running through his veins, blood long replaced with with her breath. It was keeping him alive, crawling right beneath his skin in the most pleasant way.

It was easy to believe that Lilit had once lived in Paradise. In all her dark glory she had become a persistent light in Noah’s life, bright enough to have him back at her door merely a week after he had sent her away.

No, this time it wasnt addiction.

This time it was his choice.

yyyeshe’s gotten better at nOT DOING THAT because goddamn do so many of the people he goes out with want shit like this to happen (and tbh he likes it when it frustrates them) but tbh he’s weak. and it still happens. shrug

Meeting Lilit was never easy, or exceptionally relaxing - yet Noah found himself drawn to the woman, unable to stay away from her or her attempts to seduce him at any time possible. He wasn’t blind by any means, of course he picked up on the way she tried to wrap him around her finger. The complicated part, however? He felt entirely incapable of denying her what she wanted.
