Wij verkopen niet alleen oud en nieuw emaille. Wij verkopen ook allerlei tweedehands boeken van de schrijfster Gerda van Wageningen. Gerda van Wageningen schrijft moooe verhalen over oude families uit Schouwen-Duiveland. Deze verhalen spelen grotendeels rond 1900 af. Ze heeft meer dan 100 streekromans geschreven. Het is erg leuk als je hier op vakantie bent geweest. Dan heb je vaak een heel mooi beeld van de omgeving. Het meeste waar zij over schrijft bestaat nog steeds. Zoals bijvoorbeeld slot Haamstede. De boeken lezen heerlijk weg. Perfect na een lange en drukke werkdag. Heerlijk met een kopje koffie of thee. At the beautiful town of Veere we found this passage that leads from the seadiked to the strongholds surrounding Veere. The passage is called “Steenen Beer” (Stone Bear). 2018 last part

on 18-10-2018 I had a introduction trip trough the island Schouwenduiveland, the people of the comunity of Schouwen-Duiveland wanted to show the island to the new people who were working there, not everyone who works there actual live there.

I dont live in the comunity either.

The trip was realy nice, the day as a whole was nice, they also had a nice lunch

on 15-10-2021. I had my first trip with my new job. To the city of Mechelen. The weather was colder but the sun was shining. I was in Belgium

on 24-11-2018 My ex had a trip with my former workplace, he also works there, still works there. So as his ex girfriend I was able to join in with the trip

the trip was to the city of Antwerp in belgium. We walked with another couple, and with walking I meant that we walked trough half of the city, my legs were realy tired after that trip

in the evening we went to night of the promps, also a half hour walk to the bus.

At Zierikzee we found this roaring buoy (brulboei). A “brulboei” is a buoy that has an internal system which uses movement of the waves to push air through an internal horn. A low tone is then produced, which warned ships of its presence and the proximity of the coastline. This buoy is as produced in 1965 and floated near the port of Vlissingen near Oostgat. The buoy’s code of recognition therefore is OG5. It is now placed in Zierikzee near windmill “Den Haas” which can be seen in the background of this photo.
